Burn Boot Camp in Flower Mound features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Burn Boot Camp has been a game-changer for me! It’s helped me build muscle mass, improve stability, and stay energized throughout the day. I’ve noticed a huge difference with less brain fog, fewer body aches, and more energy to spend with my kids and at work. The 45-minute workouts fly by because every session is dynamic and well-structured, with exercises that constantly rotate. Even though it felt tough at first as a beginner, I’ve gotten stronger each week, and that progress keeps me motivated. Such a great community! The workouts can be as challenging as you want with a mix of strength and cardio! Mallory is the best manager with great customer service and energy! I joined the studio after being told the first month would be $59 and then $100 per month after that. I was charged $59 the first month and $99 the second month, which I accepted. However, in the third month, I was unexpectedly charged $175. That’s when the issue started. When I reviewed the contract they sent me, it listed $175—something that was never mentioned during sign-up. Since $175 doesn’t fit my budget right now, I decided to cancel. Now they’re telling me there’s a $350 early termination fee. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning.

Absolutely LOVE burn boot camp! The staff and coaches are super fun, supportive and friendly. There is so much flexibility with being able to bring my kids with me to my workouts so I don’t have any more excuses! The gym is clean, music is awesome and I have already seen changes in my body since starting 2 months ago. The workouts are effective and enjoyable (most of the time!😉)

I joined Burn after several years of minimal exercise and a brain/neck injury. I was nervous to begin working out again but the trainers are amazing and know how to modify every exercise, when to push you and when to let you be. I recently had another surgery and, with a doctor’s note, was able to freeze my account until I was cleared to return. This was an easy and straightforward process. There is no bad workout at Burn. Make an investment in yourself and give it a try.

I joined burn about a month ago and it’s already changing my life! I go 4-5x a week and push myself every day. I’ve never been self motivated at the gym which is why I decided to join Burn. Working out and getting stronger with other people who are in it with me is the motivation I needed to start seeing some major results both physically and mentally! I look forward to going to camp, meeting friends and being part of the amazing community at Burn! I purchased what I thought was an 4 week pass to work out for use at anytime as the gym have classes 7 days a week at different times. Shortly after my purchase I fell sick and was put on super strict restrictions from my Dr. That working out wasn’t an option at all until I was cleared from all 3 Dr.’s. Now that I’m cleared I made contact to find out I could no longer use my pass and my 70.00 I paid was a complete waste and feels like my fault I fell sick. I will be reaching out to my credit card to dispute the charges as they could care less.

Burn Bootcamp has such a fun and rewarding vibe. I went there for a month during a Rise Challenge and I miss it already. I belong to a big box gym and it works but it’s nothing like going to Burn. I get to see familiar faces and the coaches motivate me to keep pushing. It’s not an easy workout but then again I don’t want the easy way out. Yes, you can modify and I’ve had to for some things but it is still a great workout. Go try it out and see for yourself. If they open one in N Fort Worth, I’ll drop my other membership in a blink of an eye!

I was pretty much a couch potato before I started working out at Burn Bootcamp. I needed all the trainers to commit to my wellness journey because for sure I wasn't going to do it by myself!! And they are all fantastic. If you communicate to them what your goals are, they make your success their mission. I love this gym! I only ever ran before so I really had no idea what I was doing when I started. The trainers are all super helpful and help make you better. They will work with you for any goal you set for yourself. Whether that’s the ability to run a lap, learn to do a push up, or do the more complex moves, they’re there for you. It’s just a great community of people that help support you and make it fun. Also the childcare is what really got me to choose this gym and it’s so great. 10/10 would recommend! 👏🏼👏🏼

I have tried several other types of workouts over the past few years but nothing compares to Burn Flower Mound. The trainers are all so encouraging and motivating. They know each person by name and help each of us individually. It really is a personal trainer workout in a group setting.
Every workout is curated to hit every part of your body and we never do the same workout twice. It's fun and challenging! Normally I forced myself to workout to stay healthy, but Burn really has a way of making you look forward to coming in. It really is a community.
AND, free childcare is also the big cherry on top!! They look forward to it as well!

Burn Boot Camp Flower Mound is great! All of the trainers truly care about each individual. Every day the workout is different and modifications are made for all fitness levels. I started on a trial after not working out for about 15 years or so👀😆, but Burn Boot Camp has helped me feel confident and pushed me to limits that I didn’t think I could get to. We are pushed every day with different workouts. It's NEVER the same routine. The one constant is all the friendly faces and support everyone gives each other. Give it a try I’m sure you’ll get hooked too😊

P.S. it is very clean, and they take all the precautions for covid including cleaning weights and equipment after each workout, sanitizing all areas, and spacing out people (and limiting the number of people) during workouts.

I can't say enough good things about BBC Flower Mound! I was a member in 2017 when the gym first opened for over a year, moved away, and re-joined as soon as I moved back to the area this fall. I have tried so many different exercise programs (Orange Theory, Camp Gladiator, Cycle bar, Club Pilates, BeachBody) and nothing compares to the training, community, and results I've seen from BBC. I never want to miss a class— Anah, Stephen, Coach D, and Dennis are absolutely amazing trainers and the staff is always super helpful and professional. This location offers yoga at least weekly and will work with you individually for modifications and personal goals. No matter what "level" you're at, the trainers will work with you to make sure you get a safe, challenging workout that actually changes you. Book a focus meeting and check them out, you'll see what I'm talking about!

I wouldn’t know anything about the workout here. But I wanted to try the boot camp ‘Raise the bar’ for 6 weeks and I paid the full amount. But suddenly two days before the workout started I had a surgery and I couldn’t do workout for a month.I did not ask for refund but mailed them to ask if I can use the same amount to use for another 6 weeks. I did not get a response from them. I used multiple ways to communicate with them but zero response. But I would constantly get ads and offers from them on phone. One time I messaged them for a free offer and I promptly got a reply saying I don’t qualify for the offer. Seriously? I wonder what kind of place they run. They never bothered if a person attends a paid class or not. Never would return to their place..would give zero stars if I can.

I’ve finally found a workout I’m addicted to. I’ve never understood the want to workout other than to be fit, but now I actually enjoy it. I’m seeing results, and have lost over 15lbs and more than 10 inches, and I look forward to what each week brings. I definitely could not ever go back to typical gym workouts or classes. Burn Bootcamp is a different workout everyday, and the best part? I BURN 500-1000 calories in the 45 minute workout. Oh, and the trainers are awesome. I can't say enough about Burn Bootcamp! The energy and excitement for a workout every time I come is something I've never experienced before. I've been trying out diff gyms, fitness camps etc. for a while. This is the first one that has kept me interested and always changing it up to keep things funky! Keeping it fresh!!! The bond that the ladies have all started with each other keeps you motivated and willing to "go that extra minute" when crunch time occurs. I hate working out, and I'm loving this place. Everyone is upbeat, encouraging and . The workout changes each time, so your not going to get bored. It's a series of circuits (or stations), in short spurts, and just when you think you can't do another pushup it's "switch" then your on to the next one etc. There is never any push to do more than you can, easily incorporating the athletes as well as the couch potatoes.
