UPDATE for 10/03/2025
Visiting Dallas again but this time I had time to take a couple of classes. It has been three years since I've taken a class at BURN; therefore, I wanted to give an updated review. The studio is still great, and Coach David is the same encouraging, motivating coach, and he represents his brand.
Here's my review:
I love the enhanced training equipment we used during the workouts. Coach David demonstrated each exercise thoroughly. He corrected my form and assisted me when I seemed confused. He cheered me and others on, especially when we seemed gassed. This class was aggressive, but it's the type of class I enjoy. I'm sure if I'd used lighter weights, it wouldn't have felt as aggressive, but I like to challenge myself. If you're serious about your health and fitness, check out BURN. You will not regret it. It's π₯.

Visiting Dallas again but this time I had time to take a couple of classes. It has been three years since I've taken a class at BURN; therefore, I wanted to give an updated review. The studio is great, and Coach David is the same encouraging, motivating coach, and he represents his brand.
Here's my review:

When I walk through the doors, David instantly lifts my mood with his infectious energy. I donβt know how he does it but Iβve never seen him with low energy! The workouts are challenging but the circuit style hiit training makes the class go by fast. David is motivating and he knows how far he can push you. Iβm truly grateful that I found BURN Dallas!

David is a true powerhouse and great at what he does! From his class structure, to his ownership and management, to his over-all vibe creation, energy, and dedication.
Every class i have attended (through classpass) has been a great over-all experience with positive energy & friendly classmates all with one specific goal in common; to get a good workout in!!
The usual vibe is loud, get-pumped up, music (which i personally love/need that to stay motivated throughout workouts), David singing and dancing to said music, while also providing encouragement and help if/as needed.
Typical layout of class has been 4 stations with 3 different intervals of movements in each including various; weights/floor body weight/bikes/cable machines with good selection of attachments/rope/treadmill/etc., and iβve never been pressured if i need to slow down/want to work at my own pace during each segment. Classes run very smoothly, always start with a group warm up, and he explains/performs proper form for each individual workout. David is always running around and very active and engaging with his classes! Idk how he has so much energy all the time π
I have yet to leave without breaking in a sweat sesh and learning something new!
10/10 - Iβm glad i found this spot and get to support a local/smaller business & great business owner!!

I have been going to BURN Dallas on Wednesdays consistently for about 3-4 months now so I could get a strength workout in my rotation. David is very friendly, funny, and motivating. Every workout is well thought out and you get a mix of core, cardio, weights (I am always sore for the next few days!). BURN Dallas is very welcoming and classes can be modified for any skill level. I love that there is never the same workout twice and there's different equipment used too (TRX, kettlebells, bike, treadmill, rower, free weights, etc.). Overall I am feeling stronger since I started incorporating BURN into my fitness routine.

Awesome workout! I hadn't done a workout like that in a long while and I missed it. I loved how simple it was to follow the format. And I appreciated having an instructor there to push me, while not being too pushy if that makes sense. And I burned almost 500 calories which was great. Canβt wait to go back!

Burn is the best!! My nutritionist recommended it to me because I was looking for a gym that could give me both aerobic and resistance training, while at the same time providing knowledgeable trainers who could help and guide me as I recover from a knee injury. Burn has an excellent and challenging format, fast paced, something different every time. The instructors, David and Asantra are awesome! They are super knowledgeable, motivating and enthusiastic. In only two and a half weeks, I have made so much progress and my knee is getting better and better with the modifications they have given me. My aerobic stamina is getting better every time and Iβm able to slowly increase my weights as well as I learn good form. I canβt say enough good things about Burn! So happy I found it.

BURN has been an awesome center to keep in rotation for me! The facility is clean, the staff is so friendly, and the workouts are awesome. I burn (pun intended) more calories in these workouts than anything I've ever done previously.
Every workout is different so you never know what to expect. It's a great mixture of cardio and weights- hitting every muscle group in a 45-60 minute workout.
There's modifications for everything, so it's beginner friendly and the staff is very helpful in making sure you still get a solid workout in with those changes.

I just joined StudioHop and S.H.R.E.D. was my very first class. I couldn't figure out how to write a review on the StudioHop, but I really felt the need to express how awesome my experience was here. David is such a wonderful instructor and is able to get the entire class pumped for the entire time. He introduced himself and asked for my name, and made a point to use encouraging language! This class will not disappoint you! I was really glad that the workout wasn't just straight cardio, that there was a decent amount of weight-training involved as well. It is definitely high-pace and you will sweat your butt off! He kept all of the class engaged and made it lots of fun. I got a full-body, sweaty, challenging workout from this class and I will for sure be back!

Each time I've visited, I've been welcomed in and made to feel totally comfortable in the gym. The trainers do a great job of walking you through both a cardio circuit and a weight training circuit before the class starts. They're incredibly accommodating of any questions the class has and give specific instruction to each person in the group. The small group format allows you to be motivated by the people around you and push yourself to get your best workout. The gym itself is bright, clean, and filled with great equipment. Incredible gym! From the moment you walk in and see the bright colors on the wall, it gets you in the mindset to have a killer workout! The front desk staff always greet you immediately with a smile and gets you all set up. I've been a couple of times now and each workout was totally different, targeting all of the muscles overall. Loved the fact that the trainer took the class through a warm up, instructions and demos on how to do the cardio part and then weight section, and then finished up with a cool down/stretching. The staff is extremely professional and willing to help with any questions that you have, as well as provide modifications for those gym-goers who need something a little less intense. They really push you to get the best workout possible! I would recommend his gym to anyone who wants a complete mix of cardio/weight training and friendly environment to workout in.

I've worked out in most gym's in Dallas, done all kinds of studio's and boot camps and I think this gym and these classes are some of the best! The weights are just as hard as if I were lifting in the gym and the cardio kicked my butt! It's a top notch studio and the equipment is awesome.
