I am a 60+ M who was introduced to Ellis Boyd a few years ago when I was looking to get back on the mats. Ellis worked with me to get me back to a place where I could enjoy BJJ again without getting hurt!. Great coach, Awesome MAA fighter, Former Marine and a professional lawman. Just couldn't ask for a better human to know and work with. I HIGHLY recommend CCC.

If you are looking for high quality training, then look no further. I’ve had personal training sessions with the head coach and now I get to take classes with him almost everyday. Can’t say enough about C3 and the atmosphere that this gym provides. My children love it and so do I. Come out and train.
