Since my daughter joined a few months ago, I've noticed a significant improvement in her abilities and confidence. Whether an athlete is a beginner or more experienced, the coaching staff genuinely takes the time to work with them. The coaches are excellent at explaining techniques in a way that the children can grasp, and I've observed that they remain supportive and patient even when my daughter faces difficulties. It says volumes that she looks forward to practice each week.

We discovered Cheer Factory through CFSA sideline cheer. My daughter was able to do sideline and All-Stars at the same time and Cheer Factory was so accommodating. This past year we decided to do their club cheer program, Cypress Elite, and really enjoyed it. The Cypress Elite program has been very successful in preparing athletes for high school cheer. She is also enjoying her first season with STUNT the Sport, also offered at Cheer Factory — so fun — which is one of the fastest-growing female sports. We are so thankful that a gym in our area offers a variety of programs instead of just All-Stars. They have tumbling and programs for all ages and skill levels and it’s the most affordable around.

I have been at Cheer Factory for almost a year now. I have had the BEST experience with the gym. At Cheer Factory, everyone is family. Cheer Factory is like my second home. They have TOP TIER coaches and the best coaching strategies. I joined their program, “Cypress Elite”, and it is basically like getting ready for high school. The program has had a very successful year, and I highly recommend it if you’re planning on doing high school cheer.

DISORGANIZED to the say the least. Fraudulently continued to charge my card for 9 months after my daughter’s cancellation was provided to the front desk which was rarely covered. Believe all the one star reviews listed here. They are 100% accurate. Go somewhere else!

Our 10 year old has been going to CF since Kindergarten. She’s wrapping up her 2nd Allstar Season and looking forward to Cypress Elite, their club cheer program. Each coach brings something different to the table, but they are all supportive, creative in connecting, and innovative in approach. Most importantly she’s the first to say she’s part of a big family.

Cheer Factory is the best gym in Cypress! From tumbling classes, to stunt, to competitive cheerleading, this gym has it all! We love being apart of the Cheer Factory Family! It’s a place where I’ve never had to worry about who is around my child, who is coaching my child or if they have her best interest at heart. I see it daily when we’re in the gym. My daughter started knowing nothing about the sport of cheer and dint have any tumbling skills, she’s now competes for CF and has a love for this sport like I’ve never seen. Her passion for this sport has evolved because of the love and support she gets every day she’s in the gym, from the Owner, the Coaches and Staff.
The owner Shea is phenomenal, she isn’t like some gym owners that you never see, she is involved, she knows the athletes, she is gives praises and critiques where needed, and you can tell how much the athletes love her when she walks into the gym.
The CF Coaches are from all over and all bring so much talent to this gym, you can tell they are all truly passionate about teaching these athletes all that they know. Knowing my child is safe around anyone at this gym is a blessing. I know for a fact they will protect all their athletes at all costs.
This is a business, but it 1000% feels like family! There’s nothing more that a parent could ask for!

I absolutely love Cheer Factory! The owner Shea, is so nice and kind to all the athletes, she comes into the gym when we are practicing and gives us praise and critiques where needed, and she always has a smile. All the coaches are so nice and extremely helpful, I know I can go ask any of them for help or advice and they will give it. I do competitive cheer, tumbling, and stunt at the gym and I love all of it. Everyone makes it feel like family and home! This is a gym that cares about its athletes, how they progress and the goals they want to achieve. It’s the best! I cant wait for the brand new gym to open, its going to be amazing!!

Horribly ran business!!!! I called to get info,
LUCKILY someone answered to provide details I needed, drove to the address listed on the website, on Facebook, on Google, to find out this is an abandoned building. If there was an address change, why wouldn’t I have been made aware when I was told to come in. They conveniently remembered to state all fees associated with enrollment, no mention of location. Can’t hide where your focus is. I must have called 10 times for a good address, no one picked up. Voicemail states I can text the phone number, I texted no reply. Got on Facebook, sent an instant message, no answer. Emailed two different addresses, no answer. Waste of time, I was supposed to be there for a trial class, this was a great trial. Why enroll to a place ran this badly?! Beware.

Coaches show favoritism. It's why we left in April. But I really do not want to drive 30+ miles so my athlete can put in work, she strives for excellence. When the ones who are supposed to be helping you are ignoring you or telling you to go do something else or giving you less attention why would you keep pushing or fighting for your goals? No one should have to commute further and pay for high cost fuel, classes and gross bought dinner because we got home to late cause we had to drive deep into the Woodlands or Richmond, when a perfectly good clean and functional gym is right here, the coaches really need to learn treat each athlete equally new or old.

My daughter has been going to cheer factory since 2019 since they partner with her sideline cheer sports association. Never had an issue with any of the coaches and our daughter loves them all. The tumbling classes are super affordable and the best we've found while searching around.

Not sure. Staff was busy helping classes and noone at the front desk. It might be the norm but does nothing for new admissions into the program. No one answers the phone and waited over 10 minutes for someone to walk by so I could ask them to get someone in charge to help me.
When the little lady did come out of class to greet me, she answered all of my questions, was perky, friendly. Just unsure.

The love and dedication these coaches have for their athletes is exceptional. Shea, the gym owner, goes above and beyond for our girls and you can tell she truly loves what she does. This overall has been a great/ fun experience for me as a athlete. I would recommend this cheer gym. Even though it might be hard on athletes it’s all worth it. Those that show the most commitment to their team have the best experience. Overall I would definitely recommend this gym, I’ve been at this gym for years and the support and coaching, both then and now continue to help me improve my skills and become a better cheerleader.

We had been previous members when the amazing Coach Desmond was thr leader of this "establishment."
We came a few short weeks after travel season started. Our daughter has been a flyer for 6 years, they pit her as a base, great no problem, until there were problems.
I do not recommend cheer factory. Not it's billing depth, 1300 plisto catch-up??? 600$ for a uniform"custom, was an huge overstatement" made in China that mostly didn't fit and we've only had one week, midway through season. Zero good feedback I can give. Few great parents, alot of very inexperienced coaches very inexperienced business owners (loosely using this term, and excuse after excuse. Favoritism shown for coaches children and not giving experienced children chance to shine. Hotness express to say the least. Look elsewhere.
Also, if you are a conservative parent, not the right fit for your child.

horrible service! first of all when i called they didn’t answer until 6pm, second of all when someone finally did pick up but said they will give my number to return the call and nobody has returned the call and third of all when i finally did get a hold of someone i politely asked if i can get my money back that they overcharged they said okay it will get back to 3-5 days and a month has passed and nobody refunded anything, i hope this rating will help them get back to me quicker. thank you !
