This gym lacks basic communication skills that relate to having a new customer to join their gym. A girl named Emily scheduled an evaluation with me for a certain day and time and told me she’d email me to give me all of the information. I didn’t receive an email and showed up for our evaluation and was not even apologized to when they had no record of our appointment. Very inconsiderate and so I knew there was nothing Cheer-ific about this gym.

Daughter has been attending here for 3 years and she absolutely loves Cheer-Ruffin Techniques. They have teams for all ages and have successfully guided multiple Championships at NCA and Summit. If your child is considering competitive cheer I highly suggest giving Cheer-Riffic Techniques a chance.

Coach Melissa has been an amazing mentor to my daughter. She is such a great coach! My daughter had trouble with her confidence and has stage fright. I have to say I’m so proud to see her out there smiling and having fun! My daughter also learned discipline and shows pride to cheer for this wonderful gym!

I walked in and they were just completely rude ,didn’t engage, I talked to one of the ladies about all stars teams. She didn’t seem to pleasant, and just had an ugly look, they talked about people at the desk and laughed at other people? I do not want my 7 yr old going with a company like that. We don’t get involved with bulling.

. Last week after camp was released my goal was to drop off the form for the 3 make up classes for August. Unfortunately, our son was at the orthopedic with a broken foot. My soul duty was to care for my son as he was in a lot of pain. The next morning at 10am I went to drop of the form and they stated regardless of the situation they would not allow us to drop off the form. I than requested a manager to call us. They inform me that would be Monday afternoon. I called back Tuesday letting them know that I had not received a call. We finally got a call this afternoon and again they remained heartless. It sickens me to think they have no compassion for the situation we were put in. What would it have hurt to look at their availability and give me some days they could have fit my daughter in. Are they just so big that they forgot what good customer service is.

It's really fun the staff and other cheerleaders are really welcoming and nice and the coach's want to see u grow I would recommend your cheer leader or cheer team to come here
