As someone who has never had a personal trainer, I’m happy I was paired with Tom. I’ve worked out on and off before alone but I didn’t have the same foundation as people who grew up playing sports, so I wanted to make sure I had good form. This was my main motivation to get a personal trainer, aside from accountability and wanting to challenge myself. Tom is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in detail, whether it’s about a certain movement, exercise, or what to improve on with my form. He also knows about PCOS, which I have and is a big obstacle to my fitness goals. He’s also flexible with adding new exercises and changing things up. I have made progress that would have taken a lot longer to achieve on my own, reaching PRs and lifting heavier than what I would feel comfortable doing by myself. I feel like I gel with Tom and feel supported even when I make mistakes and haven’t stayed 100% on track. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Tom and seeing where I’m at in 2026!

Been going here almost half a year now and everyone has been stellar. I've noticed Chris knows all the clients by name and he paired me up with Darren who is fantastic. He's been great in helping me understand some of the science around what we're doing, helping me meet my goals and being very flexile around my ever changing schedule. I also did Nancy's boxing class and would highly recommend that for anyone who's had an interest in getting a fun workout with mitts and gloves.

I cannot recommend Ila highly enough! After suffering a back injury from scoliosis, I was hesitant and honestly scared to get back into the gym on my own. I knew I needed supplemental support, but I was worried I wouldn't find a trainer who truly understood my situation.
Ila has been absolutely life-changing. She's helped me reduce my pain levels from an 8 to a 2, which I didn't think was possible. Beyond the physical improvements, she's helped me manage my stress and has made working out something I actually look forward to rather than dread.

I met with Chris to work on a plan, and it was a great experience. He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and gave me great information. The gym is great; it has lots of equipment, it's clean, and the atmosphere is chill and friendly. I’ve worked with Darren over the past six months, and he’s simply the best! My goal is to build muscle, and he crafted a tailored workout plan specifically for that. His depth of expertise in exercise selection allows us to target muscles from multiple angles to maximize stimulation. When I hit a plateau, he adjusted my routine strategically to help me push past it. I’d recommend him to anyone, no matter their fitness goals - he truly has it all covered.
With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Darren has a strong command of injury recovery and rehabilitation. I experienced thoracic spine discomfort and elbow pain after bench pressing. Darren quickly identified the root of the problem, corrected my form, and suggested exercises and stretches that relieved the pain. I can now bench press pain-free.
He’s also highly knowledgeable about nutrition. Darren consistently monitors my intake and makes smart adjustments to ensure my diet supports muscle growth. On top of all that, he’s approachable, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with!

Did two'ish months with Chris Protein Personal Training and it was fantastic, just wish I could’ve kept going (work got in the way).
As a big cardio lad, lifting heavy objects wasn’t exactly my cup of tea, but Celeste made it all make sense, explaining every movement, fixing my form, helping with diet, building a plan that fit my schedule, and cheering me on through the pain (good pain, like, the pain muscles give you when you haven't put them to work since wrestling practice junior year of highschool).
The gym’s super welcoming, great people all around. Chris and Celeste checked in often, which made it feel like I had a stellar team behind me. The space is clean, spacious, and never felt crowded.
Had to pause when work got hectic, but planning to be back later this year. If you’re looking for a trainer, Chris and the team are the real deal. Highly recommend!

I have myositis and my neck was really bothering me and woke me up from sleep at night. My massage therapist recommended Chris to me so me and my husband had an interview with him and decided to start partner training here. In just 3 months, our trainer David has made huge difference for both of us. He is very patient and knowledgeable. He explains why and make sure we make good progress towards our goals. He constantly checks for pain and gets feedback to see if adjustments are needed. We already feel much less pain and much better energy.

Like for most people, life happens and it becomes easy for fitness to get deprioritized. Before working with Tom, I got inconsistent and stopped going to the gym entirely. I have thoroughly enjoyed training with Tom Bold. He is an incredible trainer and those 60min sessions are truly grueling but also rewarding. He addresses form, pushes you hard and wires up the program in order to work towards your goal. I particularly like his focus on functional training and mobility. I have a tendency to get bored with repetitive exercises and one of my requests was to keep the program interesting to keep me going, which he gladly adhered to. We’re still working towards my handstand/calisthenics goal and it’s wonderful that he can also actually do the things he’s training you for! I had never done any strength training before I started coming to Evolve. I was scared of hurting myself in the gym and had no clue on how to use any of the equipments.
I came to Jessica with the goal of gaining strength and she has been amazing at guiding me patiently. Jessica created a routine that works for my body. We started with mobility exercises and slowly worked my way up to using the machines. I had injured myself running and Jessica adapted our workout plan to allow me to heal while continuing to strengthen. She has been absolutely great at motivating me to go up in weight and reps, I just did my first bench press this month and I can't be more thrilled at our progress.
I have been seeing so much improvement not just in the gym but also functionally. I've had many personal trainers over my time and Corey is by far the best I've had for some really key reasons... He has a deep knowledge and understanding of exercise and physiology and the body - and how to apply all of this in a practical way to my training.
As a scientist myself I can tell when a PT knows stuff but doesn't necessarily understand the why or how behind it but Corey really does, and has a wealth of valuable knowledge both from a training and a diet/wellness perspective. Additionally - he is a total geek when it comes to learning and finding new things and imparting that knowledge and wisdom through our sessions.
Couldn't recommend him enough - and an incredibly genuine guy to boot. The gym itself has some really unique pieces of equipment, everything you need is there, and really nicely laid out.

Nancy is an amazing trainer. She not only works on the training aspects of getting healthy, but she provides information about nutrition. I wasn’t getting enough protein! Long story short: Montana is 110% the best trainer I have ever worked with!
Long story long: After gaining the "covid-50", I went to 3 different trainers trying to get my body back and get in the gym after the lockdowns were finally over. While the other 2 trainers were great, Montana is on another level.
Off the bat, Montana has been able to single-handedly kick my a$$ every workout and it has showed more results on my entire body in 6 weeks than my other trainers could do in 2 years. For example, I have always been insanely quad dominant and while I could always lift heavy, other trainers couldn't figure out how to get my glutes to fire and shape up. Montana sorted that out and had my glutes firing in the 1st week. Now I feel them even when I go for hikes or simple walks. Pair that with the fact that I've lost 6 inches off my waist in the 1st month of training with her, I genuinely could have never expected better results.
She pairs her years of experience and goal-oriented mentality with an unmatched, personable attitude which have been my primary motivators to keep me going both in and out of the gym. Whether my energy is at a 1 or a 12, she's there to cheer me on and keep me going, making my 6am workouts the best parts of my week.

After letting him know about my lower back issues he focused on strengthening areas of my body to take the load from my back; all while making sure I'm never pushed to a point that I could reinjure myself.
He shows me I have more potential in the gym than I knew I had all while making sure I get the most out of every session.

I used to train at Evolve with Chris Protein back in 2014 and he got my in great shape, I moved away from Austin and have gotten back with the gym under the training of Corey and I'm right back at it. We're attacking my body in the best ways! Supersets, focusing on form and nutrition and using natural supplements to get the best results possible. So far its been two months and I'm noticing some significant changes as are the people around me which was the goal :) If you're serious about making some differences in your nutrition take a look at Evolve and give Corey a ring.

I started training with Corey earlier this year, and he is a fantastic personal trainer. Not only does he do a great job of designing workouts to both maximize my goals and make sure I don't get injured during our sessions, but he also goes above and beyond to guide me through what to eat outside of the gym, and also what and how to workout if I'd like to outside of our personal training sessions.

Emory is hands down one of the best trainers at Chris Protein! After 2 months, I feel and look better that I did in ages. Fat loss has been replaced with muscle gain and, I’ve noticed a huge change in my strength and overall physical health. I've been training with Nancy for over six months and can't recommend working with her enough. After a few years of working too much and working out too little and prior to that only focusing on cardio, I was looking for someone who could help me jumpstart my fitness while also helping me learn better form, structure, etc. as it related to weight training.
Nancy created a plan that has helped me get the strongest I've been while also incorporating complementary training like boxing (and while she's a very badass accomplished boxer she never makes it feel unapproachable). Our training has enabled me to feel confident to create and complete additional sessions on my own on our off days or when I'm traveling so there aren't lags when life gets busy.
The gym and Nancy make any exercise approachable - it's an easy place to try new things and continue to iterate on your fitness goals. She's also super personable and easy to talk to which makes each hour go by quickly! If you are looking to level up your training or just getting started I would definitely recommend setting up a training with Nancy.

Nancy gives great personal attention and always pays attention to your form. I have learned so much about proper form and what muscles I should be working out for different exercises. She’s great at motivation and pushing you to be better every workout. Not only is Nancy a great personal trainer in the gym, she also takes her role seriously as your trainer even when you are not in the gym. I started keeping a food diary at her recommendation, and we talk about my nutrition at least once a week. She is very flexible if you are going to be late or need to change your session times, and very responsive. I recommend her to anyone not only to have a dedicated fitness expert in your corner, but to gain an invaluable support system.
