Belonged to the Flint location for a year. Facilty was always clean and equipment was in working order. Needs better ventilation and fans in mens dressing room. Three stars because never anyone working in office so when I went to cancel membership it did not happen for two months. No phone calls returned. Instead of one star is because of Stephanie at Tyler location. She not only answered the phone and was able to make sure the membership was canceled but also was able to refund a month of the dues. So one star at Flint and Five stars to Stephanie, average a three.

Mostly a great place to work out but there pool hours are simply inconsistent and nonsensical. You lose several blocks during the day to PT which is understandable because of HIPPA, but other locations have full evening hours where this location stops very early especially on weekends. It makes sense you don’t just want anyone in there overnight, but it’s always unmonitored so why is drowning so much more of risk at 6PM than 5PM while other locations are open to 10. It just causes the pool to be unnecessarily crowded especially for those with daytime schedules.

Make you wait 4 hours ! Should change the name to wait your life away care. And still have not been called back. This place is a staff disaster. Watched at least 15 people get up and leave pissed off. Staff does not seem to care

I love that they have a wide range of equipment and the pool. The only problem is that it is hard to get in the pool due to PT and swimming lessons. It depends on the day and hour. The pool is not open 24 hrs like the gym is.

Best gym i’ve been too by far. Good equipment and the other members are super chill. The only thing I wish they had was a standing calf raise machine and a hack squat. Other than that I have no issues getting my workouts in. 10/10 recommend

Love this place for the pool. Although we have been members for 5 years, I have never worked out there. The equipment looks new and easy to use. The pool is amazing and my kids take swim lessons with coach Gina.

I joined the Fitness Center today. CHRISTUS Fitness Center has all the equipment you could ever want for a great workout. The facility is clean and welcoming. From treadmills, to ellipticals, to machine weights, free weights. Everything you need. Lap pool and water aerobics also! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff, great well maintained equipment, never too crowded as it is a 24 hour gym. Personal trainers and multiple level classes throughout the weekday. Clean facility! Love this gym!
