Security of members is not taken seriously. In fact, complaints of aggressive and intimidating behavior are treated as a nuisance. Culture is dangerous.

I suffered a catastrophic accident which required surgery and now, physical therapy. The staff is knowledgeable, they stay on schedule, and the care is excellent. I am very pleased with their service.

Have been a member since 2008. It was once excellent, but in the last few months it is deteriorating. Broken equipment is not repaired for up to a month. This should not be tolerated because we are paying for services we are not receiving. This is 2+ months later and the equipment has not been repaired. How can this be a "state of art" facility?

Gym facilities are nice, but the membership contract, 30 days notice of cancelation once the contract ends, and the difficulty reaching front desk staff is frustrating.

Horrible Customer Service
-Went and paid for membership with my sisters card, told them to put that one in the file and charge from now on
-Got charged again, and talked to them in person to not charge my card again. And to use my sisters card that i had told them to put on file.
-Tammy said she would put my money towards next months charge
-Was charged the following month full price, and Tammy claimed I had not put my sisters card on file
I WENT IN TWICE!! to tell them not to charge me and use my sisters card. What kind of dead brain fish doesn’t figure out that they shouldn’t charge that card and maybe call if you don’t have the other one on file!

Was a grand workout today. Disappointed the pool was closed. However kinda happy as well, lol. It was chili in the pool Friday.
No towels in workout area bummer, but still understand no staff there so possible, thieves in our company.

THE BEST HOSPITAL & DOCTOR (M. Proctor) in THE WORLD. I especially love that the wear a special name tag that they VERY OBVIOUSLY mean and SHOW, it reads simply but oh so Important, "I CARE". PS-my doctor also has the best RN I have ever had Help me named DANA. She has been instrumental in keeping this 82yr.young guy feeling THAT WAY- YOUNG, planning on making it to 105!

I only use CTMF for all my medical needs. Love the facilities, Drs and that no matter where I go as far as town or Dr they have my records. I can always access my own records at any time ( other hospitals just now starting that).
