The gym has old equipment and periodically a machine or two are out of service. The gym is usually clean. The people in charge of the gym need to work on their communication skills, they rarely return your phone calls. The black woman there is very rude and inconsiderate, it’s amazing that she still has a job because she’s hardly ever there.

Previous membership. The gym is decent but the woman in charge i don’t think is a very good employee in my opinion. They don’t return my calls, and the woman is very rude at times. They charge a 25.00 late fee. Now I heard of making a profit but robbing people is ridiculous. It’s more easy to take it than it is to make it. I don’t believe that many businesses are being policed in general.,There are so many people Struggling financially. I could see if it was a five dollar charge for being late but $25 is absolutely a rip off. Not shocking because Texas is a republican stronghold and they are just as bad as the dirty democratic leaders. Many Republicans are considered rinos and they hate their own followers. See the segment with Tucker Carlson how many Republicans hate their own followers they’re only republican in name, but they are on the side of the Democrats. All of this evil is coming from political leaders, so it has a bearing on all of us. In case you’re wondering what politics has to do with this. 🇺🇸🦅

The filth and lack of cleanliness concerns me. That much dust on ceiling fans should be addressed…it is unhealthy. Also, it is a 24 hour facility, yet the pool is not open 7 days a week. I would consider adding this gym as an adjunct to my crunch membership…but it doesn’t add more value and costs more than crunch with limited pool availablity on weekends. To really usher in the next era of fitness consider adding a jetted hot tub or jetted massage table. Also Beauty Angel Red light therapy booth with Vibrashake and an infrared sauna. This is what I’m looking for in a facility that I am paying a premium to be a member at.

Very dirty!
The equipment is old but functional. But the equipment and all ceiling fans have layers of dust on it. The club facilities (machines, floors, bathrooms, locker rooms) are not cleaned properly. Not just for dust, but overall cleanliness is a major concern.
There are dispensers around the facility that house wipes and we use those to wipe down the equipment we use. We have even gone so far as to start wiping off the layers of filth from the machines. But often those dispensers are empty. It is a shame.
I am putting this review out publicly only AFTER I left a note for the manager and emailed this picture to the manager. The dispensers were filled - but are often still empty. Nothing has been done to remedy the overall cleanliness.

My father's doctor works at this facility. The place is big, clean and modern. My biggest complaint is the TV monitors in the waiting rooms only show Christus commercials and only two or three. Either allow regular TV to play or make more commercials.

I go there for both Dr. and gym. The gym is spacious and comfortable. They have a pool with aquatic workout sessions, both of the instructors are first rate give you a great workout.

Pros:
Smaller, less busy gym
Everything is maintained pretty well
Heated indoor pool
Friendly staff
Membership to this gym includes membership to all Christus gyms (This one, Jacksonville, Lindale, the one on Troup & Grande, and Canton).

Cons:
Pretty old equipment (everything works decently, it is just old, so it is lacking some features)
Pool not open on weekend like Lindale or Jacksonville fitness centers

Pool hours are not as posted, or as stated by phone person. Then when did get in, no lane ropes/dividers. Water way too warm - felt like bath water.
