Much better than our previous Physical Therapy group. Very attentive and careful with my very senior brother. Kindness and encouragement offered every step of the way. I went there with my parents for the Flu shot...they turned me away since I wasn't a member! I should've remembered their policy, 100% my fault. They were fantastic with my patents though. My father also went there for therapy after open-heart surgery, and they were amazing, nothing but friendly professionalism. Thanks for helping my dad!

Excellent! I came in the middle of the night with heart attack symptoms. Matt was one of the nurses who took care of me. Awesome bedside manner and really was a patient's advocate because I could barely breathe. Everyone was quick to respond and help me. I couldn't have been in better hands.

This place has basic equipment/machines, and the restrooms needed some updating. I’ve left because I feel like there are better options in Lindale. The staff members are friendly and helpful, but my membership was accidentally cancelled. I called twice and left a voicemail to ask whether or not I was in contract and asked that they called back because I had other questions. Instead, they asked my husband to sign the paperwork to cancel my membership while he was working out. I wasn’t ready to cancel since I had not yet gotten a membership elsewhere. I’m a little disappointed because I would have preferred cancelling in person and saying bye to the staff, but I guess the outcome would have been the same…

As a birthday gift, my wife gave me a massage session at Christus Trinity! The massage therapist was a woman named Onnie(sp?). She was very nice as both a person and a massage therapist. Both the massage and the conversation I enjoyed have 'made up my mind' as to where I will return for my next massage!!

I love this gym, the people here are so awesome. I love working side by side with friends and now members. The gym is so much fun. The pool is awesome. I'm so lucky to have at least a 3 hour workout day with different people, but mostly I really enjoy meeting up with some awesome ladies.

I went in for being sick for an extended period of time and just recently had a seizure and was told I had rhabdomyolysis and needed to go to the doctor if I got sick. I went to the urgent care in Oregon and they highly advised I needed to get my blood checked so I can find out if I need to get my blood cleaned to save my kidneys they drew it but lost the sample. Today and tomorrow are my only days off and the lady at the front desk refused to let me see a doctor and told me that I wasn’t sick and wasn’t going to be seen by that facility. I am fully insured and did not deserve to be treated like that and turned away from a doctors office in my home town at that. Showed me what kind of staff they have. I will never talk good or return to a facility that turns away patients because the receptionist is in a bad mood.

I was a member some years back. Just got a guest membership for the hols. Only used the pool, which is great (and they have lots of open swim hours), but place seems to have gone downhill a bit. Seriously understaffed as compared to previous experience. No one checking the door. No towels in locker room any more. No “suit spinner” machine to “dry out” one’s suit. And I swear there used to be more than two showers.... But if I hadn’t belonged previously, I would rate it more highly.

This is a very nice gym with a warm water pool. They have a great assortment of classes and activities for everyone. Love it is now 24 hour! This is a very body positive gym that won't push you to be a size 2 or look a body builder, they are more focused on health. It is always clean here, even in the locker room.
