About the Club

A 1 hour-total-body workout designed to maximize your calorie burn while pushing you to your next fitness level. Constantly varied movements, intensities, and equipment will keep your body at its highest fat-burning potential. With a wide range of equipment ranging from adjustable benches, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, barbells, slam balls, and assault cardio equipment, every workout is different so that your body will never plateau; utilizing endurance, strength, and power components. Within the small group personal training atmosphere, you will be able to get the personal training attention while having the energy and comradery of a small group setting.
Don't forget, we are also offering OPEN gym time, child watch and 2 brand new showers.

I have 0 complaints about this gym! I’ve been coming here for a little over 2 months now, and I’ve never felt more accomplished of the athletic things I’m capable of doing than I do right today. I’ve been going to the gym (both corporate chains and local gyms) for 10+ years but have never felt or seen consistent progress. This obviously frustrated me for the longest time which is prompted my search for something fresh. The trainers Erik and Brandi are incredible, passionate very knowledgeable, and never present a challenge without doing it themselves. After a couple of intro classes, Erik and I met for coffee to create a fitness plan, goals of what I wanted to accomplish and within 48 hours, he emailed me a step by step guide of what I needed to do to reach my goals. The way he broke it down made me realize that I’ve been over-complicating my workouts for the last 7 years, and within 2 months with constructive coaching (form & motivation) and a high level of accountability, I’m actually reaching these goals. I never thought I would be waking up at 4:30 am to make a 5am class or squatting/benching over 200 lbs because of my body structure. I now look forward to going to the gym nearly 4-5x/week and can’t think of any excuse/reason to skip. In an era of social media where everyone thinks they can be a fitness influencer, it became difficult to plan my workouts and figure out what was actually worth my time. Here, they craft each workout so that all you have to do is show up and get to work. Some weeks focus on a theme, but each day is different and meet the 3 foundational beliefs that Erik and Brandi believe in. AND IT’S NOT JUST CROSSFIT/HIIT. There are people of all ages and fitness levels there which makes it super easy to create community and feel welcomed. Lastly, with any gym, whatever you put into it is what you will get out of it. Erik and Brandi have all the right equipment and resources needed, all that’s left is you.

I just joined this gym about a month ago and after going eight times, I am already feeling more fit and stronger. I can actually feel my knees and shoulders getting much stronger with the workouts that have been provided during the last couple of weeks. What I love most about this gym is the accountability that comes with scheduling your training sessions, along with the support from all of the trainers there. I have so many great things to say about this gym!!! I love it here!

Truly the best gym I’ve ever been to! Like others have said the second you walk in you feel welcomed like you are at a friends house. I’ve always felt uncomfortable at any gym and at chupa there are people of all ages and fitness level and it actually feels like anyone and everyone is welcome! The owners Erik and Brandi are present and passionate about people working hard, challenging themselves and getting healthy! Megan one of the trainers is so sweet, humble and a great trainer! I look forward to going every time! LOVE this place!
P.S. The workouts are never the same. They work hard to make sure you are getting a unique workout every time.

From the minute you walk in the door, you know this place is different from other gyms. I have always been intimidated by the usual gym environment and preferred doing my own thing at home. However, I decided to give Chupafit a try, and I’m so thankful I did. This is more than a gym, it’s a community. Everyone is friendly, inviting and encouraging. The coaches push you, challenge you and provide knowledge and support to help you get the most out of your workout. I can’t recommend this gym and their coaches enough!

This is such a fun place to workout! The trainers are very informative and attentive, giving feedback and corrections as needed to ensure a safe and productive workout, all while motivating you to push just a little bit harder. It is obvious that the staff has gone above and beyond to create an inviting atmosphere and workouts that are just hard enough to challenge you and adjust your mindset from "that's too hard" to "wow, I just did that!".

Daisy & Erik put on a great squat class. I felt very comfortable throughout, great for any level of fitness, and could immediately feel the difference with their form suggestions.

I am truly grateful for this gym. The trainers: Erik, Brandi and Daisy Mae, care deeply about what they do. Brandi creates workouts that are different everyday and challenge every muscle equally. Love this gym! They have amazing workouts that are both unique and challenging in every class. The trainers are amazing and really take the time to teach you the proper form, so you don’t hurt yourself. If you’re not a class person, they have open gym hours too. Oh and a big bonus if your a parent is they have a daycare. What’s not to love!

I’ve done a lot of programs, experienced quality programming and quality coaches. Chupacabra has cracked the code on effective programming and a workout that will get the results when you put in the work.

Excellent knowledge and experience among the coaches, I have learned something new with every class about form, technique or nutrition.

The atmosphere is positive and happy- this is the kind of place you jump out of bed at 5am excited to go to! It’s been a long time since I was in love with working out.

Thank you Chupacabra for opening a gym in downtown Temple. This is a great gym with great instructors. Brandi reminds people during the workout that “being lazy is easy, but improving yourself is hard.” It’s not a bro gym or a place that feels corporate either. With the weather getting cooler they periodically offer free outdoor community workouts as well.
