Love this gym! The vibe is great, and I’ve had such a helpful experience here for both my husband and I. The personal trainers curate workouts based on your goals and really know their stuff. I’ve seen amazing results with weight loss and muscle gain, and they’ve also helped me improve my nutrition. Super supportive place to work out!

I’ve been going to CINCOfit for over 4 years and absolutely love it. Joshua May is my trainer and he has helped me with injuries and overall fitness. I love it when I’m sore the next because I know he targeted some of my sleeping muscles. The gym itself is always very clean and has all the machines I need and space to use them. I’m very grateful for “my gym”!!

Been going here for a while. Perfect balance of size/crowd.

Giving 4 stars because it smells like the toilet in the men’s room is messed up. Not only does it not flush (very easy fix with the lever btw), it also may be leaking some smell. When I walk into the gym I’m sometimes hit with a pretty bad sour smell.

I absolutely love CincoFit! Equipment is always available, and it’s open 24/7. Whenever go I always feel safe. My trainer, Kenny, is the best I've ever had! They have a body scanner so you can track your progress. At 50, I've been able to put on 4 lbs of muscle in just 2 months.

My favorite gym in Katy! I love that it’s open 24 hrs with two locations making it really convenient to visit after commuting from work. The equipment is great and always really clean, and it’s never too crowded! Josh is super responsive and helpful, and I think the crew just does a great job of providing a welcoming environment every time I visit!

Having spent my entire life working out in commercial gyms, I was initially hesitant to try a smaller, neighborhood gym. However, making the switch turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. Cinco Fit is a well-maintained facility equipped with all the machines, free weights, and cardio equipment you’d expect—plus a welcoming, positive atmosphere that makes all the difference.

I decided to leave my big-box gym after a change in ownership led to overcrowding and poor maintenance, with the space being taken over by teenagers. In contrast, Cinco Fit offered me a free 7-day pass to try it out, and from my very first workout, I knew I had found my new gym home. Every time I walk in, I can complete my workout without waiting endlessly for equipment. The members are respectful, and there’s no pressure to upgrade memberships.

With 24-hour access and a consistently spotless environment, Cinco Fit has exceeded my expectations. While I do wish they had a machine deltoid raise and a hack squat, these are minor drawbacks since there are plenty of alternative exercises available. Now, two months in, I’m just as excited about my workouts as I was on day one. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to switch, and I doubt I’ll ever go back to a big-box gym again.

Love my trainer. Other trainer are friendly, seem reliable. Gym is clean. Price is reasonable. Machines that go down, which is rare are repaired quickly. It's rarely very crowded, so on second thought, don't go there. 🤫

Every year I say “I’m going to make going to the gym a consistent thing” and every year it never happens. I always feel a little intimidated or lost in the big chain gyms, or I feel pressured to upgrade my membership in some way. Cinco Fit West has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, confident, and excited to get healthier. It has all of the amenities of the big gyms with the intimate feel of a private gym. I love the convenience of this place, however it is NOT the cleanest gym. Biggest complaints is with the ladies toliet. It is clogged quite often. Since their is only 1 toliet that makes it a huge issue. Customers should NOT have to plunge the toliet to use it.

I have had to cancel/place a hold on my membership (only done through email) several times over the last few years due to extended summer travel and the owners have always been responsive and timely.

Me gusta entrenar en este lugar tiene buenas maquinas y pesas lo único es que parte de los socios deberian tomar conciencia y recoger sus propios implementos siempre que llego hay barras discos step pesas etc en el piso. Que esperas que otro venga por ti a recogerlo? Me parece peligroso ya que cualquiera se puede lesionar estando todo en el piso. Mas consciencia🙄

I like to train in this place has good machines and weights the only thing is that part of the partners should be aware and collect their own implements whenever they arrive there are bars discs, weights etc on the floor. What do you expect someone else to come and pick you up? It seems dangerous to me since anyone can be injured while being on the floor. More consciousness🙄

I have been a member of Cinco Fit for almost 4 years and was excited when they decided to open a new location on the west side of Katy. The gym is very nice and clean with excellent new equipment. There are treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, as well as various types of machines. They also have a Hoist system, which is a huge piece of equipment where you can do numerous exercises. Besides all the equipment, the staff is friendly and helpful. It is a great place to work out. I love this gym!!

This is a really cool gym. The new Precor equipment is great. The dual resistance on the machines is cool and makes for a more challenging workout.

All cardio equipment is Precor and top of the line.

The Hoist System is phenomenal (I almost need a tutorial on that alone)! You could get a full workout staying in that space alone.

They packed a lot into a small space and it fits this neighborhood.
