70$ a month for a gym that half the equipment is broken and stays broken i guess paying that much is not enough to replace bad equipment that when it gets fixed breaks for another 2 years. Sorry this is a scam. Much cheaper options with better hours. Unlike the horrible hours at this gym.

The water arthritis class was more helpful than physical therapy at relieving my upper back pain. Great class for seniors and those who have degenerative disc disease.

Gym has alot of potential but is poorly monitored and managed.

The biggest issue is the outside crossfit area. Often theres loud vulgar and inappropriate music playing in there with no regulation. It should be a place everyone to enjoy, not a dance club.

Lovely gym. The second you step in you get greeted with a big smile! Everything is nice and clean, towels are always stocked and all the gym goers are always polite and mindful.

The amenities are great. There is a large changing room with an area to relax, a steam sauna and regular sauna and a jacuzzi! There is also a lap pool and a smaller separate pool.

What I also want to praise is the kids area. The staff for the kids in motion childcare is so amazing. They’re so respectful and kind to the children and I’m really grateful for the care they’ve provided.

The gym is nice. But God help you if you want them to answer the phone. I have tried calling on different days and times. They either pick it up and then just hang it up after a few seconds of just let it go voice mail.

Worked out at 6 gyms in Texas and Louisiana, this one has the best crossfit staff. Also it's the best deal around for what you get.

Impressive - huge selection of machines, two separate free weights areas, indoor and outdoor tracks, large pool with lap swim available at all times, hot tubs. A pleasure to work out in.

Very nice place but a little over priced! Guess you get what you pay for though. Overpriced because not all the facilities are working most of the time. Usually one of the suana are not functioning correctly or something else is wrong with equipment.

True a little pricey but, you get an induction assessment (free) with a cardio work up, lipid panel, and a personal trainer to assist with an appropriate exercise plan. Most of the equipment is high end, you have use of a therapy pool as well as a GREAT swimming pool, lockers, unlimited towel use, steam room, sauna, hot tub bigger than most kitchens, plenty of group fitness workouts, and a fitness court. They even have a small restaurant which offers a healthy alternative to the PHAT foods they sell in town. I also like the personal attention afforded should you request it. It ain't cheap but, what price do you put on YOUR health?
