I came in a month ago for an intro with Xavia and I had no clue this was the “me” time I was looking for! I initially signed up for the 4 classes a month, less than a month later I’ve upgraded to the unlimited! So far I’ve taken classes with Xavia, Alexis, Aaliyah, Cassie, Julie and Peggy and they’ve been absolutely amazing they all bring a different energy to each class so no two are the same!

I have taken Pilates at Victory studio for a year now and truly see and feel the difference. The instructors are very knowledgeable and motivating. Cassie is an amazing instructor and is always willing to help. She is very friendly and takes the time to know you and your exercise levels. Her knowledge of the body and exercises is very impressive and she is always creative and teaching you new things. Damion and Xavia are high energy and hands on. They both push and motivate you to exceed your physical limitations and goals.
The studio is always clean and they offer a varied schedule which meets the needs of all ages and Pilates levels. If you are ready to start the Pilates journey, I highly recommend Club Pilates!

It’s the BEST place for Pilates in the area! I love every instructor! They are well trained and very helpful! Just to highlight a few of the instructors…Cassie provides phenomenal instruction with beautiful transitions. Julie is creative and doesn’t waste a minute. Damon’s approach is more classical in style of instruction and pushes you to exceed your expectations. Xavia is efficient and assists you with proper form. ALL of the instructors are exceptional! I’ve never been in better shape in my life and it’s all thanks to Victory Shop Club Pilates!

Cassie is an amazing Pilates instructor! Her classes are always fun, challenging in the best way, and super motivating. She’s really great at explaining moves and helping with form so you feel safe and get the most out of each class. I always leave class feeling stronger, abs & glutes on fire. If you're thinking about trying Pilates or looking for someone to help you level up your practice, I highly recommend Cassie, you’ll love her!

I love Club Pilates on Cooper Street! I honestly hated working out before I found this place. After my first intro class I bought an unlimited monthly membership and now I go to at least 6 classes a week and look forward to it everyday. I had an emergency surgery and it was super easy to freeze my membership for the 2 months that I was out and when I was ready they simply unfroze the membership and I jumped right back in. Cassie, Xavia, and Damon challenge me and take the time to correct my form which I appreciate. I love Peggy’s & Julie’s Center & Balance classes and Alexis always has a smile on her face and makes the class fun while pushing me to do my best. Joining was one the best decisions that I made for myself.

I joined as a birthday present in April. I paid for my credits all throughout the experience. I paid for one whole month in October, I was injured and lost my job, and I not only had my credits wiped without using the 8 classes, and 199.00 gone. In October, I notified this facility via email that I will not be staying with them due to the price increase. Keep in mind, I lost my job paid my late fee of 219.00 attached to my bill for November although I stated I wanted to cancel. I get text messages letting me know I need to pay for Jan per the contract after I paid 219.00. If you don't have a job, then how is Pilates the priority. After I signed the letter communicated Nicely with Nissy and Aliyah concerning closing the account. Although "she understands hardship" Samantha pushes via text that they need payment from December, and I need to pay up to January. I love the instructors they are amazing. Their billing practices aren't. Save your money and you will have an issue closing your account. No matter what you will not be able to close your account without them trying to collect additional money

Victory Shop. The staff was always nice but on several occasions I was given incorrect information and had to speak with the manager. I tried the 3 months package to see if I’d like the classes, they were good for functional strength but I found them boring after about my 5th class. The music was too slow and the studio just lacked the energy I was looking for. I felt like I was doing functional training at a retirement home. To be fair my comparison was Solid Core Pilates Studio’s which has high energy, high calorie burn and core strengthening with an ambiance. I saw results there in 3 weeks so Club Pilates just was not exciting for me. I felt It was just good for functional training days but alone not the physical fitness I aim for.
Also the way they cycle the classes became a hassle. I’d have to wait for my recurring payment to go through to book my classes for the month so by that time the classes would be full. So you have to get on the wait list and wait to see if you get in. That was a headache because I’d just be waiting to see if I get in over night. The final thing is they take your classes even if they’re scheduled when your recurring payment date comes around. I went out of the country on my last month so booked all of my classes at the end of the month 2 a weekend which rolled into my anniversaries date they took all of the classes I paid for. I called to inquire they told me the manager would called I didn’t hear anything back from her at this point I was just over Club Pilates studio all together.

Not sure why this location only has 4.2 stars. It should definitely be 5! Friendly & accommodating front desk.

I love Cassie’s classes! She’s incredibly thorough in her teaching and provides clear and concise cues, fun and engaging routines, detailed form corrections, and such great motivation all while being so warm and personable. I really enjoy trying various studios and instructors, and I can say without a doubt that her classes are worth every penny and more. Studio is beautiful, location is nice, and she’s fantastic!

Super disappointed in this location. Almost 3 months of coming here. I walked in the door at exactly 4:35 then the time changed to 4:36, so she wouldn’t let me into class. I rushed from work to make it to class with my scrub cap still on. As a healthcare worker the worst thing that could happen after a stressful hospital shift is being turned away from class for being 10 seconds off from the cut off mark. Very disappointed and will be taking my membership elsewhere.

At 55, after 10 years of not being very active, having gone thru Breast cancer, sudden menopause, and loss of people close to me, I decided it was time to improve my flexibility and strength. 35 years as a Dental Hygienist had taken its toll on my lower back and neck. My posture and strength were declining, and being on the edge Osteoporosis, I needed to do something. I have to admit,it was scary to go to the 1st class. After one class, I knew I had found my home!
Joining Club Pilates has been the best thing! The instructors are amazing, the other members are supportive and we have fun!! The improvements are numerous and still evolving!! This is now a lifetime commitment.

Finally found something I love doing. I started with 4 class upgraded to 8. Struggling to book 2 classes a week after 4pm or at 6am. Paid on 1/22 1st booked class 2/4. All other level-1 are waitlisted. If you need a class after 4pm or at 6am good luck. You have to book all of your classes for the whole month as soon as they bill you or risk being waitlisted. It’s expensive, but I don’t mind the price. I mind paying the price and being waitlisted for classes, and having to book the entire month in one sitting for fear of being waitlisted. It cost way too much to be guessing whether or not you’re going to get into a class or waiting for a call 2 hours before the class starts. Being waitlisted is a nice option but shouldn’t be the norm. It’s a small studio I knew that going into this everyone seems really nice. I asked to downgrade my last month back to 4 classes what I started with since they can’t accommodate 2 classes a week without waitlist. I was told that’s not allowed because I’m canceling…I can’t find that in the contract and no one could show me where it states that In the contract, she said her supervisor said it can’t be done so she can’t do it. Maybe my thought process is different but if I couldn’t accommodate my current members I wouldn’t be signing up new members or allow current members to upgrade just to sit on a waitlist…just a thought 🤔

I never got a chance to even try it. Upon opening, the communication was horrible and I didn't even know they had finally opened after big delay until I realized they were charging me. I was supposed to be on a 2 month trial membership and after more bad communication - I went in and told them I was done even though I never went to one class but paid for them. They have continued to charge me month after month and I had missed it on my monthly statement - I posted on FB and the owner said they would contact me - never did. Don't trust these people. Don't join these kind of clubs.

I enjoy my classes here very much. A majority of the instructors are knowledgeable, caring and give you a good workout. Like any new business, the studio has had its share of hiccups. This is largely due in part to the owner of the shopping center and lackluster property management. Nonetheless, I plan to keep my membership bc I enjoy the fitness regimen.

The price is high for what you get. A fast food version of what most Pilates studios are. The instructors don't give any real personal attention, mostly just march you through the moves without much care to your form. The facility is new and clean though I have gotten off my mat to find bugs crawling around the floor with me twice in my visits. You pay a lot for credits that are use it or lose it style. Not very flexible in the days of covid where you may miss several weeks to illness or isolation.
You can't use credits at other locations which is super annoying.
