⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Club Pilates El Paso West – A 10/10 Experience!
From the moment I walked in, the customer service at Club Pilates El Paso West stood out — friendly, upbeat, and so genuinely helpful. The front desk staff, Bianca made me feel welcomed before I even set foot in the studio. I ended up doing a one-on-one intro session with Kelsey, and she was fantastic. Even as someone who’s taken plenty of Pilates classes elsewhere, I learned so much. She took the time to tailor movements to what my body needed that day (I was sore from a long run) and walked me through every detail — from equipment to memberships and even local fitness talk. The studio itself is spotless, beautifully organized, and full of top-notch equipment. My favorite part was the strength and stress-control segment — challenging yet incredibly grounding. Overall, an exceptional experience with great energy, great people, and a seriously great workout.

My only request is some Club Pilates “El Paso “ swag !
There wasn’t a lot of retail to choose from other than grip socks and I love retail !

This is the best Pilates studio I've ever been to! The instructors are great, kind, and creative. I feel like every workout is so worth it. The equipment was always clean and in great conditions.
I'm so happy to be able to attended to all the classes. I will miss this place and all the great instructors.

Pilates has helped me post 15 yr stroke than anything. I am so much stronger, range of motion and ability to get up and down. As someone over 65 I would tell anyone to try it. Kelsi is the best too!

The only good thing about this studio is Camila who is phenomenal. Horrible customer service and horrible retention of clients. Try canceling and they charge you abusively. Zero knowledge of management.

I would give a zero if available. Training is boring, only instructor that was decent was Jackie and she left. Don’t waste your money or time, you will more likely do not see results.

Loved the classes but the membership is totally oversold and classes are hard to come by. There also seems to be a huge miscommunication between management, staff and members. Overall the courses were good but dealing with the scheduling and poor management and sometimes the cattiness at the front desk wasn’t worth the amount of money I spent here. Had to cancel my contract.

Comparing this studio to other cities, the instructors need more training. I've gone to about 5 classes there, and left feeling underwhelmed and wanting more each time. If you try to do any kind of alterations to get a better workout, even if it's just stretching deeper, they come and "correct" you. I feel more challenged and actually break a sweat at Club Pilates in other cities, even if it's an intro class or 1.0 flow.

It's frustrating because their 1.0 class might as well be an hour long intro. It's extremely slow-paced and they don't allow you to add on any kind of add-ons to challenge yourself, even if you know what you're doing. They have so many options to use all the fun equipment, but lack of knowledge keeps them from doing so, which is a bummer.

I went into this place to ask for info. Their website states that hours are from 6:00am - 8:00pm. I went in at 2pm, the door was open, and the woman behind the desk looked at me and said "we are closed". I told her I just wanted info about classes and prices, she didn't even look at me. SO RUDE! Obviously I'm not joining this place.

I didn’t like that I signed up for a package of several months and the only times I could go they didn’t offer classes and the classes I could go to they were always booked! You have to reserve your class several weeks in advance and if you can’t make it you pay a fee for canceling. I didn’t renew after my package was up.

The classes are good, three instructors are amazing those being, Cecy, Jackie and, Brenda. The place is clean and they have the necessary equipment. HOWEVER, the price and contract are not which is why I give it 2 stars. They don’t have enough instructors or classes to accommodate the amount of memberships sold and you’re paying money each month to be on the “waitlist” you have to really plan ahead to TRY and get reservations otherwise you won’t get in unless someone cancels their time. Kelsi is the only instructor who is extremely rude, her workouts are eh, and she tends to get annoyed when you ask questions prompting a passive aggressive response from her, she seems to forget that she is teaching a level 1 Pilates. Took two classes with her and never again. Both times it seemed she was NOT happy to be there. Unless you have all of your agenda free and don’t mind working out late in the evening when available, I would NOT RECOMMEND this place.

They have over sold their memberships to be able to accommodate everyone and wont let points roll over. Idk if thats club pilates or this studios policy, regardless its so hard to get into classes. Also dont mean to be rude but if you decide to still get the membership id advice not taking classes with Liz. Shes very kind but being an instructor is not her thing. Other than the availability its a nice place.

Great instructors, Mandi and Brenda are my favorites. The app is super user friendly. Classes do fill up so you need to plan ahead to get the classes and times you want.

The classes themselves were good, Jackie is one of the best instructors. But when it came to payments, it was disorganized even with specific instructions, causing issues.

Not the best option if you are looking for convenient workout classes in the evenings. I was never able to book a class, I was always on the waitlist. Requested cancellation and it’s an act of Congress to actually get it processed. Read carefully what you sign and make sure to ask questions because it is not properly explained at the time you sign your agreement.

Instructors, Cecy and Jackie are the best because they articulate well and cover all muscule groups. Before they start addressing the body setup and alignment, they state the exercise, then explain the reformer set up working from the footbar up to the straps. I always look forward to going to class and love how close it is to my house. Pricing is reasonable and debited monthly.

The club and classes themselves are good. The contractual agreements are not. Carefully read and understand what you're signing. Also, be sure that your body is capable of doing the exercises. My back has been killing me and despite speaking to several instructors about form and possible modifications to some movements, it continues to be a significant bother. I now have to provide a doctor's note to get out of the contract. Buyer beware.

Try Orange Theory, Hot Box Yoga, or Cycle bar first! Club Pilates does not honor the promotions they advertise.
