If you know me, you know I’ve never stuck to a workout this long, but Pilates changed that! This place is my escape, my safe haven, and honestly, my happy place.

I’m so grateful to the owners, Irene and Mr. Garza, for their kindness and understanding, the staff for always being so thoughtful, and to the one-of-a-kind and amazing instructors who each bring their own energy, encouragement, and spice to every class!!

Classes Everyday and Every hour! That’s my favorite thing, plus they have memberships to use just locally, some to travel nationally and internationally too! They have free classes for friends and family and the boutique inside always has variety and new items! They also provide a coffee bar for you to get your treat after class everyday!❤️ As a coffee lover myself this is just the cherry on top!

Hands down one of the best studios I’ve ever been to! Such a warm welcoming atmosphere to walk into, a lovely coffee station to enjoy after your class and some fun merchandise to shop!! I enjoy this studio the most because of my long legs. I don’t hit my neighbors with my feet whenever we do feet in straps! Plus the instructors are very knowledgeable!! Can’t wait to schedule more classes with y’all!!
