I can honestly say Pilates has been such a positive addition to my life. When I first started, I was looking for something that would strengthen my core and improve my posture without feeling overwhelming and it has exceeded my expectations.
Each class challenges me in the best way possible. I’ve noticed not just physical changes like better flexibility, strength, and less back pain, but also a mental shift. I leave every session feeling calmer, more centered, and re-energized.
What makes the experience even better is the supportive environment. The instructors take the time to correct form, encourage progress, and meet each of us where we’re at. I never feel out of place, whether I’m trying something new or repeating the basics.
I also love talking to Melissa about healthy options, she is positive and always there to support!

Melissa has done an amazing job maintaining the studio. As soon as she came into this location, she quickly shaped it up and made a huge difference!
