I’ve tried a couple of club Pilates classes already and wanted to keep going to classes while visiting family. I convinced my mom and I to try the free intro class together and it was lovely! This was my mom’s first time doing Pilates and she really enjoyed it! Sonya did a great job explaining the reformer and going through all of the exercises. My mom felt great coming out of the class! She normally does stretching and yoga at home so getting to do similar exercises on the reformer was a nice change of pace. The ladies working the front desk were also so kind and friendly! All in all great experience and will definitely be coming back whenever I’m in town!

Not a lot of class availability for 1.5 level throughout the week for the morning and afternoon slots. I have a membership and it’s very disappointing because there are some good instructors and classes, but if you don’t sign up immediately at the beginning of the month you’re out of luck and on a long waiting list.

I work out 5–6 times a week—mostly weight training—and was looking to add Pilates once a week to support core strength and mobility. I’ve been practicing Pilates for over seven years at various studios and Club Pilates locations across the country, so I came in knowing exactly what I wanted: a solid, once-a-week class to complement my training and keep my spine from turning into a pretzel.

What I didn’t expect was to enter a subscription sales funnel disguised as a fitness studio.

From day one, the pressure to sign up for an “unlimited” membership was relentless. I travel frequently for work and can’t reliably make it to four - eight classes a month, let alone enough to make “unlimited” make sense. I asked about buying a class pack at a better rate—like, you know, a normal studio—and was told they only want subscription customers. A bold stance, but okay.

I decided to make it work anyway. This location isn’t the best I’ve been to, but it’s nearby and decent enough to fill the Pilates-shaped hole in my workout routine. So I started buying individual class packs at $35 a pop, which, yes, is more expensive than the member rate—but I was willing to pay for flexibility.

Turns out, flexibility is not on the menu.

Each class pack expires exactly one month from purchase. Which would be fine if it weren’t physically impossible to get into the same class each week at the same time. I’ve tried booking sessions a full month in advance—on the dot—and I still end up 6th on the waitlist.

I’ve now lost over $100 in class credits—not because I didn’t want to go, but because I literally couldn’t get in. And if you don’t make it off the waitlist? There’s no backup option. Classes are booked solid, always.

I called to ask if they’d extend the expiration date—just a little!—so I could use the credits I paid for. The receptionist, who was polite but clearly over it, told me no. “Subscription customers get priority.”

Which is wild, considering I’m paying more per class than those subscription customers. I’m not trying to game the system here—I’m just trying to take a Pilates class at the same time each week without having to get locked into a subscription I don't want.

At this point, I’m moving on. I need a studio that actually lets you take the classes you pay for. If you’re someone with a busy or unpredictable schedule, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

This setup doesn’t feel like it’s about wellness. It feels like a cleverly disguised money trap. With a reformer machine.

I recently started attending classes at this Pilates studio, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The facility is brand new, clean, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect environment for a great workout. From the moment I walked in, the manager, Alex, made me feel incredibly welcome—warm, friendly, and always available to answer questions. She helps create a feeling of community at this studio.

There are many instructors, so you can find the right match for your personality and workout style. I have found them all to be knowledgeable and encouraging. They offer modifications for those who need it, or challenges for those looking for a more intense workout. I love that Club Pilates has different class types and levels, so that you can progress on your own timeline.

I have the unlimited monthly membership, which makes it pretty easy to plan ahead and get the classes you want. I love it, highly recommend!

Booking a class has been increasingly difficult over the last three months due to the reduced number of available sessions. This has been frustrating, especially since I value consistency in my workouts.

I understand that scheduling adjustments happen, but I wanted to share this feedback as I feel like I’m not getting the full value of my membership.

She was polite but I will never go there now...my Mother's birthday was today she passed away on Mother's day and she asked me not to stand in front of their building.
Thanks hope you have a great day!

Club pilates is awesome! Love all the instructors so far! I've played soccer all my life but I've had 4 kids and ACL reconstruction. So my hips, quads, and abs are all very weak and I'm in pain most days. I've been doing classes consistently for 3 weeks now and can already tell a difference in my mobility and pain! Not to mention, my clothes are fitting better! So excited to see where Club Pilates takes my mental and physical well being!

Love Pilates! Alex is the best and walked me through signing up. Every instructor has been awesome. Pilates is for everyone! So glad I have unlimited membership. I never had been to a Pilates class until 4 weeks ago and I love it!
