I joined Club Studios because they made the correct decision in hiring Kyara—who should be in top management, if she isn’t already. I stayed because the workout and weightlifting space is exceptional, the locker room facilities are top tier and they do include some special features that I really appreciate, like their locker systems, free towels, sauna and the best equipment.

The classes are what you make of them. Is there a professional boxer teaching every boxing class? No. That doesn’t mean, however, that I don’t leave feeling like I put in work. I get a lot out of each class and they try to give you specialized attention if you need more of a challenge.

A few low-bar suggestions that I think might send this gym over the top:

(1) Please provide a few toiletry products in the ladies locker room: spray deodorant, hairspray, hair ties and some feminine products. Even Orangetheory does this, and it’s a nice touch. (2) Think of adding a straightener or another hair tool. I was with BodyTech in Bogotá and I loved having it as an option if I forgot mine. (3) Train the newer staff members to the level that caters to people dropping $170 per month to sweat (e.g., Kyara). Thanks a lot Club Studios, and I look forward to having my expectations continuously exceeded.

Tried it for the first time today due to I had a free class offer. First I want to start by saying they are very unfriendly and staff is unhelpful. I called yesterday to confirm I had a class just as my email stated to do so. The gentleman said I had booked a reformer class when I could have sworn I booked a heated mat class. Sure enough I got here this morning and front desk said no it is a heated class just as I thought it was. Mind you they were not friendly walking in. I explained it was my first time, they did not offer directions to the class. I had to ask where to go. The only friendly person was the instructor and her class was amazing. The rest of the staff did not make it welcoming and definitely will not be returning.

This place is stuck somewhere between Plant Fitness and Equinox.

The pros: very well equipped gym. I think in the last three or four months maybe once I had to wait for a machine to be available. But almost always there's a free one. There are rows and rows of machines and weights to choose from. This place is big. There's plenty of space. It never feels quite busy. The staff is usually pretty friendly. The locker room is secured and generally displayed feels safe. They have classes every hour or so.

The cons: let's start with the showers, they are absolutely filthy. I remember going to Equinox and seeing someone cleaning basically 24/7. The floor at the showers is grimy and dirty. The hot water doesn't quite work. It's either scorching hot or freezing cold and God forbid two people are shower at the same time both of you are going to be a little bit warm and a little bit cold. They turned the music superduper loud. So loud that I've asked them a few times to turn it down. Employees are frequently late when they open at 5 AM not once or twice I had to wait for the employer to come open the door. Generally, the customer service is good, but there are some young people at the front desk that couldn't care to greet you or have some personality. I thought there would be more of a variety of classes like yoga, but they don't have much of a variety.

Generally, this is a good gym. However, for the price, if I had the option to choose between this and Equinox, I would definitely choose Equinox.

Update: cancelled membership due to inconsistent trainers across the board. Some instructors are teaching at advanced pace then others. The only instructor that teaches advanced classes is now gone and so am I. The other instructors are good but they don’t teach at industry standard of classes ( too easy you don’t even break a sweat)

It’s very inconsistent and they don’t have classes past 12 pm Friday -Sunday.

It’s not worth it.

I have been a member here since they first opened. Not sure why there is so many negative reviews. I have tried most of the gums in DFW by now, from absolute recomp to John creed, Cowboys fit. The most important thing for me has always been the ambiance and the people I’m surrounded with.

This gym is perfect for anyone looking to combine all their memberships in once place. Pilates, boxing, cross fit and weightlifting. It’s definitely a high end gym and you pay high end price, that comes with being surrounded with more safety and a better atmosphere. I recommend this gym to all my friends, the classes are all challenging, you just have to find the instructor you like the best.

The only complaint I have is that they still have not added more classes on the weekends. Their latest classes are 11 am. To management - please add more classes Friday - Sunday.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Gabbi’s Pilates classes are hands down the best I’ve ever been to! She has such an amazing, upbeat personality that instantly puts you in a good mood. Her energy, playlists, and perfectly balanced routines make every class both fun and challenging. She always takes time to help with form and encourages everyone to push their limits. Since consistently taking her classes, I’ve seen a real difference in my physique- stronger, more toned, and so much more confident. She’s honestly the reason I joined Club Studio, (her snd Maximiliano’s amazing guest experience!! 10/10) and I’m always trying to get my friends to come to her class because I know they’ll be hooked too!

As for the gym itself, I really enjoy the overall vibe- it’s never too crowded, and I can always get a great workout in. My only wish is that the women’s locker room was kept a bit cleaner and had a few more amenities. Other than that, it’s a great environment to train in, especially with instructors like Gabbi who make it worth showing up every time!

Gabriela is the reason that I chose this gym as my home gym and continue to stay. This place is gorgeous but the way I feel in her Pilates classes is the real determiner for why I love this place. Her music selection is top tear and different than any studio I’ve been to in the area. I love that she brings some culture into her class. It is needed to have motivation at 5am . GABBY makes this place so worth it !!

Pricing is definitely on the high end staff at front desk is either really passive aggressive or kind there’s no in between especially the girls the only. Girls locker rooms restrooms aren’t continently clean while the disposed feminine product trash can in the stalls being over filled. The only consistency is the quality of the classes they offer but even then they have missed 5:05am classes without communicating to anyone rehearsed class is cancelled just letting everyone stand around to figure it out lack of professionalism overall

The gym itself is nice, however, I do feel it is missing amenities offered at other gyms at similar price point such as hot tub/pool, childcare, etc.
Have had issues with “no-show” fees being charged and taking over a month to be refunded. I invited a guest on a guest pass, they checked in and attended class timely but were charged $25 for “no-show”. When they contacted the club, they doubted that he attended and told them they couldn’t refund the fees. After several weeks of back and forth, they finally refunded his fee.
Also, there is absolutely no grace period for entering a class even a minute late. They will automatically charge you and close the door. Even if it was to go to the restroom. Yes, one of the managers attempted to stop me one time as I was entering from going to the restroom but I ignored him because my personal belongings were in room.
When I asked why there was no grace period, I was given their explanation followed by “if you have a busy schedule, just don’t book a class”.
I also had other billing questions that I wanted explained. And no one on the staff could explain them to me. I was told I needed to come in and make an appointment with management from 9-5. Another family member on the same plan was able to go in and inquire, but wasn’t given a clear explanation. I followed up and the question we were asking was clearly explained fairly quickly. Why we were given run around prior to that is beyond me… While she was explaining the charges she kept mentioning she was writing it down for us “for training purposes”. I wasn’t sure who she was referring to since it’s clear staff needs to be trained on how to read charges on a members account but it came across very condescending.
Overall, yes it is a nice gym. I did enjoy the classes with some of the instructors but I also put a high value on service and they definitely miss the mark in this area.

I can’t say enough great things about the incredible leadership and instruction at Club Studio. Marvin, the General Manager, sets the tone for excellence. His professionalism, warmth, and dedication to creating a welcoming and high-energy environment truly elevate the entire experience. FANTASTIC price for what you get compared to other boutique studios... with a few refinements needed. - more classes with Sara A, Kimberly, Xiaoli and Jennifer... Top tier teachers that are sought after and impossible to get in their classes!!! LOVE THEM!!! Love a ton of the classes and teachers SO MUCH!!! Bathrooms need work, hooks, bench outside of sauna... Better manager availability for feedback, impossible to get a hold of them... This is important as its a neig him or good gym and you've got to be visible and findable!!!

I’ve been going to this gym since it opened through Gympass/Wellhub. Unfortunately, they’ve moved to the Diamond tier, which costs $350 a month. As a result, I can no longer afford to use this gym, which is my main reason for giving it a 2-star rating. At its regular price, I’d rate it 3 stars.
Pros: The machines are new and high-end. Offering a reformer class is a plus, though it’s not true Pilates.
Cons: There’s no pool, hot tub, or cold plunge. They’ve over-invested in pickleball courts that are rarely used because of an additional fee. For a gym priced at $150+ per month, a pool is a must. There’s no childcare, and the gym closes at 6 PM on weekends. The recovery area also requires an extra charge. The remaining classes are decent but not as good as those offered by Lifetime, F45, or Orangetheory.

Let me start by saying this: I NEVER write reviews. However, I feel it’s important to share my experience.

On July 12th, I joined Club Studio (operated by Fitness International LLC). I signed a contract and paid for my first and last month of dues.

On August 7th, while parked at the gym, my car window was smashed. My work bag was stolen. It contained my laptop, work phone, glasses, and other personal items. While I was filling out the incident report, a gym employee informed me that another car had been broken into just before mine.

Feeling unsafe returning to the gym, I called on August 11th to cancel my membership. I was told a manager would call me back within three days. I never received that call. I followed up on August 14th, calling twice during peak hours, but no one answered. The phone just rang and didn’t even go to voicemail.

That evening, I finally received a call from the membership manager, Zoe. I explained that I no longer felt safe returning to the gym and wanted to cancel my membership. I also requested a copy of the incident report for my employer’s HR department, as company property had been stolen. Zoe told me she couldn’t provide the report and said cancellations must be done in person, by mail, or online. I explained I wasn’t comfortable returning in person due to the break-in.

I also requested a refund for my last month’s dues, since it hadn’t even been a full month since I joined and I had already tried to cancel on August 11th. By then, I had also been charged for the upcoming month. Zoe told me she would call me back within three days to complete the cancellation over the phone. She also confirmed that three break-ins occurred that day. Despite this, no emails or notifications were sent to gym members regarding the incident.

Again, three days passed, and I received no follow-up. On August 18th, I called and again requested the report. Zoe reiterated that she couldn’t provide it. I asked again to cancel my membership and for a refund of both the latest charge and my last month’s dues. She said she would look into it, stated that the membership had been canceled, and told me I would receive an email confirmation.

As of today, I have not received a refund or any confirmation email.

At this point, I suspect my number is being flagged when I call, as no one at the front desk answers. On August 20th, my mother called the gym and asked to speak with Zoe. Zoe answered but then either hung up or muted the call, the line went completely silent.

I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I understand that gyms are often known for making cancellations difficult, but given the circumstances, I expected this situation to be handled with care and professionalism.

I'm also concerned for the safety of other members. If serious safety issues like multiple break-ins are not communicated or properly addressed, then I strongly urge others to proceed with caution when attending this location.

I absolutely love this gym for the price you get so much people don’t realize how much it cost just to have a one studio membership for spin or Pilates all these negative reviews complaining about nonsense is ridiculous. Not everyone plays basketball and not everyone has kids if you think because of those reasons you should live a negative review simply don’t join. There is plenty of other gyms you can go to, as well as the complaints of the class being closed right on time. Yes, they are on the schedule if you are not early you’re late so don’t even bother showing up. I don’t understand how people complain about that. Anyways love the gym the staff, the pickle ball courts the recovery area everything is so clean and nice and having so many classes to choose from is worth all the money. If you can’t afford it just say that 🫶🏼

No different than a 24-hour fitness or other commercial gym outside of pickelball. But picked ball is a separate charge. So save your money buy a cheap commercial gym membership and a membership at a pickelball court. You'll save a bunch of money. Update showed up not even 30 seconds late for a palates class and they wouldn't let me into the class. Also the locker room is insanely hot and has what seems like no AC. I couldnt stop sweating just from the heat in there. We just keep running into issue after issue with this gym. They do not care about their customers and quality of service.

Was excited to check out Club Studio Fort Arapaho for their grand opening, but it ended up being really disappointing. I checked in for a B12 shot and was just… ignored, even by the nurses and what seemed like the supervisor.

Then I showed up right at 10:30 for my class the start time and the doors were already closed. They wouldn’t let me in and told me to reschedule. It felt dismissive and unwelcoming, like they’d already decided I didn’t matter. And I get that, I’ve been to other facilites but for an opening can’t it be a little less lenient?!

Not the first impression I expected. Definitely not worth the price they charge.

I moved to club studio from equinox mainly because of distance. The membership is a little less and offers most of the same things.

Here’s what I also appreciate:
I really like the equipment. I like the brands and they have tutorial videos for how to use them on a QR code on each machine (techno gym mainly)

There’s PLENTY equipment. I’ve rarely had to wait to use a a machine I want. There’s plenty of weights and benches as well.

Theres a good variety of classes offered at a variety of times. If you’re a class person, you have a lot of options based on your schedule.

Here’s where club studio could use improvement.

The classes (especially yoga) are very tight. I really enjoy yoga, but I haven’t been to a class since for this reason. I think removing maybe 8-10 mats from the room would make the experience less claustrophobic.

I don’t recommend showering or using the locker room (girls) unless these simple changes are made:

There are currently 6 hooks in the entire locker room. One outside of each shower on the outside of the shower corridors (😳). This placement feels purposefully annoying?

There’s also no surface to place your own shampoo and conditioner.

The very tiny towels are located outside of the locker rooms. If you forget to pick up a towel when you walk in - you’re in trouble.

It feels very much like purposeful behavior design to get you to not use their locker rooms except to store your stuff (there are plenty of lockers 🙃)

I’ll keep this review updated if club studio adds more hooks and moves the towels inside the locker room. Until then, 3 stars it is.

I’ve been a member for only a week and I very much enjoy this club. The classes are fabulous and it’s easy to schedule via the app.

Originally I was told that my membership plus the family charge of $129 would allow for up to four people to enjoy the amenities. I thought $300 was a great cost for a family of four based on the amenities, the quality of the instructors and the locker rooms.

Instead they want $129 for each family member plus my monthly rate of $149. That totals over $530 and then they nickel and dime you by charging separate monthly rates for pickleball. There are probably 12 courts and I’ve never seen more than one foursome playing.

The cost won’t cause me to leave but it’s unfortunate that someone somewhere thinks that charging over $500 per month is okay. We have officially entered a time of idiocracy combined with $30,000 millionaire syndrome.

I don’t wish ill on this place but it will surprise me if they survive in the long run.

I’ve been coming strictly for the classes because at this rate u pay per month is WORTH the money VS paying 140 a month for 10 classes at one studio. 6/10 some instructors I feel don’t work you out enough which sucks because I’m here for a sweat (reform class especially). 2. You will be charged for everything and anything. Ex: I was 2 minutes late for a class they said I couldn’t even walk to my class because it closed its doors on the spot. I understand but they should have a 5 min grace ATLEAST just how much they’re charging each month. I was also charged for a NO SHOW fee which is ($15) is crazy because I was literally checking in and get hit with a $15 charge. Prior to this I was charged for another NO show fee for a class that I took, wasn’t late, checked in 2x desk person and another person with a tablet near the studios were the classes are being held. It took 3 people on the phone, in person and manager to fix the no show fee and refunded back.

So far so good. I’ve read the reviews that that complain the rates are too high. Having been a member gyms with higher rates and lower rates this facility is right in between and it offers a lot. Visit the gym and if it’s not in your budget then go somewhere else. Don’t leave a bad review here as that’s what I’m seeing and if you think you’ll find anywhere else that offers what this place does for less then good luck. It’s very clean and well maintained and the lay out is excellent, so is the equipment. Equipment brands matter and they have top notch machines here. When you take into consideration all you get between classes and pickle ball courts we felt it was priced right. Lots of little things here that have exceeded our expectations this far. The staff is friendly, free towels, juice bar, immaculate locker rooms, and a process for the classes- which are excellent by the way, and 25 free annual guest prices, all of that adds up. We are comfortable spending the money for what we get.

No kids care service. I think this is the biggest mistake this business has made.As a working mother, I barely can make trips to any studio nowadays. We would pay extra for a gym that offers kids care. For the similar price , lifetime fitness and equinox all offer the childcare options.

====== following up below============
For those reviews who said that complaining no kids care is stupid because your concern your payment will go towards there, what a stupid and selfish thought . This business fails to cater the market demand. I will definitely not want to work out in a gym with people who are lack of empathy, intelligence and a loving heart. Also, The classes are packed, totally not fit for someone like me who prefers a smaller size of class. Thanks for helping me save $239 family plan per month without any doubt.

I’ve been lowkey stalking this gym for over a year waiting for it to open—and let me just say, it was worth the wait.

I just wrapped up my first week and have already been here 5 out of 7 days. This gym truly has it all: boxing, HIIT, reformer Pilates, yoga, spin, recovery (red light therapy, Normatec boots, sauna, hydro massage), and even cryotherapy and pickleball. They’re also opening a medspa soon, which is a huge bonus. Everyone who works here has been so friendly, from the time I signed up 3 months ago for my membership to when I arrived.

The value is unbeatable. I’m paying less here (with recovery included!) than I ever did at any boutique fitness studio I’ve been a member of—and I’ve tried them all. They even have two of my favorite instructors from previous spots (shoutout to Crystal and Ashley!), which made me even more excited about the class lineup.

A few things that could improve:
• Hours are limited right now, but I’m hopeful they’ll expand once staffing is fully ramped up post-grand opening.
• Cryo is only available via a monthly add-on. I wish there was a pay-per-use option for those of us who want to do it occasionally (read: hate the cold but know we need it).
• The stretch area doesn’t have its own wipes station—you have to walk out to the main floor to grab one.
• Recovery zone can get a little backed up after class times with only one attendant on duty.
• In the locker room, they offer the basics (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion), but adding extras like deodorant, tampons, dry shampoo, and hair ties would take it to the next level.

Even with these small things, I’m incredibly happy so far. The space is beautiful, the amenities are next-level, and I’m really hopeful this becomes a place where a strong community forms—especially with events or ways to connect beyond classes.

Can’t wait to keep showing up and seeing what’s next here.

First off the reviews complaining about price are people that haven’t even joined the gym, it’s only been open 3 days. This is a premium gym and soon as you walk in you feel it and it’s amazing. The classes here have been perfect and the open gym has great equipment. Bathrooms and lockers are very luxurious and clean. Towel service is great. Excited for pickleball open plays starting also. Any complaints about no child care is also stupid, if a gym doesn’t have your needs just don’t go there?? I don’t want my payments going toward childcare that I don’t need or care for.

Signed up for a 5:05AM class on the second day of the club opening. No one showed up to 1) run the class 2) open the gym to at least get a workout in. I hope I can come back and change this review, but not a great start.

Just another equinox/lifetime that overcharges you. Reached out for pricing and was offered a “special deal” and it was the standard $110 price without any of the add ons. You can’t even bring friends here. Horrible business model that will fail because it’s pricing out the people that live in houses across the street.
