I love this gym I only went twice with a friend- but what stood out the most was this young lady named Tabitha she was so polite and she seemedso happy to be working there. I like that, she took pride. She called herself a professional cleaner I giggled. Thank to for having such awesome prime working there felt safe. It's clean and so full of awesomeness we love the recovery and the class we took.

Club Studio is one of the top gyms in San Antonio! While the price will definitely turn people away, club studio is unmatched in the equipment and fitness class quality, amenity availability, and clean nature. Daniella is an absolutely awesome staff member and gave us a tour of the facility. Since signing up, my workouts have been more impactful and I’m hitting goals week after week. You never have to wait for equipment in the weight section, even during what other gyms would consider peak hours. Highly recommend!!

Club studio please have a better system with checking in .

Thursday as I entered the club for Pilates 515pm I checked in and was stopped midpoint from front desk to the Pilates door by a white female worker in a white long sleeve jacket , blonde hair . She rudely asked why I haven’t checked in without knowing if I did or not . I was on a one day pass, showed my ID and even took a picture . Her response was “I’m just the middle man “. Do better club studio !!

A few complaints. I'll change my review if any of these change.
-Parking lot is almost completely full Mon through Thurs.
-First week, gym was nice and cool, now it's several degrees hotter. Can't feel the AC blowing like it was when they first opened (cps prices are pretty crazy lately)
-5g with at&t can't get through whatever these walls are built with and the Wi-Fi is complete trash. Can barely stream music. Has to buffer often.
-Door from the locker room to the sauna has to be forced open. -edit, this has been fixed.
-Shampoo doesn't lather
-Body wash smells like rubbing alcohol
-Equipment wipes dry out easily, so I have to pull two or three to get a fresh one.

I love this gym. Yes, the cost is higher than your “normal” gym, but there’s nothing normal about this place. The amenities are top-tier, the atmosphere is motivating, and the staff is genuinely friendly. Truly—you get what you pay for.

Daniela was my host when I signed up, and even a month later she still goes out of her way to make me feel welcome every time I walk in.

The front desk team is awesome and intentional—they take the time to learn members’ names, which makes the whole experience feel personal.

I also love all of the classes. The instructors—Eliza, James, Beth, Kendyl, Lolo, and Julia—are amazing. I’ve taken classes with all of them and enjoyed every single one. They make working out fun, and that’s what keeps you showing up and chasing your goals.

This gym is refreshingly clean, modern, and such a pleasure to be a part of. I really enjoy the wide variety of classes and equipment they offer, but the recovery options are also top tier. Even with ongoing updates to the location, my experience has been nothing but positive.

Most importantly, the staff here is truly amazing. I felt inclined to sign up because of the attentiveness and upbeat energy I’m always welcomed with. Daniela is always nearby, ready to help and answer any questions—I genuinely enjoyed signing up with her. I also want to give a shoutout to Katrina, who stepped in with the same helpfulness and encouragement, almost as if she knew me for years. sometimes after a long day, its genuinely appreciated to be received such welcoming energy.

Lastly, I have to highlight Kaleigh, the instructor. She’s fantastic and really supportive of all fitness levels during class. She often takes the time to give helpful pointers mid-workout, especially to those who may be learning the movements.

Overall, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far and truly appreciate the team here.

Best Gym I have ever gone too with what they provide! If you are within 20 minutes and can afford it (Honestly it's great value) I would join in a heartbeat if i were you. Classes, Weights, Amenities, Customer Service. It honestly changes my outlook on this part of town. Dude Members please do not wear your stinky socks in the Sauna though!

My husband and I are absolutely enjoying this gym. The word ‘gym’ doesn’t adequately describe it; it really does have a club vibe. The equipment is upscale, better than any gym I’ve ever joined. The classes are fantastic; I’m obsessed with the ‘ride’ classes, especially Julia’s. The services available in the recovery area (red light therapy, cryotherapy and more) are all excellent therapeutic treatments for pre or post workouts. And there’s the friendly staff too. Shoutout to Elizabeth (recovery area) who’s always so helpful and sweet, and Daniela for being incredibly welcoming.

Gym, studio classes, sauna, recovery services, smoothies and coffee, med spa—all conveniently in one place. We’re highly impressed with Club Studio.

I gave it a try and I’m canceling my membership. This gym is trying to do too many things and it’s not doing any of them well.
The parking lot is too small, it’s impossible to find parking during peak times and this can make you late for class.
They have a variety of classes but none of them are great.
Reformer, which is one of the main reasons I signed up, is not really pilates, it’s just a mediocre workout on a reformer for the most part. I have tried most instructors and other than Christina and Carly, you don’t really get a quality class.
The rooms are jam packed, the reformers are so close to each other that you’re constantly bumping into your neighbors.
The weight room is lacking, not a wide variety of machines and they feel cheaply made, not sturdy at all to the point that some of them feel unsafe to use.
They don’t have a grace period for classes, other studios offer flexibility with a 5 minute grace period. Given the parking situation and the check in lines while the front desk staff is chit chatting, you need to arrive extra early to have time to get to class. Once I arrived at 9:00 am on the dot to my class and they closed the door, the girl at the door, visibly annoyed let me in but made it clear I was a major inconvenience for her. Another time there was an accident on my way to the gym and I arrived 2 minutes late and they didn’t let me in. To add insult to injury I was charged a no show fee even though I clearly showed up. I talked to the front desk and explained the situation and they said they couldn’t waive it.
They change instructors and sometimes it’s too late for you to cancel the class without being penalized. I found the instructors I like, and schedule my classes around their schedule, if the instructor is changed we should be able to cancel without a penalty since sometimes we don’t get the notification on time to cancel during the allowed window.
Their class schedule is awful, they only have early classes on Friday and Saturday. They don’t have classes around noon. I specifically asked this before I signed up and I was assured they would have classes all day long, every hour, not true.

If you like weight lifting, there’s better gyms. If you like yoga, Pilates or boxing there’s better studios. If you like to swim, they don’t even have a pool. The sauna is nice so there’s that.

Love this gym and the variety of classes! All instructors I have experienced so far have been nothing been amazing and motivating! I only knocked this down a star due to the hours. No classes after 10AM on a Friday is a super downer and closing early on a Saturday at 6pm sucks for us who work on the weekends. I do wish they would add more classes during lunch hours as well. On most of the days classes stop at 10am and don’t restart till 4/5pm Otherwise, staff is super friendly, clean environment, and the smoothies at the cafe are great for an easy post workout pick me up.

Definitely a hype gym. Daniella was the kindest person. So sweet and genuine. Lindsey was sweet too.

Definitely more pricey but they have all the luxury amenities, cardio boxing, hot yoga, plates, cycling, top notch equipment, infrared sauna. I would recommend for those who are closer to that area and don't have to be at work by 7am.

I really want to like Club Studio, but the experience has been disappointing. The staff behind the desk are usually too busy chit-chatting with each other, which ends up holding up the check-in line every time. It feels unprofessional and frustrating when people are just trying to get to class on time.
And the music in Hot Pilates? Absolutely awful. I’m not sure if this is some corporate rule, but other Pilates studios manage to create their own mixes and use music that actually fits the vibe. It’s 2025—why are we still stuck with generic, low-energy tracks that completely kill the mood of the workout and don’t even correlate with the movements?
Hoping they make some changes soon, because the potential is there, but the experience right now just doesn’t match the price.

Club Studio is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. I was very hesitant at first b/c of the price, but it’s worth it! I’ve taken Pilates, Yoga, and Barre classes that cost just as much, sometimes more, and it didn’t offer nearly as much as Club Studio. I’ve been to almost every class offered at least once and they’ve all been great. Even classes like Boxing and Bounce that I would’ve never thought to do, but I actually enjoy it. The instructors are great and very encouraging. Everyone in the class pushes each other. The weight room area is clean and some of the equipment they have I’ve never seen at other gyms.

The instructors are fabulous professionals and the facilities are nice. They offer a wide variety of classes. My first terrible experience was me signed up for a class at 5:45 AM and me arriving five minutes prior to my class. I had to use the restroom so I put my My phone and my drink next to my bike and ran to the restroom. I came back to enter the class, which was about three minutes after and the door was locked. I was told that I could not enter the class because the class begun. I was also told that they would not get my phone or my drink for me. This studio is hit or miss with this. I have seen them allow people to leave class and come back. I was never told this when I signed up. My second terrible experience is calling one morning because I had a terrible headache and being told that I was going to be charged since I was not attending class. I was told the $10 charge was better than the $15 no-show charge. Not feeling well will cost me an additional $10 at this gym. I am very conflicted on whether or not I should continue my membership and for those that may have things pop up every day in life just, Be aware so that it’s not a surprise to you. On both occasions, I have dealt with a young lady by the name of Isla and she is very rude. Very disappointing. So far, I’ve only been a member for seven weeks

Enjoying the gym thus far, its very clean. Its impossible to join the boxing classes as they're always full no matter how early you sign up, so that's kinda disappointing since this was a huge selling point when we signed up before the gym even opened. They only offer hot yoga or 85 degrees (warm) yoga, not sure why they dont have regular temperature yoga. I go elsewhere for yoga because of the temperature.

Overall, good gym.
The staff that I have interacted with has been kind with the exception of one instructor. The gym manager is prompt, showcases great customer service, and takes pride in her gym and team.

With the exception of the instructor mentioned below, all other instructors i’ve experienced/heard client testimonies of (Estefania (Hot Pilates), Carley (Reformer), James (Ride), Julia (Hot Pilates/Ride), Kaleigh (CS4), have been 10/10. You can tell these folks care about the people they are training and truly enjoy what they do!
PS— if you are in need of a challenging, hot Pilates class, take Estefania‘s class! She is fun, energetic, and creative with her workouts!

Con: Instructor Asia (reformer) showcases an immature and anti-customer attitude. It seems as though she cares more for her personal experience as an instructor over the experience of the paying client (sadly, multiple people have shared similar thoughts about her as an instructor) and it definitely kills the atmosphere and gym experience. Two, of many, examples: kicking people out /threatening to kick people out of class because “phones aren’t aloud” all the while, there has never been one class I have participated in that I have not seen people with their phones right next to them.
When speaking to the team/management after a poor encounter with her, I was affirmed that this is an “influencer friendly gym where people can record themselves in classes so long as other clients aren’t bothered by it” and someone in Leadership said “I keep my phone on me in class but on airplane mode”. The point/principle is— you shouldnt be able to kick someone out of class for a rule that isn’t enforced with EVERYONE. (My experience was having my phone on me for a work situation, when I picked up my phone to message my boss, she asked me to leave the class because phones weren’t allowed. I quickly apologized, and rush to put my phone away (I was taken off guard because this was my first encounter and experience with anything like this At this gym or any gym I’ve ever attended), she passive aggressively (with a smile) asked me to leave the class immediately Because phones were absolutely not allowed.)
Needless to say, this was handled so well by the management who shared in my bewilderment about the situation.
Another time, she told her class “You don’t want to be the talk between the coaches because you’re running into class with one minute to spare…” insinuating that the coaches talk poorly on the client/customers from the gym. This is so unprofessional and lacks compassion and empathy for those whom this gym is a luxury for and whom have families and LIVES.

So far, so good, but there’s room for improvement. Ultimately I’m happy here and I’m going to stay. But i am confused by some of their business decisions & also am wondering why the cafe still isn’t open? This feels like an incomplete launch compared to what I’ve seen for other new club studio locations.

Pros:
-I love that I get a combined space for classes and the typical gym experience.
-Locker rooms are big and clean, lockers are easy to figure out
-check in has been easy and friendly (for me at least).
-Personally, having experienced Club Pilates (a similar price for a fraction of the class access) I’m not bothered by the class sizes or the waitlist. I’ve been able to get off the waitlist almost everytime, you just have to be patient. People WILL drop out of classes (I’m one of them!).
- I’ve only been on weeknights and while the classes are full, the gym overall is not over crowded. I very much prefer this environment to Golds, a regular LA Fitness, or the Y.

Cons:
-parking lot is small. That being said, I’ve never been late for a class because of this. Typically there’s a constant flow in and out as the classes end. Worst case, I can always park a little further away. So a pain, but not a deal breaker (I’m also not that much of a complainer about things that simply aren’t that big of a deal🤷‍♀️)
- the hours. This is really the one that bums me out. I think closing early on the weekends is a crazy choice given the cost of the membership & consequently the clientele. If you’re coming here, you’re definitely employed, so proper hours for working people is a necessity.
- on that same note, having NO classes after 10 am on Fri & 11:45 am on Sat/Sun is also a huge negative. As a teacher, I’m limited to evenings and weekend. This cuts my opportunity massively.
- for the cost, i think the red light & boxing gloves at the very least should be included in the regular membership. They market for a lot of extra wellness opportunities but it’s a whole second membership & I’m just not doing that.

UPDATE: I just saw on social media that boxing gloves are free now!!! Woohoo… now I’m crossing fingers for some red light therapy or at least longer hours. But clearly they’re listening! 🤩

I wish I could give it a higher score.

Pros

- Classes are great
- Due to the higher prices it has a great demographic that makes my wife feel sage going alone
- Friendly staff

Cons

- Location is bad due to traffic but not their fault
- Price is $250 for 2 people for the base membership
- Wifi hasn't worked in almost a month
- Men's sauna is broken already and the place hasn't even had its grand opening yet
- They have 1 scale in the whole place and you have to pay $99 to have a personal trainer meet with you to even check your weight

All in all giving it 1 more month before I decide if I am going to cancel but honestly so far I am probably gone.

The weight area looks like it was sponsored by Craigslist — super cheap equipment for a not-so-cheap membership. I’m guessing most of the price goes to the spin bikes, since there are about a thousand of those. If you’re into real bodybuilding equipment, this place isn’t it. And the hours? Genius move closing early on Saturday — because who would possibly want to work out on the weekend, right?

Love love this gym! I love that they offer early classes, yes sometimes they’re difficult to book but they been adding more every hour. The classes are 45 min long, which is perfect. There’s no grace period but it’s understandable. I have consistently been going since they opened. I’ve tried every class but boxing which I will be taking my first tomorrow hehe. I love the coaches and the equipment is amazing. I hop on the treadmill and use their workouts programs they have. They offer different types depending on your goal, I started at a level 5 and now I’m up to level 7. Seriously love this gym. I’m 6 month Pp and this is just what I needed.

Update: Lyndsey was a great help, she addressed our issues and misunderstandings. Great service on her behalf.

When we signed up, the sales person messed up our membership and when we were able to fix it, there was a price increase. We were offered a “swag bag” for the inconvenience. When I went in 2 mornings later (today) and asked the front desk, she said “I wasn’t here, I don’t know anything about that.” It’s not acceptable service. A simple, “let me look into that,” would’ve sufficed but no effort was made to help me. The only front desk staff that has seemed competent has been a young man, I don’t know his name. All the other girls just seem clueless.
Otherwise the gym floor is great and clean. It’s an upgraded LA fitness without childcare services, no pool, no bball court. I will say for the price Lifetime does offer more, but for those who live in the west side of SA, none are coming soon.

I recently became a member of Club Studio, and wow. It’s like Peloton had a baby!
This gym offers soooo much for the monthly membership fee. I pay $129/month + tax, and it allows me access to the following classes: multiple types of pilates and yoga, along with boxing, bike rides, CS4, and rebound.
This also allows you access to the sauna, pool, and beautiful gym area. They have awesome machines and such a huge variety of equipment. The showers/bathrooms are so nice and even have Dyson hair dryers 🤭
Their app is great to keep up with classes and workouts, along with easy check in. Highly recommend investing in your health and wellness at this beautiful studio.

Things to note!!!
1. You can cancel anytime throughout the year with no cancellation fee, but you do pay 2 months up front when you sign up.

2. You have to be in class ready to go 15 min early, as they close the classes on the dot and will acquire a no-show fee to the class.

3. Some of the classes require purchase of things like grip socks for reform or boxing gloves for boxing sessions. You can rent them there or you can simply bring them.

4. They offer an amazing recovery area, but this is an additional $49 per month added to your membership.

5. Classes fill up QUICK! You will need to keep an eye out on when classes open up - they open up on the day off 1 week prior - so you will need to ensure you’re keeping up with your fav classes ahead of time, as getting into a class day of is honestly probably not possible. This may just be due to the fact that people are still excited and going to the gym and this might die down during the next 2-3 months.

Been going for a week so I haven’t used the locker room, sauna, or signed up for classes. I will come back and edit after trying those.

Pros: staff is friendly, professional, and the facility is clean with an easy checkin

Cons: the overhead music is so loud I have to turn my music on max to drown it out….and it’s still not loud enough. I guess it really lives up to the name “club”

Also the hours are a little trash, I just pulled up after work on Saturday and they closed at 6pm. For the price we pay I believe they need to adjust these hours for sure if they’re not going to be 24 hours.

I recently switched over to Club Studio at Alamo Ranch, and I can confidently say this gym offers way more than OTF, Club Pilates, or F45 ever did.

The biggest difference is flexibility. At Club Studio, I can use the open gym floor anytime during working hours and still join classes if I want. Other studios restrict access only if you’ve booked a class, which always felt limiting and inconvenient.

Club Studio has pro-level equipment, spacious clean workout areas, and an amazing variety of classes - Pilates, Yoga, Spin, Oxigen CS4, and more. The membership options are also better, allowing you to add family members at a very reasonable rate, something OTF and others don’t offer.

The staff here are fantastic. The crew is always welcoming and supportive. A special shout-out to Lindsy, who made the sign-up process a breeze, so professional, friendly, and helpful.

Overall, Club Studio provides the perfect balance: open gym access, premium classes, great equipment, and a friendly team. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a complete fitness experience without the restrictions of other gyms.

So far, I’ve really enjoyed the classes, it’s been a refreshing change since I was previously going to a smaller, but more conveniently located gym. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, and the instructors are all super nice and encouraging. My only downsides are that, as a more petite woman, I sometimes struggle to adjust some of the equipment, and I think it’s a bit unreasonable that we have to rent boxing gloves given the cost of the monthly membership. The boxing room’s speaker was already broken as of today so they had a mini Bluetooth speaker. I also heard this is still considered a soft launch, which makes me a little concerned since parking is already difficult during peak hours.

Alamo Ranch Club Studio is an outstanding gym! The coaches/staff are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always bring great energy to every class. The workouts are structured to challenge all fitness levels, and the variety keeps things fresh and motivating. The facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the sense of community here — it’s easy to stay committed when you’re surrounded by such positive people. Highly recommend!

Like with most the staff, Andy always makes it a point to say hi when he sees us. Carmelo will stop whatever he is doing to provide assistance when needed. I hope the club owners know how far this goes. Greeting your customers, making eye contact and just getting to know them goes a long way. I absolutely love this gym.

Nice facility but there are very few class times available. The classes are jam packed with 35+ people; you will touch the person next to you in yoga. The facility design is luxury, but with how crammed the classes are, it doesn't feel that way. You can hear the music in the outside gym in the yoga studio. Stick with individual studios if you like the boutique feel. The gym also opened incomplete; the Cafe isn't open yet. This gym is convenient for the location, but Life Time is a better luxury gym.

Club Studio in SATX really gives TruFusion a run for its money. Right now, I have memberships at both TruFusion and Lifetime, so I was curious how this would stack up — and honestly, this studio is beautiful. From the classes to the equipment, it has just about everything you could want.

Mariana (I believe that was her name) gave us the tour, and she was a delight. Her energy set the tone, and if everyone there is like her, this place is in good hands.

When I say this place is nice… it’s soooo nice. Dreamy even.

Now, the price is steep, and I get why, but for what they’re charging I think the bathrooms could be better stocked. Lifetime, for example, provides extras like mouthwash, razors, shaving cream, Q-tips, and cotton balls. Here, they give you lotion — which is fine, but kind of a “whoopty doo” compared to what other gyms at this price point provide. The Dyson dryers are a cool touch, but since guests don’t put them back properly, they end up looking messy on the counter.

During my visit, there were no paper towels, and no toilet paper in most stalls. Even worse, rolls were sitting on top of the dispensers instead of stocked inside — yuck. To their credit, once I pointed it out, they fixed it quickly, but bathroom upkeep is so critical for a place like this.

The sauna is nice (though I wish they had a steam room too), and I actually love that the towels have a sensor that prevents people from accidentally walking out with them — something I’ve done many times at other gyms.

Location-wise, depending on traffic, it can feel like a trek. What’s usually a 15-minute drive can easily turn into 30 with congestion. Hopefully in the future they’ll open another location closer to The Rim or La Cantera.

Overall, the price is the price, and while it stings, I can respect it for the quality of the space, classes, and staff. If they can really tighten up the bathroom experience, this place could be close to perfect.

The hours are really inconvenient. Fridays and Saturdays should stay open later, since that’s when most people are actually free. In comparison, Crunch offers unlimited guest passes, operates 24/7, and only charges $29.99. Lifetime stays open until midnight, Fitness Connection runs 24 hours on certain days, and even some Gold’s Gym locations are 24 hours.

On top of that, there’s still no pool, the sauna door squeaks, and the med spa isn’t open yet. When the gym had a opening date it got pushed back once which just adds to the inconsistencies and lack of communication.
