Came to Coach Jesse with miles on my legs but gaps in my running basics. Eight week program with Jesse (twice-weekly) fixed that. He’s honest and approachable—zero "influencer" vibes—mixing encouragement with clear, technical cues on form, cadence, and pacing strategy.
Result: my (past best race time) 5K went from 20:48 in May 2025 (no structured plan) to 19:01 (new race time) in Oct 2025—nearly two minutes from simply doing foundations consistently from an 8-week training program. Not magic. Just smart work, repeated, with Coach Jesse's knowledge and encouragement.
If you’re brand new, he’ll meet you where you are and make the sessions make sense. If you’ve run for years, there is always room for improvement - prepare to unlearn a few habits and get faster anyway.
10 outta 10, would recommend Jesse to all my running friends and family. Thanks, Coach!

I first came to Jesse at EAAC after he shared his story on how he turned to running after a CF injury. Jesse is just the best!! I’ve had the opportunity to work with Jesse as both a run group coach and trainer. Jesse is an attentive personal trainer, he is always challenging me while being mindful of injuries. I’ve gained strength and agility thru Jesse’s program and improved my run. Working in his run group was 10/10. Even though it was a group program, Jesse gives individual attention, I never question if I am doing something wrong because he is on top of providing individual corrections/adjustments while engaging with the group. This was such an uplifting program and group to be a part of. I felt supported by Jesse throughout my training process. If you want a great running coach you're looking in the right place. I had quit running for years after a heel injury, and was told by countless podiatrists, physical therapists, and even other coaches to just give up on ever getting back into it.
