This is a special place! Worked out here for a while with Coach Kit (an amazing coach!), and a more welcome, inclusive, non-pretentious and JFDI gym you could not find. No instagram bunnies here, no bullshit. Just real people working on their fitness in a no excuses environment that's incredible motivating. As coach Mo says "Get Off Yo Ass!"

Cannot say enough good things about this gym and Coach Pablo especially. As a college athlete, I would not be where I am today without coming here. Pablo is truly gifted with the ability to tailor workouts and the entire experience to each individual athlete. He's also incredibly knowledgeable about injury prevention / rehabilitation and is always willing to go the extra mile to help and connect with his athletes. I tore my ACL in high school and he handled my entire strength rehab. He's not only a great coach, but remains a great friend to this day. Coach Mo's is the place for elite athletes!!!

I’m not sure I can put into words how much Pablo impacted my life. I came to him after tearing my ACL twice and he single handedly created a program that addressed the problems that caused my injuries. He is someone who is always learning, wants the best for his athletes, and supports them in every way possible. I saw him weekly from the age of 16 till I went to college and then I saw him weekly every break when I was home. From being one of his first athletes at the gym to us 6 years later when he came to watch me play in my senior year of collegiate soccer… He is so special- I recommend him to anyone who wants the best of the best, AND is ready to put in the work. It doesn’t get better than Pablo.

In late 2024 I had a lower back surgery, and my activity level was restricted for several weeks to recover. Near the end of my recovery, I developed a pinched nerve in my neck that limited me even further. Previously I was relatively fit, but it was clear I needed strength training to help me return to an active lifestyle. I turned to Coach Mo for help, and I’m so glad I did. He knew exactly what I needed, and more importantly what I didn’t need, to rebuild my strength without risk of further injury. Whether you are just getting started, or you’re an experienced athlete, Coach Mo and his trainers have you covered. Highly recommend.

I've been attending the morning HIIT classes at Coach Mo's Fitness for several years, and it's been fantastic! Coach Pablo is the best coach I’ve ever had. He genuinely cares about each and every athlete and makes a valiant effort into each of their individual development. I developed more as an athlete in the 2 years I was training at Coach Mo’s than I could’ve ever imagined. Not only did I get stronger and faster, Pablo and Mo also instilled a confidence in me that I never had before. Every day I felt welcomed, cared for, and pushed to train my hardest. I saw an impressive increase in my strength that showed in the weights I was lifting, and was told my several coaches that I looked faster and more explosive after each winter/summer session with Pablo. My play time in college increased as a result of this. I couldn’t recommend these coaches and this place more!

Best gym and Crossfit style workout in the area. Coach Mo’s is a special place with special trainers. I’ve been going to Ahmad’s class a couple of years now and he’s gotten me into the best shape of my life, despite a lot of work travel. Whereas in the past when I lifted weights, I would always mess up my back, Ahmad does a true full body workout. Strengthening my legs, core, so the stress isn’t going to my back and shoulders. Another thing about Ahmad: you probably don’t know how to run properly until you take his class! I’m well into my forties, used to be pretty fast when I was younger and played soccer… Well, I was doing it completely wrong all of these decades until I met Ahmad and he rebuilt my running style! Genius level trainer, and a really great human being, everyone there!

I truly don’t even know where to begin — Coach Pablo has changed my life. He’s not just a weights coach; he’s a mentor, a motivator, and one of the biggest reasons I’m where I am today. His dedication, passion, and belief in me have pushed me to levels I never thought possible. I wouldn’t be here without him. When I first started thinking about playing college football I was about 13. I needed an understanding of complex training principles And regiment. Around that time I met Pablo and Mo, They were very supportive of the idea and did everything they could to support my dream. Their approach to systematically change your mechanics whilst gaining a background in strength Would help for the next six years. I still actively incorporate things that they taught me. However, The social aspect incorporated in the training are really what separates these two trainers from the rest, They care and grow a relationship with their athletes. To this day, I still hold a relationship with MO and Pablo as they’ve become a part of my family.

I grew up coming to this gym every single day from early middle school to the end of high school. Even now, in college, I'm welcomed back whenever I'm home. This gym was seriously a second home to me, and home to the best athlete-focused strength trainers you'll get in Texas. I've torn my ACL, suffered multiple back injuries, and more--and the trainers here got me recovered and back numerous times. Highly reccomenddddd

This is the best gym I've ever worked out at! I take the 7 am HIIT/weight class and each class is different and challenging. Coach Ahmad is great at working with us at our strength levels and all of the coaches are motivators and really know their stuff!

I join the 7am HIIT class on most days at Coach Mo’s. It’s a great class, blending high intensity intervals with weights and balance work. In general, Coach Ahmad is excellent at keeping us strong in all three planes of motion and all across the body so we achieve true “functional fitness.” When I showed up, I couldn’t sit still in an airplane seat without hip pain. We like to joke that “every day is leg day with Ahmad” so all my posterior chain weakness is now gone and the pain with it. I’d give more stars if they let me.

I’ve been training with Coach Pablo since 6th grade, he genuinely makes the gym a place where you want to be. As both a trainer here and athlete I am very appreciative of this facility. The equipment available is what you would expect from a Division 1 university. Vertical mats, lasers to time speed, accelerometers and pretty much anything else you can imagine. If you are looking to enhance your speed, explosiveness and strength to the next level check this place out!

If you’re a middle school or high school athlete in north Austin, Coach MO’s is a no-brainer. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable on all things strength and conditioning. They take the time to learn the strengths and weaknesses of all of their athletes, tailoring programs to the individual child. I had the privilege of beginning my athletic journey with Coach Pablo in 6th grade. He laid the foundation for me to continue being a successful athlete, instilling in me the importance of good and healthy physical habits.

Pabs and Mo are both incredibly kind, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable. Entering college athletics with no lifting background was intimidating, but they provided the perfect foundation. Pabs took the time to thoroughly teach me my lifting packet workouts, offering corrections and insights that truly helped me learn.
