If I could give this Houdini of a man, Paul Moran 10 stars I would. I met Paul when he came into my mattress shop. I’ve been training with personal trainers, seen physical therapist, had chiropractors for about 10 years. Paul visited my store, and after some chat he stretched me out and in just a few minutes, I had quick relief . I’ve trained with Paul for a few days now and I cannot tell you how much better I feel. I would strongly recommend Anyone who wants to feel better to come and see Paul 💪

I have been suffering from sciatica for many years and have seen many different people doctors and chiropractors to get help or relief for my pain. Nothing and nobody was able to help until I met with Paul and told him my story. I let him know of everything I have tried and who I have seen. What I was suggested to do and all the remedies that I have tried to achieve some sort of relief. He got to work with me and with just 2 sessions that I have had with him, I have now finally felt relief from the discomfort and pain that I have been living with. I’ve been going to Paul Morgan for personal weight training for almost 3 years now and it has been the best investment! As someone who works in an office I often find myself stiff when it comes to working out and the best part about working with Paul is he able to adjust my form and as well as any tight muscles to promote good circulation! During the work out, if I’m feeling pain or stiffness in my arms, legs back or even my feet or ankles, he can do a quick adjustment and boom! The pain is gone and I’m able to continue the work out at 100%! Don’t think I’ll ever be able to find a trainer that helps me the way he does! Thanks for everything Paul!! 😁😁

A year ago, my son was 89 pounds and one of his legs was externally rotating. Paul aligned his body by strengthening his legs and his mindset. He also designed a nutrition program. Today , my son is 115lbs and is the starting quarterback for his junior high football team. You will not find a more knowledgeable or dedicated trainer than Paul! We’re just getting started! ❤️🏆

Paul Moran knows his stuff. I am currently training for military service and in just two months I have been able to go from just barely one pullup to at least 34 in 3 sets! Because I have been running a lot lately as preparation, my right ACL has been acting up and Paul has some mystery massaging technique that relieves my pain after completion. After checking my run, he identified my problem and my ACL is improving. Getting stronger every day thanks to Paul! Highly recommended!

Paul is a phenomenal trainer. I first went to him the week that I was released by my surgeon from distal bicep and rotator cuff surgery, that was post 12 weeks. I had limited range of motion and still had pain in the areas. Paul assessed my full body and started a trainig program, two days a week. My first session focused on him breaking up tissue and getting a release, he had me doing ROM exercises and stretching. Also, he massaged the areas of the shoulder and bicept that had scar tissue. The second session he incorporated extremely light weight and now about 6 weeks later I feel 100 percent. My strength is back, my alignment is where it need to be , my weight training technique is improved and my muscle size is restored and fuller than before surgery, the surgical areas feel amazing. I recommend Paul to anyone who is experiencing joint pain, muscle pain, is post surgery and wanting not only to heal but get back stronger than before. He cares and directs the training protocol according to the person, its not a one size fitd all. Thanks Paul.

Tore my MCL during a roll, could barely walk for about 3-4 weeks. The doctor ordered an MRI to see what was going on. Before I even got the MRI, Paul was able to pinpoint the issue and relieve some tension, which helped immediately. He coached me through several stretches and exercises to help strengthen both knees. At my follow up, the doc was surprised at how well my knee was healing. He told me surgery would not be necessary, just continue the physical therapy. After 3 weeks with Paul, I was able to get back on the mats. He has an incredible understanding of the muscles and ligaments, and how they all connect.

Paul Moran is a miricle worker!!! I am a 42 year old former 8 time Ironman. I have put my body through hell. Two years ago at the age of 40 I decided to try something new Brazilian Jui Jitsu. After years of swimming, biking and running I needed a new mental challenge. After a few months of training I was often hurt and constantly fighting what I now know from Paul some serious muscle imbalances. I kept coming to Paul with hey this hurts and he would fix it! Earlier this year I decided to train with him twice a week! The body transformation has been incredible. Stronger and faster on the mats with endurance to keep up with the younger guys. I’ll be looking to compete this year again and will definaly have Paul training me so I’ll peak at the right moment.

Paul is the best at his craft and I feel blessed to have found him. He primarily has been working with my son, who plays WR. He's not only made him stronger, faster, quicker, explosive and more durable, but he genuinely cares for my son and makes sure he is mentally strong. After watching him walk and run on a treadmill he had diagnosed instability in his ankles and knees that were limiting his running and causing the muscle strains he was experiencing.
He also helped me get over a shoulder injury that had plagued me for a few years and was preventing me from training the way that I wanted to.
He's a great trainer and therapist but more importantly he's a great person. I recommend him to anyone involved in athletics or just looking to get healthy and in shape.

I've been training with Coach Paul for almost a year now. Initially, I started working with him to treat a knee injury that doctors had suggested could only be fixed through surgery. However, Coach Paul was able to help me fix the problem without any surgery. He taught me how to exercise the correct way and corrected my alignment, which helped me train properly. As a result, my knee doesn't bother me anymore.

Paul is the best trainer in Houston! His knowledge and experience is second to none. I’ve been a heavy lifter my whole life. Labrum and Rotator cuff injuries, dislocated AC, “frozen” shoulder, 3 slipped discs…. I would constantly roll my
Ankle due to misalignment in my hips. Orthos told me to stay out of the gym and take up yoga or swimming. I went to him due to severe sprain in my knee with associated bursitis from
jiu Jitsu. Within 6 weeks, I had competed and won 2 tournaments he helped me stay at peak performance to compete in the world championships in Vegas! Fast forward a year-my body has been completely reprogrammed. Lifting mechanics and stretches have reworked my entire physique. He has loosened my shoulder up to restore range of motion without a single surgical procedure!! Paul is a great trainer, he helped me fix my knee imbalance and fix my supinating ankles and tibias. Not only that he helped me improve my explosiveness on the football field. This man is a master at what he does from fixing injuries to building muscle. I went from being an okay highschool athlete to getting a scholarship to play football in college. Paul is one of the best trainers/physical therapist I have ever worked with. His knowledge of the human muscular system and how the body works is amazing. I had several issues with my neck, shoulder, back and knees due to years of bad lifting practices. Paul has helped to fix all my issues and has helped with other areas of my body I did not even realize were not working correctly. Not only did he create a custom workout regimen for me to address my issues, but he also utilized his knowledge of muscular therapy with targeted massages to help my muscles function better. Paul is an absolute miracle worker. I split the bursa sack in my elbow. I trained with Paul for a month. I cannot honestly say anything bad about him, I chose to leave because of issues that arose between him and I. I am not sure why the person who wrote that she didn't see any results after a month. I personally saw subtle results, but everyone else saw major results, including my massage therapist who commented to me every week that Paul must have been kicking my butt that week because he's starting to see and feel the muscle build. People took notice of how my posture changed, and I even now pay more attention to my posture. I would recommend him to anyone.

In less than two weeks Paul has greatly increased my mobility and decreased my pain. I have had back issues since 1994 and shoulder issues since before that. Shortly after a total knee replacement, I had a debilitating hyper flexion accident, which left me unable to use my leg properly. I was unable to use steps properly, or even go on short walks as my knee ‘gave out’ often. My relatively active lifestyle had come to a halt. I gained weight and became depressed. Several doctors told me I would need to live with my circumstances. I couldn’t accept this, and finally found a surgeon willing to repair the damage to my VMO/patellar tendon, but was uncertain if I would be able to return to normal function.
After being immobilized for 3 months it was time to begin therapy. This is when I met Paul Moran! I cannot say enough good things about Paul!! His knowledge and expertise is exceptional! I fully believe that I would not be where I am today without Paul. He has restored full function of my leg!! My surgeon is very impressed with my progress, and said that it is beyond what he expected!
I continue to work with Paul for strengthening and overall training for health and weight loss.
Paul pours himself into helping people...it is evident that he loves what he does, and the results he gets is a testament to his skill as a trainer and healer.

When I found Code Pink Boot Camp I had just had my fourth child three months prior. I had gained over 40 lbs With my last pregnancy and I am only 5’, I felt zero confidence in my body and I felt awful health wise. I was very motivated to lose the baby weight, but did not have high expectations of losing the weight within a short period of time or thinking I would ever look like I did prior to having any kids. After ONE month with Paul Moran I went from wearing maternity clothes to my size 1 pants being TOO SMALL! I’ve been training with Paul for the past 5 yrs. Through the years I have had various issues with my hips. Also, I had a shoulder injury that has had some reoccurring issues. I have seen Drs. for some of these issues, but they usually want to do surgery or therapy. Once I told Paul about the issues he has become very in tune to what is bothering me and he is able to do adjustments and work out the problems as they occur. Also, he suggests exercises or stretches that also help. I have complete faith and trust in Paul to help with the issues. If he is not sure how to handle, he will recommend what I should do to help the situation. Paul is a great trainer. I have had several through the years and they do not take the interest in your health and fitness like Paul does for me. He has a wonderful attitude and wants you to succeed. He’s constantly keeping the workouts interesting and suggests nutritional diets. Paul will not disappoint you as a trainer and he’s even able to help you if you have issues with injuries, pains or strains. He goes over and beyond to help you meet your goals, too.

I started training with Paul Moran, Code Pink Bootcamp, 2 years ago. My goal was to become a runner and run a marathon. I didn’t have any background in this sport or in any other sport. Paul helped me strengthen my body and work on target muscle groups for the sport I want to follow. In January 2018, I ran my first marathon and didn’t have any injuries while training for it. I had my second marathon in October (2 marathons in a year is a big challenge even for professional athletes), in August I had a severe injury and couldn’t run for almost two months. While recovering, I workout my regular schedule with Paul, his knowledge was crucial to work around my injury. Paul is very knowledgeable and I was able to train and strengthen my body while recovering. On October 28th, 2018 I completed the Marine Corps Marathon after little running for 2 months (my longest run was 8 miles). I couldn’t have finished the marathon without Paul’s help and knowledge. I am a mother of 3 small children and I have never practiced any sport before, I am very thankful to Paul for making me an athlete and training me to be become my best at the sport that I love.

My husband and I decided last year to invest in our health and found Paul. He is the kindest and most motivating trainer ever! He has helped up both lose inches and gain muscle through one on one training that is fun and affordable. Paul is beyond amazing!!! I regret not signing up 4 years ago when I moved to Katy, TX. Thought I could never keep up with the boot camp he offers at my age of 41. so, I signed up for one on one training. I was introduced to Paul he invited me in told me all about himself and I thought what do I have to lose I already spent thousands of dollars on Personal trainers in the past and seeing multiple orthopedic doctors but after my first week His knowledge blew me away. I’m on my 14th one on one session with him and the things not only I noticed but everyday people I interact with are amazed by the progress in such a short time. Just a few of my personal experiences- before I would never have been able to stand or sit for long periods of time, now recently was at an outing and realized I was on my feet for more than an hour and a half and still wasn’t in pain. If I laid on a flat surface for too long my back would give out and while we were working out I realized I got up on my own and my back didn’t give out. I signed up at a size 18 now I am a size 14 and headed towards my next goal. Paul is truly a master at what he does. No physical therapist or orthopedic doctor has helped me as much as Paul has in this short period. I am forever grateful he has given me a chance to be an ACTIVE mom with my 4 boys.

I started training with Paul at Code Pink about a year and a half ago, initially only signing up for 4 weeks in an attempt to boost my workout regime at home, but like I said, 1.5 years later and I’m still training with Paul.. haha!
Code Pink is a non-threatening environment, great for all fitness levels and a place where the individual will be challenged and constantly motivated in a holistic and safe manner, whether you do group training or one-on-one.

After a major calf injury from Kickboxing, I was unable to undertake strenuous exercise. Once my Doctor gave me the all clear to do moderate exercise, I started researching different options, especially that I had signed up for a half Marathon, and I knew it was important for me to rebuild my strength and endurance.
I heard abut Paul Moran and Code Pink Boot Camp from a colleague of mine, whose transformation blew my mind. I contacted him and set up a first meeting to discuss my injury and future goals. Paul was very attentive, asked me multiple questions (health, restrictions, nutrition, lifestyle...), and assessed my abilities.
He recommended I incorporate training in the boot camp sessions, and individual one on one to help build my strength for the race.
I am ending my fourth month with Paul, and I could not be more happier about my transformation. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age ( almost 49) if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Paul is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. I believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around.
Paul is very focused on helping me achieve my goals, and makes every session challenging (&somehow SUPER FUN!). Importantly, Paul insures that my technique is always correct to avoid injuries.
Thanks to Paul, I ran my race at a great pace (WITHOUT PAIN!!!), and I am looking forward to achieve my ultimate goal: run the full Marathon next year in celebration of my 50th birthday!

There are no words for how much I have changed physically and mentally since I started training with Paul Moran. Soon it will be a year of Code Pink Boot Camp and private training under my belt. I highly recommend Trainer Paul Moran and Code Pink Boot Camp. I came to train with Paul one on one training to prepare for a Triathlon. Already a runner by sport I was looking to increase my endurance and strength. Training with Paul has helped me in all aspects of race preparation. I incorporate training in the boot camp sessions and individual one on one. The results have been amazing. I have increased my speed in races and my strength to compete. My body has responded to the workouts and I am extremely proud of what I have accomplished. Being able to see the changes in my race readiness and to see what my body is capable of is the best reward. Paul is very knowledgeable in physical training and has an excellent attitude to encourage you. He is able to give nutrition advice and will customize the workout to get you to the full potential for your fitness level.
