I signed up for the 3 reformer class pass while I was in town visiting family. I didn't realize the classes were 1-on-1 but it was a pleasant surprise. Chula was very kind and knowledgeable. As a pilates newbie, I appreciated her explaining everything and felt she did a good job selecting challenging levels for me as she got to know me. She especially helped me workout some pain in my hips after a long drive. Plan to come back next time I'm in town!

I dropped into Collective Wellness for a session of Pilates & red light and was left speechless.
I loved the welcoming aesthetic of Chula’s office and her smiling face surely set a calming tone for my time there. She did an AMAZING job in providing easy to follow instructions while at the same time explaining the benefits of each stretch in the flow.
The red light treatment was held in a private room where I was welcomed with aroma therapy, soothing music and a comfortable massage table. In addition to these services she had me sample some Barre movements that I very much enjoyed and discussed her nutrition products in depth as well. Did I mention all this was extremely AFFORDABLE?
There is ZERO doubt Collective Wellness will do GREAT things for this community’s physical, mental and emotional health!

I love the supportive vibe—staff remembers my name, and they’ve curated small class sizes! The studio was sparkling clean.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for personalized Pilates instruction in a warm, professional environment The instructor was knowledgeable, positive, and attentive I am very happy I have now found a place to call home!

I’m new in town and found her through Google and Instagram. I booked my first class right away, and I’m so glad I did. I came in with serious pain in my PSIS and gluteus medius. Before class, she took time to stretch me out and showed me techniques that immediately relieved my pain, especially with the foam roller she provided.
What truly touched me was when she gifted me that same OPTP roller after class. As a medical massage therapist, I’m always caring for others and often forget to care for myself. Her kindness and attention were beyond anything I expected.
Hands down, the best Pilates class I’ve ever had. Highly recommend her!

Chula is amazing!! I did a barre/pilates fusion which was so much fun! She’s so motivating and the work out was a great pace. I then did some fascia release and foam roller work which she guided me through. I feel worked out but also so relaxed, stretched. Chula listens to exactly what you need and takes such a personal interest - she definitely knows her stuff!

For six months I saw specialists, physical therapists, and a chiropractor to relieve my hip and lower back pain with no improvement. After just two sessions with Linda I felt relief. She gave me personalized exercises and stretches that addressed the problem. My hip mobility has never been better and I walk away each time feeling stronger and more educated about my body.

What I love the most about Collective Wellness is how personalized my care or Pilates classes are. Linda takes the time to listen compassionately to my needs that day and helps me achieve my personal health goals. The benefits to my daily health I have achieved with the red light, and magnet therapy I have yet to find elsewhere. Linda is able to make custom blends of essential oils that I feel help me and I use almost daily.

I love my sessions with Linda. She is very knowledgeable and always takes my old injuries into account as well as the challenges I encounter with my job. She's great at not letting me be satisfied with the bare minimum and helping me to safely achieve my goals. She also has red light therapy which always helps to restore my body and my energy. She has so many therapy options to truly take care of your collective wellness from magnet therapy to the hormone balancing rollers she offers. I was a cynic before my first roller and now... I cannot tell enough people about how much better I feel. As a single mom, prioritizing my well being is not easy. But Linda offers so many options that it's never been easier to be healthier and happier.
