My first and favorite gym. I am able to get used to going to the gym and learn how to use equipment with no pressure. It helped remove my hesitation and anxiousness of gyms.

Excellent gym, and Jake the gym owner is awesome. The facility is always clean and organized, and Jake is super easy to communicate with. Iβve never had to wait around for a squat rack or bench like I do at virtually every other gym. Canβt recommend Compendi enough!

No one working in the front to greet guest or check-in ClassPass patrons. Doors were locked and I couldnβt I get in. Finally, someone let me in and called the police on me.

Great gym. No frills, no bull. The reservation system for racks is fantastic, you will never be wanting for a rack or the proper plates here. Extensive array of dumbbells, ropes, resistance bands, and more too, plus some equipment for cardio training. Hate to say it (cause it means more competition for βem) but I wish more gyms around here were like this!

I cannot recommend Compendi enough. I was in a bind on a Saturday night and needed to get a workout in on short notice, and they went above and beyond to get me in. The facility itself is phenomenal - theyβve got everything you need for Olympic & powerlifting, as well as CrossFit

Compendi is the perfect gym for anybody interested in strength training. You'll never have to wait for a squat rack and they have specialized equipment (GHD machine, reverse hyper machine, bumper plates, etc.) that you won't find in most commercial gyms. The gym has everything you need to run any type of strength training program and is fully outfitted with high-quality Rogue barbells/dumbbells/plates/etc.
Also appreciated the transparent pricing, month-to-month payments, and 24-hour access. Would highly recommend!

This is a great gym for athletes as it has almost everything you need for a strength and conditioning program. All new equipment and very clean facilities. Every lifting rack and platform has its own set of weights, barbell, bench, foam roller, and other mobility items. Plenty of dumbbells, bands, med balls, and some cardio equipment (no treadmill or air runner). This is one of the best gyms I've been too in Dallas as it is mostly personal trainers with their. clients. I did football combine prep here for a month and had nearly everything I needed. The only piece of equipment it doesn't have is a landmine attachment, otherwise it has everything an elite athlete needs.

Great and clean gym, I worked on olympic weightlifting and could work at any time of the day. Lots of space for parking and has all the equipment for doing from a basic to advance workouts with resistance bands to kettle bells. Still need a bit more variety on the equipment but I believe it'll get there soon enough. The owner is super helpful in getting your workout needs met and is quick to response.

Great gym. You'll never have to wait to have a rack and you've got more than enough weights to load up the bar how you want. There's also plenty of other equipment to round out your workout - boxes, dumbbells, bands, etc. etc.

Great gym where you rent your own rack for an hour. 24 hour access with some staffed hours at the usual morning/evening peaks. All racks have safeties, a full set of bumper plates, change plates, and a crate of various accessories. There are some extra accessories floating around for use, like a dip attachment. The stations are always organized the same and folks seem to respect putting it back together. There are a couple showers as well, though I have not tried those yet.
Compared to a big commercial gym where you are always waiting for a rack, finding someone's sweat all over a bench, searching for the 1 set of bumper plates... definitely a no brainer.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, and programs that produce results! It's a great gym for both experienced lifters and people with no experience. Jake is always willing to offer help with technique and he made me a personalized lifting program and it has definitely produced the results I was hoping for.

This place manages to find the perfect balance between being totally accessible to those just starting out, while being ideal for experienced lifters. I love not having to wait for people to get off the bench, or having to go searching for the right plates. Your station is all yours. And every station includes a binder with tips for technique, as well as workout plans. Itβs a great place with a non-judgemental vibe.

Iβve been going to Compendi for a few months now. I was skeptical of weightlifting and how it would change my body, but Iβve been proven wrong. I can feel my fat turning into muscle, and my body has become super toned without gaining weight. Compendi offers a place for me to lift weights without mirrors and worrying about taking a squat rack from someone else. I highly recommend!
