Conquer Fitness helps men and women over 40 lose weight, get stronger, have more energy, and get out of pain! We are a personal training studio that specializes in semi-private training (small groups of 2-6 people). This allows us to provide individual attention and coaching similar to 1-on-1 training at a fraction of the price.

Never have I ever looked forward to going to the gym. Conquer Fitness Prosper is the best. I had not been to the gym for over 10 years since having my babies. I feel stronger and more confident since starting here about 2 months ago. I really love that they do monthly body scans because it truly shows the progress that I have made. Highly recommend!!

Conquer Fitness Prosper provides outstanding personal training in small classes of usually 3-5 people, never more than 6. Everybody gets personal coaching and they meet you where you are. For example I have a pre-existing injury and the trainers always work around that, providing alternate exercises when necessary.

This is the first time I’ve managed to stay consistent with a full month of training, (Big thanks to amazing coaches Jesse, Hunter and Shelly) and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, motivating, and really takes the time to focus on each person’s individual needs. The charges are very reasonable, and you still get plenty of personal attention during every class. I was initially nervous about my form and technique, but the coaches are patient, supportive, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the sessions. I’m already seeing great improvement and couldn’t be happier that I decided to give this place a try. Highly recommend!

I joined Conquer when the Prosper location opened at the beginning of the year. After being a member of Lifetime Fitness, OrangeTheory, F45, Burn Bootcamp, and other gyms over the years, I reached a new phase in my life where my body needed more customized coaching. Canned workouts with large groups no longer aligned with my personal goals. I’m so glad I found Conquer. The selling point was how they target my age group while offering semi-private training. I get the attention and coaching that I need. I’m feeling stronger, and I always look forward to the next workout.

Years ago I worked out in a boot camp format and loved it! Fast forward to 2025…I had been feeling very weak, very sluggish and decided it was time to get strong again! I found Conquer Fitness! With a semi private training format, no more than 6 people in a session, I found what I was looking for! The trainers are EXCELLENT, kind and encouraging! They are there, making sure your form is right, suggesting modifications if needed. The equipment is like nothing I had ever utilized before. Some of the moves were like nothing I had done before. It was more fun, more interesting and I walked out of the gym feeling invigorated and yes, stronger… Just a tiny bit stronger each time, but stronger! If you have been thinking about starting a new journey in health and fitness, this is your place! I am so glad I found them!!!!

Jesse and Hunter are fabulous trainers!!!! The classes are always challenging but I always feel supported if a modification is needed. I was hesitant to go from one on one workouts to a small class. Usually the class sizes are 2-4 people (max 6) and I get plenty of instruction. I’m older and trying to keep up with grandson so that’s why I’m here. Hunter gives great directions and I’m not worried about injuring myself. Classes are challenging for me but I do it. Feel great afterwards. Easy to use mind body app for scheduling.

i am enjoying the full body workout, the smaller group format (max 6 people) is perfect and allows hunter to modify the workout to accommodate everyone's level of fitness and physical limitations. i appreciate the time we took for the initial assessment to discuss my goals and expectations. i am enjoying camaraderie with the others and getting pushed to lift heavy :) the mind body app to book a class is easy to use !!

Wow I love the age group they cater to it makes me feel comfortable when I work out. So far I’m loving everything about the classes. They work upper, core and lower body and design workouts that are achievable. Hunter is amazing and since the classes are small he is able to check our form to make sure we are doing everything correctly. This is what I wanted most out of a gym and the fact they are semi private classes was an added plus. Thanks Conquer Fitness for making workouts enjoyable.

I’m really enjoying this approach to fitness with the right amount of support. Hunter is great at seeing where you are at and giving you the appropriate guidance.
I also love scheduling through the app. It makes finding workout time convenient and then when you arrive you breeze right through a workout with no wait times.

I recently started training with Hunter at the Prosper location. The training is amazing! I really enjoy my time while I’m there and the time passes so quickly. I’m benefiting from the full body workouts. They meet you where you are but push you. I highly recommend giving it a try! Shout out to Hunter!
