Jamie is amazing and a very skilled Pilates teacher. Her eye for alignment and precision is incredible. As a long time Classical Pilates enthusiast, I have found her sessions to be very helpful in correcting my form and delving deeper into each exercise. I would highly recommend her!

Though I’ve taken group Pilates classes for about two years before, this was an entirely different kind of experience.
Jamie took the time to understand my body type and imbalances, crafting a tailored curriculum that felt personal and intentional. She observed how my body responded to each movement and guided the session with such attentiveness that the class became more than just a workout — it became a conversation with my inner self.
It wasn’t merely about stretching or strengthening; it was about realigning not only my posture, but also my awareness of who I am in my own body.
The studio itself is beautifully curated, with a calm and aesthetic space that makes it easy to stay fully immersed in the session.
It was a rare moment of presence — a quiet yet powerful journey inward, both physically and emotionally.
2년 정도 그룹 필라테스 수업을 받았었는데 제이미 수업은 이전과는 많이 다른 경험이었어요!!
제이미는 제 체형과 몸의 불균형 있는 부분을 파악해서 1시간 세션 커리큘럼을 맞춤형으로 구성해줬어요!
각 동작에서 제 몸이 어떻게 반응하는지를 끊임없이 관찰하고 그에 맞춰 섬세하게 리드해주는 방식 덕분에 단순히 운동을 했다기 보다는 내 몸에 대해 더 알아가게된 시간이었습니당:)공간과 시설도 무척 감각적으로 구성되어 있어서 수업에 잘 몰입할 수 있어서 너무 좋은 시간이었어요!

Jamie is very professional and knowledgeable in her field and is great at tailoring the lesson to my specific needs and skill level. She is also very friendly and made my introduction to pilates less intimidating. I love that she recorded part of our session for me to keep so I can practice them myself at home. She goes above and beyond to make the most out of the experience. Pilates is hard, but it has been so good for my body and posture!

I have been a classic Pilates enthusiast for many years, and had been looking for a Romana instructor innour area for a while (years actually). When I heard that Jamie had moved to town I was elated. Jamie is a great instructor and an amazing person. I love her hands on approach, quest for excellence, and unwavering support. I have seen continuous improvement as a result of our sessions. I can see and feel the results. Jamie listens to you, and finds ways to help you improve with great cues, variations, and challenges. I can't say enough good things about Jamie, she is the best!
