The instructors are very knowledgable and have always kept me safe while appropriately challenging me to push myself. My posture has greatly improved and I'm stronger that I ever felt was possible! CMF is great way to have fun while getting in shape.

I originally came here because I had injuries from running and was told I needed to build my strength. I have taken private lessons as well as classes, and both are great! My strength has definitely improved, which means I’m able to run longer. Heather and Yasmin tell me modifications for the injuries I still have, and it’s very helpful! That also means there is a level for everyone at the studio, from beginner to advanced. Highly recommend.

I love this studio. Mainly due to the fact that it’s small and intimate and welcoming of all ages and fitness levels. I also love that all the teachers have their niche. Melonie is great for beginners and those dealing with chronic pain and needing modifications during their workout. She also teaches great stretching and mobility classes. Heather the owner is a drill sergeant and incorporates a lot of aerobics. Yasmine is a true Pilates guru and focuses on the mind body connection and ensures you’re targeting the correct muscle groups through movements. And Gelika. Gelika is the one that motivated me increase the frequency of my membership. She teaches intermediate courses and she’s the one that’s gonna push you to ensure your body is snatched. Love the ladies at Core Mobility Fitness!

The one on one beginning class was very helpful today. The stretching and use of equipment really helped me identify the weakness effecting my back. The joys of aging really do require a strong core to protect the spine. Thank you Melony and Heather.

Outstanding hidden gem in The Woodlands! As someone who has tried Pilates before but struggled to find a workout that truly targeted my core, I was fortunate to discover Core Mobility and meet the amazing instructor, Heather. Her expertise in Pilates is truly impressive, and she has helped me regain strength and shape, especially after two c-sections that left my lower abdomen in need of attention.

This is the best hour of my week and, historically, I don’t love exercise. Heather makes it so much fun and she and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and I trust her implicitly to keep me safe. My posture has completely changed/improved! You have to try this place!!!

This place truly changed my life. Pilates is such a great outlet and it is something anyone can do. Heather has made such a positive impact on my posture and overall core control and now that I am a few months into my pregnancy she helps my stay active. As a new mom this is important to me. Not only are their great instructors the environment and culture here is just exceptional. I highly recommended taking classes here the ladies and men here are practically family and you will have a great laugh!

I've taken several Pilates classes with Heather and I highly recommend her as an instructor. The facilities and equipment are First Class. I am a beginner and despite 2 additional people being in the class Heather made me feel as if I had a private session. You won't be disappointed!

This place is THE BOMB!! Heather is an amazing instructor; she is what I call the whole package. She doesn’t just go through the motions, she really cares about the individual and is your very own cheerleader throughout your fitness journey. I was desperate to alleviate chronic back and neck pain and Heather helped me achieve that and so much more. I will be forever grateful to her and the studio because she has some great instructors working for her. I know because I’ve taken a couple of the strength training classes and a few Pilates classes taught by other instructors. You just can’t go wrong!!!

I booked a class here using ClassPass days in advance of the class. When I showed up for the class, the woman at the counter turned me away saying she "forgot to check ClassPass" and that there wasn't room for me. Your business is on ClassPass because you put it on ClassPass, it's your responsibility to keep up with that.
I wasted a good chunk of my evening after a 9 hour shift, getting ready for the class, driving there, getting turned away, driving back home. They tried nothing to make it up.

I've been going to classes with Heather for about two years now and she is truly an excellent instructor. I have lost about 20 pounds in the last year and doing Pilates with Heather has been a big part of my success. I have gained so much strength working with her. I also suffer from a labral tear in my hip that happened a few months before I started working with Heather. I was in constant pain and Heather has helped me build strength to support the joint and it now rarely bothers me.

Instructor who is very responsive to your individual needs and has a thorough understanding of the methods necessary to address multiple areas of core fitness. I had back issues from sitting at my desk all day and she taught me several techniques to alleviate the discomfort.

Heather has helped with my diastasis recti tremendously!! Which has helped with my lower back issues. I'm able to walk in and tell her how my body is doing/feeling and she works with me with my problem areas. My overall mobility has improved greatly. Classes are no more than 4 prople. Private classes are great as well. Very clean space.

I was taking ballroom lessons when I met Heather and began private and class sessions with her
She is amazing at listening to my needs and finding what exercises are best for my body and ability. She goes above and beyond by incorporating movements and stretches that would benefit me in the ballroom and at the same time give me strength and flexibility.
I quickly started gaining strength and noticed changes in my body. I always leave feeling relief in my body after a session.
If you are thinking of trying a Pilates studio. I highly recommend Heather!!
