I just reupped at the athletic club. The place itself is attractive and the machines are new. The workers are friendly and busy, but will help you out with the equipment. It's clean and has new, innovative machines. I was there around 11am and there were plenty of places to park and and a sufficient number of bikes, treadmills, weight machines available. I am glad to be a member again. It feels like it's where I am supposed to be.

I suffered injuries during my employment as a personal injury lawyer. I went off a ski mountain in Colorado; it was at a turn in a slope. I went into a twelve-day coma, and after that I rode countless beds to recover

The selection, timing and teachers for the group classes are unmatched in Corpus, and frankly other bigger cities I’ve lived in. I hear people say the monthly cost is higher than others, but those dirt cheap gyms don’t offer classes or half the amenities of CCAC. Plus the vibe is super friendly and supportive. It’s also a place for me to connect with my two sons who are both Navy Veterans! The club is great the only is that the trainers DON'T tell the customers to wipe the machines went they are finished they just move to the next , Friday I saw a trainer use 6 machines not once did she tell the person she was teaching to wipe the machine . All so need to put the Stop for pedestrian signs in the mid of the cross walk almost got hit this morning cars were parked on the No parking Fire Lane . Need to install fire extinguishers and need escape routes maps . Doors are close with the remodeling of the man lockers need to open all doors so the man can get from the pool to the pick ball build and not wet the the walking area that with have to be replace.

CCAC has become my favorite part of my day. I’ve been a member for eight months now and this facility is a well-oiled machine. They only gripe I do have about the place is that it's constantly packed and many of the patrons aren't considerate of personal space which is important when you're weightlifting or just walking around the facility. I’m so grateful for everything offered by the Athletic Center. I dont have to worry at all about weather conditions as I’m able to train for triathlons completely indoors. My routine from pool to bike to track is entirely controlled and I also feel safer than trying to swim in open water or go on rides/runs without any partners. CCAC is the best health club hands down. Friendly staff, great facility with so many amenities, always clean but VERY BEST of all for my husband and for me is our incredible personal trainer, Zachery Truelove! He has a masters degree in kinesiology, was a college athlete and high school coach and is so knowledgeable. We have been working out with him 3 times a week since January and have gained so much strength, muscle definition, stamina, improved mobility and balance. He’s always editing our workouts to keep moving us toward our personal goals. Our sessions are always challenging and Zach is so supportive and encouraging. His knowledge base is immense and he knows all of the equipment and machines well. He makes sure we are doing things safely with correct form and always has a plan for our workout when we arrive to keep it fresh and challenging! We have worked with many trainers over the years and Zach is way better than any of the others. We have referred family and friends that Zach is now training and they all sing his praises too! He is a great trainer for the young athletes and high school athletes all the way up to seniors with mobility issues etc.
