I love this gym! Rowing has transformed my body, increased my strength, and improved my stamina. These benefits have transferred to my golf game, where my shots are longer with little fatigue after a full round.
Mary is fantastic and ensures a well-rounded workout with various weekly classes. She teaches proper technique so members get the most benefit from each session.

Crew1 rowing and Mary are lifesavers for my exercise routine. Mary coached at another studio that closed and decided to open her own studio. I’m so happy she did this now I can get back into a structured exercise routine. You should check them out they are fabulous and you’ll walk out of their feeling so much more energy than you walked in with.
