I just got back into CF after a 5 1/2 year break due to So many things. I could Not have made a Better choice!! Starting my 5th week, tho sore and pry the oldest person there, I feel welcomed, and All Coaches are Very knowledgeable!! Highly recommend!!

I am glad I joined CrossFit 190. The workouts are challenging. The coaches have a in-depth knowledge of the workouts, they offer alternatives in case we aren’t able to perform.
And the community! All the folks who workout here are amazing, very helpful. It’s a fun place.

I just started going to this gym and I have nothing but positive things to say. The coaches are amazing, knowledgeable, and very supportive. There is a great sense of community here, very friendly. All fitness levels are welcomed and more experienced athletes are happy to guide newcomers. I used to be skeptical about CrossFit gyms because of how complicated and competitive it all looked but CrossFit 190 made me change my mind. It is still a very hard workout but the support and positive energy at the gym make it attainable and super enjoyable. If you’re thinking about doing CrossFit, this is the right gym for it!

Everyone and I do mean everyone is so encouraging at this gym. The coaches are all great. Their goal for you is as simple as making sure you are a stronger and better version of yourself each and every time you leave. I feel stronger and better about myself when I leave class. I always say “I don’t know if I can do that….but I will try.” Often times I shock myself with not only doing it but doing it correctly and safely.
Uhmmm you won’t regret checking this gym out. You might regret waiting another day though. Hope to see you there.

Young or old, in shape or out of shape, this gym takes you where you’re at. I highly recommend CrossFit 190 because of their attention to teaching good form and technique, the coaches are attentive during the workout, the programming is great, and it’s a very welcoming gym to the newcomer.

Crossfit 190 is an amazing place to go if you're trying to lose weight and learn how your body works with cardio training. I would recommend attending a class and just know that the trainers are there to help you reach your full potential. I enjoy the family-oriented atmosphere. Martin is such a great instructor and all other instructors as well.

On September 12, 2023, I attended the 5 am class at this gym. During the class two people approached me to workout together and I politely said no thank you, not today. The second person proceeded to insist that we workout together. I requested to not workout together and offered to help find him a partner. During the class, the instructor began putting assets on my bar without me asking or indicating that I required help. If I am agreeing to something, I should be agreeing to it and I did not request that additional items be placed on my bar. After the class, two men proceeded to follow me out to my vehicle. After I said that I will not be able to stay to talk today, the second man said my membership was cancelled and a refund would be issued.

I just joined this gym last month, but I’m not new to CrossFit. I’ve been to quite a few CF affiliates across the country over the last 5 years. This gym has really welcoming coaches and members. The workouts are fun, challenging, and effective. Everyone just seems really kind and supportive of all fitness levels. Good music to workout to & memberships are a great value for a metro area.

i was nervous switching from traditional lifting to crossfit because of fear of injury but crossfit 190 was the best choice i could make… the staff and the people that attend class with me have been the motivation i needed to be consistent. they support you the whole way, teach you everything you need to know and make sure to emphasize safety so that you don’t injury yourself.. i don’t think i’ll ever be able to go back to traditional lifting because crossfit 190 has made working out effortless.

Awesome positive fun environment! My Husband, Son and I work out at CrossFit190 and really enjoy the team environment. I like that there are all types of skill levels and the coaches do a great job of scaling the workout to your individual needs. working out has always been more about mental health than anything else for me. then i walked into CF190 and found friendships/family who have transformed my emotional health as well. it really is true that finding a good circle of people can enhance your life.
sure i could go to a local planet fitness or 24 hour fitness and get a decent workout and have a somewhat put together program, but i get so much more than just a killer WOD every day at 190! if you’re looking for excellent programming, accountability, and to grow in ALL aspects of your health; this is the place. thankful to have a gym near me that has become a second home!

CrossFit 190 has been a great experience since we joined in August of 2022.
First, the coaches are amazing and provide detailed instructions and ensure that you are performing each movement correctly to avoid any injuries. They also provide scaled options so that all fitness levels can participate.
I’ve seen tremendous progress in strength and endurance since joining and all my progress is tracked in the app that is provide.
There is a diverse group of members from all ages and ethnicity and everyone is welcoming and encourage each other.
I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for not only to improve your health but a great place to join a community.

I know, Crossfit is very intimidating!!! But when you have the coolest coaches, an amazing community and hard (but manageable) workouts, you can't go wrong!!! And all of these is what you have at Crossfit 190!!! You should come and try the WODs, ask for the scaled version and once you feel it, there's not turning back!!! You get addicted to the energy, the accomplishment and the vibe of this place!!! I totally recommend this box to try Crossfit and keep coming for more!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

This is a great box! I just completed a 6 week body fat and weight loss challenge with Crossfit 190. Not only was the program great, the workouts and support from the coaches and members were awesome motivators to get me through the challenge and help me achieve my goals. I lost 22 lbs and 7.6% body fat! I'm very happy I found Crossfit 190!

I joined for a six-week challenge and was optimistic but nervous. I had not had a regular fitness routine in years and had a hard time believing I would be able to complete the exercises the other athletes were doing.
The first week was incredibly difficult and I could not complete the designed workout of the day but in week two I saw significant improvement in flexibility and endurance and was able to complete all the movements and lifts!
After six weeks I can honestly say I feel the best I have in a decade. I lost 15lbs and reduced my body fat from 29% to 21.5%!
This is an excellent club to start your CrossFit career at or to challenge yourself at if you are an experienced athlete. The coaches clearly care about the safety of their members and they are encouraging every step of the way to empower you and help you build towards transformative changes in health and fitness.

My husband and I signed up for the 6 weeks challenge on Jun 2018. We both had different goals and meal plans since my husband wanted to bulk up and me loose weight as a vegetarian. We have no experience on Crossfit whatsoever but we where eager to find out what it was and we fell in love with the sport. The environment Is amazing and the people are very nice and encouraging ! I have to give major props to coach Austin and coach Cory because they both pushed me into do more ! I highly recommend checking this place out if you are uncomfortable where you at right now !

I signed up for the 6 week challenge that started Memorial Day weekend. I always thought CrossFit was for people who were super fit and had worked out their whole life. The day I started I had no idea what to expect but I was excited to try something new and to lose some weight. What was weird to me was that I would see what the trainers wanted us to do and in my mind I was like I can’t do that. But then I did and it wasn’t hard. But I just had to get my mind out of my comfort zone and realize I could do it. I followed the meal plan and after every workout I went home feeling really good. The trainers were there for us every step of the way and always made sure that our form was good and that we were doing it the right way. Also the other thing I was surprised about was it was people like me there and not a bunch a fit people. The ones that were fit all had a story about where they started and how they got where they are today. Very inspiring. Thank u so much Corey and Austin.

My wife and I signed up for the CrossFit 190 6-week challenge on May 26th. Both of us have been active and in-shape in the past, but had life get in the way of our fitness. We had concerns on how well we would be able to keep up, but the CrossFit 190 trainers and other gym members were super supportive and encouraging. Several gyms in the past have made comments about being a “family oriented” gym, CrossFit 190 lived up to that expectation. The friendly and encouraging atmosphere made us both feel at home day one. The workouts are changed daily to help keep things fresh. They are challenging, but you work at your own pace. The meal plan is completely do-able and easy to understand. The recipe book has great recipes for all meals and flavor is NOT a missing ingredient! I was happy with the steady increase in my performance, even happier with loosing 21lbs in 6 weeks. I feel better than I have in years.
