Dropped in for a workout with a couple friends while on vacation. Misread the schedule and showed up after the last class - but the owners stayed late to give us a workout. Great coaching and seriously technical programming.

I only had intentions of staying for 3 months last year to get a bikini bod by vacation in September and here I am a year later! Totally addicted and the people are amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am 47 and I have been in the game for 25+ years.... I can honestly say I feel like I am in the best shape of my life! 😊
