Loce the classes, the trainers are grate, they correct you if you need it, explain to you everything no matter how many times you don't get it, and help you when you are trying something new...plus the people that tou train with are really nice and motivate you!

Had an amazing time at CrossFit Dubford! Dropped in for a class and the environment and people were so welcoming and the workout was so fun. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a CrossFit gym 😊

My husband signed me up for my first class at CF DubFord last summer and I reluctantly attended. After the two week trial I knew I could never work out at a regular gym again. Not only as CFDF helped me lose weight and gain muscle but I have developed significant confidence in my body which has been translated in to all aspects of my life. The best part about CFDF is that I have met some of my best/lifelong friends there. I am thankful for the much needed nudge into this gym because it changed the course of my life forever.
P.S. my husband joined after my two week trial and continues to make incredible gains both physically and mentally thanks to CFDF

The positive "go get 'em" attitude of this gym is contagious! Remi has a drive to help everyone that walks through the gym door to achieve beyond their personal goals. Becca has such a cool supportive personality and her shirt designs are amazing! I ordered a cropped sweatshirt and I have been living in it for the past several days - super soft and luxury quality. This gym is the best second home 👍
