CrossFit Forney is first and original CrossFit in Kaufman county. We are dedicated to helping the community get FIT. Our strength and conditioning programs are designed to get you in the best shape of your life. Our highly skilled trainers will guide you to a new fitter life! A trainer will watch over you throughout the entire class. There's no wandering around the gym wondering what to do. There are no endless hours of walking or running on the treadmill. There are no machines in our gym but we will turn you into one! Our classes are designed to so everyone can participate. It doesn't matter if you're a professional athlete or a grandmother trying to keep up with your grandchildren, you CAN do this!

I am sincerely grateful for CrossFit Forney. The facility is excellent, the coaches are passionate, and the community is inviting. The motto of this place is ABSOLUTELY the truth! "If you let it, this place will change you". This is my home away from home. As a full-time working mom, this hour of my day not only adds to my physical health, but also my mental health!! I'm able to bring my young kids with me and they have a safe space to play while I workout. It's my "me" time and truly feels that way because the community is so supportive and helpful when I have to bring my kids with me. This membership is the best decision I've made since moving to Forney!

I was new to CrossFit, I have aches and injuries from being a competitive athlete in the past I have to deal with but also am looking to lose a good bit of weight: the coaches and members have been so supportive in helping me learn, modifying exercises when needed, and encouraging to push myself. CFF has become a MUCH NEEDED break in my day where I can focus on taking care of my physical and mental health. Great coaches! Great members! Plenty of class options! Incredibly supportive community & lots of social events and challenges for all levels of fitness. Highly recommend!!

I've been doing Crossfit for over 10 years and I have tried multiple crossfit gyms in New York and Texas. Walking into Crossfit Forney I could instantly tell this box was different in a great way. The community that the coaches create, the programming, the equipment, all of it is absolutely top notch. I've seen more personal gains in 18 months going to Crossfit Forney than my previous 8.5 years combined going to other Crossfit gyms. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to better themselves and make some great friends at the same time.

Canβt say enough positive things about this box. Coaching is on point and the supportive members keep me motivated. In my opinion what makes a CrossFit box βattractiveβ is the coaching, a welcoming/encouraging community, and results. 5 stars across the board.
UPDATED REVIEW:
I canceled my membership in the past purely to save money when money was tight but I always come back. Thereβs so much value in the programming/coaching and competitive atmosphere. I find that if you cut out the unnecessary daily/weekly spending and direct it towards a gym you will ultimately save money. Youβre investing in your health so youβre not going to jeopardize it with excessive junk food and alcohol.
Still stand firm on my recommendation for CFF

I would definitely recommend Crossfit Forney to anyone. I started going during a time when my health was probably the worst it had ever been (elevated heart rate and blood pressure). Since being consistent π, my blood pressure is amazing and my heart rate is only elevated during workouts. The coaches will definitely push you to step outside your comfort zone to reach whatever goals you have set for yourself.

I have such a HATE/LOVE with this place. :) I love the way that I feel after and it is amazing how caring and compassionate everyone is. You feel like you are apart of their family even when you are just visiting. I was able to drop in with a friend to try cross fit out and the coach was a tough (younger gorgeous dark blonde with the most amazing legs and the best personality) beast of a coach who helped me with movements that do not come natural to me. She will be the reason that I drop in as often as I can when I am in the area. Thank you CrossFit Forney.

Best place in Forney to workout! Workouts are tough but totally worth it. Trainers keep me safe by modifying the movements I cant do. There is large kids area with big flat screen tv that my son watches dvds on when I workout. Its perfect for my son to hangout in. My wife just had a baby is excited to start soon. I highly recommend this place for anyone!

I guess the real question you have to ask yourself is why you should workout here versus a regular gym. The honest truth is a sense community and real, lasting results. Mark tries really hard to help you make your dreams of becoming a fit person a reality. In 6 months, if you do everything Mark says and eat a clean diet, you'll being doing things you never thought was possible. Come on over to CrossFit Forney and put your game face on and get after it! The head trainer has had me sweating it out doing some of the most effect functional movements out there.. In the road to fitness, there are no shortcuts and CrossFit Forney is an excellent way to find out what you are made of. No matter your skill/fitness level, CrossFit Forney can gear the workout to what you CAN do, not focusing on what you can't do.
