I can't say enough great things about Coach Shannon! Her energy, expertise, and encouragement make every workout both challenging and rewarding. She takes the time to ensure proper form, pushes you to reach your potential, and always brings a positive attitude to class. Whether you're a beginner or experienced athlete, Shannon knows how to tailor workouts to help you grow and improve. I have thoroughly enjoyed working out at CrossFit Lift Haus! The environment is encouraging, and not at all intimidating. Shannon is a great coach and makes sure moves are done correctly and modified to meet your needs if needed.

If you're nervous or intimated about joining Crossfit I can tell you CFLH is your place! You get a team that makes you feel welcome and like family.
You get Shannon, an amazing coach who is there to get you where you want to be physically in a safe environment at a safe pace.
CFLH is for anyone new to Crossfit or seasoned and I'm glad I had the opportunity to be a part of this family!

I was always intimidated to try crossfit, but I felt right at home here. Shannon meets you where you are while encouraging you to do better. Anyone looking for a non judgmental, fun gym, should give it a try.

Awesome environment. Shannon is able to work with athletes at various fitness levels and adjust workouts accordingly to make sure each individual is getting what they need out of it. Very focused on form/ technique over speed, which is critical to injury prevention. Would recommend to beginners, seasoned athletes, and anyone in between.

CrossFit Lift Haus has been so amazing for me and Shannon is the best! I have done other CrossFit gyms and I always left feeling overwhelmed and discouraged. I love the classes at Lift Haus and I always leave feeling accomplished, motivated, and invigorated!

Shannon is not only dedicated to meeting you where you are at in your fitness journey but also educated in how to get you where you are wanting to be. With a passion for making sure that you are able to perform in the long term, she treats your health as a marathon and not a sprint by making sure that you are learning proper form and preventing injuries.
She has coached me through not one, but two postpartum journeys, as well as a healthy and active pregnancy. Her genuine concern for you well-being both in the box and out is refreshing and keeps me coming back for more.

Crossfit Lift Haus is all around rad! Coach Shannon is well versed in strategy, with basics and safety always in mind. This gym is the most welcoming, nonjudgmental place that I've had the pleasure to work out at. We have fun while holding each other accountable. Wide range of equipment and knowledge about modifications and mobility. Highly recommend CFLH to all!
