The gym is fine. There is only one water station that didn’t have a filter so essentially unusable. The most disappointing part is that the kid zone is for ages 1-12 and they have absolutely nothing for ages 6-12 year old to use except for a TV. If they won’t allow under 13 in the gym, the kid zone should have activities for the all advertised ages.

Kaylah the owner at Crunch Fitness on Dyer stole $500 from me.

Kaylah,
I am writing to formally request reimbursement of $500 for 10 personal training sessions that I paid for in full at Crunch Fitness, Dyer location. Each session was valued at $50.

On October 29, 2025, I completed a survey sent by Crunch Fitness regarding my experience. I provided honest feedback about my dissatisfaction with my personal trainer, Tyler, the personal training manager, Brenden, the owner, Kaylah and the overall experience.

Later that day, after my scheduled training session, Brenden informed me that I could no longer pay for my November gym membership and that my remaining training sessions would be forfeited. He also stated that I would not be reimbursed for the $500 I had already paid. When I requested written confirmation, he refused and said, “Have your lawyer call me.”

I reached out to an attorney, who advised me to send this letter demanding reimbursement for services not rendered. Despite my previous email to you, I have not received a response or refund.

This constitutes a failure to provide services as agreed. Under the Texas Health Spa Act (Tex. Occ. Code §702), consumers are entitled to refunds for prepaid services not rendered.

I love how the gym is 24hrs, its clean and variety of equipment and plenty of dumbells. The only reasons I don't give the gym 5 stars is because when something breaks equipment & sauna its a good awhile before its operational again. Also the music they playing is extremely loud. I wear noise canceling headphones and still hear the music clearly through my headphones

I’ve been going to Crunch Fitness for a while, and I just have to highlight one of the employees, he is absolutely amazing! Every single day he shows up with a smile and goes above and beyond for everyone who walks through the doors. He’s always cleaning, helping members, and making the entire gym feel positive and welcoming. You can tell he truly cares about the people and the space.

He doesn’t just deserve to be a manager. He’s earned it through his hard work, consistency, and genuine attitude. It’s rare to find someone who brings this much good energy to a workplace. He deserves real recognition for everything he does!

Overall, I really enjoy being a member of this gym. The facilities are excellent, clean, organized, and well-equipped. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, which creates a great first impression every time I walk in.

However, I do think the Kids Crunch program could use some attention. While it’s an amazing benefit for parents to have childcare available while they work out, the atmosphere in that area doesn’t reflect the same positive energy found throughout the rest of the gym. The team members supervising the kids often appear unhappy or disengaged, and they rarely acknowledge parents when greeted. It gives the impression that they don’t enjoy being there, which can be concerning when you’re trusting them with your children.

I’m not expecting over-the-top enthusiasm, but a simple smile or friendly interaction goes a long way. This program is one of the main reasons many parents choose this gym, so improving staff engagement and morale in the Kids Crunch area would really enhance the overall member experience

Crunch again? I don't understand why we have to have this problem. My card was stolen, and I canceled my membership for that reason. If there's an extra charge, it should be $27 for the next month, which they make you pay when you cancel. But sending me to a debt collector without calling or emailing me first? And now they want to charge $269? This is ridiculous

After I had my son, I moved back to El Paso in 2022 and wanted to get back into weightlifting. Although I lived 30 minutes away at the time, I decided Crunch was the best gym to go to, it had a great deal, and the sign-up and cancellation process was hassle-free. I move around a lot, and I’ve had to buy out contracts from other gyms before, so I really appreciated how easy it was with Crunch.
I’ve been to Planet Fitness and RedSkull Fitness, but I always found myself coming back here especially on Saturdays to work out with friends. I love the weight racks, the variety of dumbbells (they go up to 120 lbs, which I really appreciate for heavy hip thrusts, supersets, or warm-ups), and even the lighting in the cycling room for a good pump pose. The gym itself is always clean when I’m around.
I especially want to mention Gloria. She’s so friendly and always keeps the gym spotless. She’s one of those staff members you notice because she’s genuinely working hard.
When it comes to machines being out of order, they don’t stay broken for long. I’ve actually paid attention, and it’s never more than about a week before things get fixed, whether it’s the hip thrust or leg curl machines. The variety of equipment overall is great, and I’m here for it.
I’ve had a few issues here and there, but I’ve talked to Jacob, the manager, and he’s always been quick to help resolve them. He’s even sent follow-up info directly to my email when I’ve requested it, which I really appreciate.
The gym isn’t usually too busy when I go. You can check how packed it is using the Crunch-O-Meter on the app, which is super helpful. Even when I’ve gone during peak hours (like the 5 PM crowd), I’ve been able to finish my workout within an hour, sometimes I have to work in with others, but everyone’s chill about it. If you’re there to train you’ll love the gym, the crowd, and the staff. But if you’re there for drama… well, you’ll find drama. 😄
I have a busy schedule throughout the day, so I really appreciate that they sell protein bars at the front. It helps on those days when I haven’t meal-prepped or just need something quick before or after my workout.
Now that I’m seeing results, I love taking advantage of bringing a friend when I can. The Kids Crunch babysitting is another huge plus, the ladies there are amazing, so patient and kind. Honestly, that alone is priceless; babysitting elsewhere costs me more than my membership!
As for classes, some of my favorites are Zumba with Denisse, Cycling with Mariana or Angeles, and Hatha Flow with Brittaney. The sauna is open to everyone and is definitely one of my favorite perks.
If I could thank any specific staff, it would be Brendon and Kait. Brendon did my body scan and explained everything in detail…his knowledge in the field is gold. I first noticed Kait doing some insane workouts with great form and physique; when I found out she was a trainer, I knew I wanted to train with her. (I actually have another review of just my training experience).

This gym is the best! It’s clean, very spacious, classes are awesome( they even have family HIIT for the little ones to enjoy), the trainers are friendly( especially Cristina, Chris, Mariana, Gwen 🫶🏻), bathrooms are clean- and the best part in my opinion, is their daycare! I chose to go there because of the kid zone and I am very happy with their service!

Don't come here and I hope you don't give them your account. I called last month to cancel my membership because it kept getting higher and higher every month. I stated I want it canceled. They told me it would be canceled next day. I got a voice mail from a "manager" who kept stumbling his words before he hung up and to my surprise I got charged for them AGAIN!! I will follow up with corporate, this is not acceptable. I get people like it and it was fun to go here until it all went to hell. DON'T BOTHER AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Zumba classes are fantastic! Gwen is one my absolute favorite instructors. She brings so much energy to her classes. All her music is great. Her choreography is soooo much fun. More than that, she truly cares about people. She is a genuinely good hearted person. Can't say enough about her! Honestly all the zumba instructors are pretty awesome. Treat them well! Acabamos de mudarnos a El Paso, estamos buscando un gym para nuestra familia, llegamos pidiendo un free trial para ver lo que ofrecen y la chica de enfrente nos dijo que ocupábamos una identificación de aquí le explicamos que acabamos de mudarnos y aún así no quiso ayudarnos. Le dijimos que somos de familia militar que si con esa identificación nos podía ayudar y aún así dijo que no. Nos retiramos al estacionamiento y agarramos un pase gratis por la página de internet de Crunch (de un solo día el cual es todo lo que ocupábamos) y regresamos en 5 minutos y nos atendió un chico, súper amable nos ayudó. La chica algo le decía al chico (casi susurrando) pero el hizo caso omiso. La atención del chico fue fenomenal. La chica se llama Martha, y esto ocurrió 19 de julio 2025 aprox a las 8:10 pm.
Ojalá mejoren su atención al cliente, porque la atención es la base de cualquier negocio. Yo en lo personal no regreso a este lugar.

Can’t rate this. How did i go to paying 10$ a month for the lowest membership to 58$.
And they still continue to try to bill me after canceling my membership which I did over the phone with an employee no issues. Told me it was canceled that I won’t be billed.
I wake up to a notification from my bank being billed. So I call again to see what happened and now all of a sudden I had to go In person to cancel. 5 months later and they are still trying to bill me. Just go to planet fitness if you need a gym at least they are honest and won’t make you go through hoops to cancel a membership and price with always stay the same.

They bring you in with a cheap rate but be careful because it nearly doubles after time and they give you no warning at all!
Once again rates nearly doubled without warning. One attendant says I should I have gotten an email but I didn’t. This time I had enough and canceled management didn’t seem to care. On the facilities are packed all time maybe that’s why they don’t care. The facilities rarely gets new equipment. Wouldn’t recommend for any serious gym rat.

I join because Planet is not 24/7 anymore, which is the thing I like most from Crunch (second thing is the mirrors for the selfies lol) Sometimes it's way too busy and it kinda stinks but I guess that's what real gyms smell like. Bathroom is also kinda dirty most of the time. Overall I like it, I only come to do my cardio when planet is close.

I canceled my membership back in January with one of the managers for me to realize that I’m still being billed 4 months later. Even tho I sent in my document for cancellation to his email that he requested. I do not recommend Crunch Fitness Northeast off Dyer, primarily due to the behavior of an employee named Martha. Unfortunately, my interactions with her have been consistently negative. She has come across as rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. She doesn’t smile, lacks basic courtesy, and doesn’t display the friendliness or helpfulness one would expect from someone in a customer service role. It's disappointing to encounter this kind of attitude in a place that should feel supportive and encouraging. If customer service is a priority, I hope management takes steps to address this.

I enjoy myself. The sauna is in the locker rooms, so men and women are separated thank goodness. There’s other amenities in my subscription that I don’t use because I haven’t taken the time to understand why I need it. Red light room. There’s 2 hour babysitting. Huge parking lot in the plaza. I hope they keep adding more Zumba and yoga because it’s just a bit sparse on the time slots, classes are limited to a few rather than everyday, morning snd evening like I suggest they do. We have lives to live, just pay for more instructors and you’ll get more customers.

Just lost a customer, I've been in and out of hospitals and haven't been able to make money and so crunch has been charging my empty bank account over and over, it doesn't get through and my bank charges a fee for failed payments, they apparently cant stop charging me until I pay my late fees, I'm gonna just work with my bank to reject their charges but thats ridiculous, I asked the lady who answered, "so you'll be charging me over and over until I pay, even though I'm not going to the gym and put my bank account more and more in the negative?" To which she replied a confident yes, that's ridiculous, what an awful customer service, deliberately screwing over your customers isn't cool 👎

Very very Dishonest company. They send false emails claiming you can join for 1¢ and get 2 weeks free, and I even had also gotten emails that said a month free . It's not what u think ..u think it'll be easy to just sign up . I'M GONNA GO THERE AND I'M GONNA DO THE GYM THING AND EXERCISE IN THE GYM DAILY...WELL, I go in there ready to do it thinking it would be easy and it didn't happen. They require an actual credit card to join their gym and I was appalled when I was actually asked for a bank router # . You should NEVER EVER give a bank router # to ANYONE . Its how people can drain your entire bank account. thats how some people are robbing people.There is no good reason for anyone to ask for your bank route # EVER . They can simply swipe your card and you can put your pin code like any other normal business .THERE IS NO REASON WHY THE GYM CANT EITHER TAKE ACTUAL CASH OR SWIPE MY BANK CARD AND I PUT IN MY PIN CODE SAME AS ANYWHERE ELSE .!

From personal experience and from others I’ve spoken to- there’s an issue with explaining how things work with pricing. The excuse “it’s in the contract” is used a lot. I completely understand it is our responsibility to read a contract and understand it. However, I think it’s only right to explain up front everything that will be done (especially with being charged). Seem dishonest and tricky to do that. At least advertise it correctly…. The employees at this gym lack compassion and customer service skills. Very rude and cold to customers, especially when they want to cancel or fix a pricing issue 😂 This isn’t just something I’ve experienced myself … but others as well. If you go to cancel your membership, then expect there to be some hidden fee “in the contract.”

So for others looking to join:
-it’s overall a nice gym. Equipment is good and seems clean.
- the gym is waaaaay too crowded and there is minimal equipment.
- you have to wait a long time to use anything.
- if you’re signing up for the 9.99 deal make sure it doesn’t say 1 year contract… something I fell for…. I believe the monthly fee is different?
-even if things are explained to you a certain way make sure you check for yourself to see if you’re actually going to be charged that amount or waaaay more lol.
-why put “1 year contract” if it technically isn’t that but more of a subscription??? 😅
- just because you sign up for 1 year doesn’t mean your contract ends after a year (other gyms I’ve gone to this is what it means)… so if you signed up for 9.99 monthly fee in January, after the next January you’ll start to be charged 15.99 if you do not cancel as soon as the year is up. you will be charged 15.99 plus the annual fee ( I think it’s 50$ or something) if you don’t cancel before March.
- there’s a lot of weird wording in the contract/ advertisement thats hard to understand (for me) and they definitely don’t explain them so I guess hire a lawyer to help you go through the contract if you want to join this gym and not get charged extra fees 😂😂

Good gym to workout at friendly staff for the most part, my issue is that they have a-lot of lil fees they are demanding and even if you have dont have the contract you basically still have to buy your way out because they have fees for that too unless its over 30 days lol ive had a handful of people tell me not to sign up with crunch and i see why. When i called i think chris? I might be mistaken because i couldnt hear; but chris was pretty easy going until i was asking about the membership plan i had and proceeded to tell me about ghe cancelation policy which i did not ask for. I had to ask 3 times what membership i was paying for before he rudely answered my question as if owe him my attention to information i didnt request. Guess ill be looking for a new gym after all.

Same price as Chuze fitness. 3 times as much services for the cost. $35 IS A LOT NOWADAYS, but it was the kids club that sold me, same price, but no forced reservations required or false scarcity of space or slots for the cost of membership, just walk in and sign in at best, wait a few minutes at worst if it's busy. You pay for it, YOU GET IT. No games.
I hope this gym ends up CRUNCHING Chuze fitness.

This gym was very clean but very busy. I went here for about 2 weeks on a trip for work. I don’t have any complaints. I had no issues like the others I’m reading. The staff was very friendly and welcomed me in every time I came in to lift. They offer all kinds of classes too which everyone seemed to enjoy. The only thing I would change about this gym would be to repaint the parking lot lines and make them a little bigger. It seems every business in El Paso loves mini parking spots.

Broken water fountain, which supposedly is fixed frequently. Missing equipment, broken machines, glad I'm not the owner. One of the staff informed me that the gym has no intention of replacing missing equipment. Do better.

First of all, the facility is super cool and very versatile. The staff is welcoming and nice overall. My gripe lies with the fact that the facility could do with a little more attention as it sometimes feels dirty; and not to say that is all on the gym itself but people lack etiquette with re-racking weights correctly and cleaning up the equipment they’ve used- including yoga mats:( If that could be a little more regulated this would be a 5/5 for me.

I went to cancel my membership, that I had not utilized for the past 6 plus months and asked to cancel before my yearly fee charged off. The guy told me that I had to pay the monthly fee and the yearly fee before I cancelled which was $98. I asked why and he said that was their “30 day policy” he then said let me talk to my manager to see if he can help. Greg the manager right away said you have a $98 balance that needs to get paid. I understand if I have to pay the monthly payment but the yearly is ridiculous. I then said what’s your corporate number? Greg said he didn’t know and even if I called them they would just direct me straight to their gym. Meaning there’s no hope. This is an embarrassment to an establishment like this. Not worth the money horrible customer service. I’m not one to rate places negatively but this was a prime example of a 1 star rating. Update!!! I E-mailed them like they said, explaining the situation, and didn’t even get a reply saying they would look at the situation. Kurt was very short and didn’t say anything until I pointed out that no reply was going to happen. He replied by saying that 24hrs have not passed yet. A little while later he replied with saying that everything Greg did was right and did a very poor apology for how his manager Greg handled the situation. I would have left the review at that if there was no response, but they wanna act slick by responding and having no solutions afterwards. That’s BS just take the rating and don’t say a word.
This may or may not make difference but if you want to join a gym, I recommend you stay away from this one specifically. Kurt and his crew are very unprofessional, the money is the last thing I wanted, all I wanted was a more professional and apologetic outcome. It’s unfortunate but I guess you can’t teach manners.

I PCS’d in August and didn’t cancel before I left. I tried to cancel my membership over the phone and they would not. I was directed to do it online, so I did. I received a call from an employee saying my membership was cancelled. However, I’ve been charged for both September and October now. When I called in to figure out why I’m still getting charged they asked for me to send in my orders verifying “new residence”. I have no idea why it would be any of crunches concern where I moved or why that would affect the cancellation of my membership. They can clearly see in my check in history that I have not been there. Please stop charging me and making cancelling so difficult. I only gave two stars because I enjoyed working out there while I was in El Paso.

Since they opened, this place has been great. The staff is helpful and friendly. Plenty of equipment to use and 2 large areas to do the workout you want and a large for classes. They also have a spin class room.

Now, I don't like their payment policy. If you miss a payment not only can you NOT use the facility, but they will continue to charge you for a membership you can not use. I call that a scam. Do better Crunch!

As a founding member of Crunch Fitness El Paso, I've always appreciated the gym's atmosphere. The staff is incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I've needed them. The equipment is also top-notch, with everything being well-maintained and repairs happening quickly. This makes for a smooth workout experience.

However, there's one area for improvement: the water fountains. Unfortunately, they currently only dispense hot water, which isn't ideal after a workout. In the past, I recall them providing refreshing cold water, so hopefully, this can be addressed.

Overall, I recommend Crunch Fitness El Paso, especially considering the friendly staff and reliable equipment. However, improved water fountain functionality and more cleaning would definitely elevate the experience. (It's worth noting that the app's "gym busy info" feature seems unreliable. It consistently shows the gym as moderately busy, regardless of whether it's actually packed or nearly empty.)*** update the water is still always hot better buy a water bottle there***

So the gym is nice, the equipment is well maintained and even though it can get pretty busy you can still get to the machines and everything. The reason for the 1 star is that we go to the gym pretty late at night and recently there has been a guy there by the name of Marcus who just has no customer service skills whatsoever. The membership was messed up and showed that it was inacative though it isn't. It also had a phone number and email that was incorrect. We showed him where it had been paid and asked him to correct the information. He was completely bothered by the request rolling his eyes and just having an overall bad attitude. After leaving for the night we checked the account and it STILL wasn't fixed.

I like the gym lots of equipment but only one peck deck. It's always over crowded very rude and inconsiderate members. to use equipment is sometimes hard cause people always hogging it or taking there time. First days on my 3 day trial I was bothered by other members in the middle of my set teens in the restroom smoking there weed pens filming in the restroom and people setting up tripods for video taping on gym floor. And that's just my first 3 days. The only reason I signed up was because there's no commitment and there's a lot of equipment I can use and the zaragosa location should be opening up soon which is closer to me. The staff has been Kool they fixed equipment when I asked so no issues there. Just wish there more rules in place to get these members to be more considerate of other people's time and space.
So im pretty much done with this place not my kind of gym. Too crowded shitty memebers and staff not considerate of others. I swear it's worse than any planet fitness in town even the dirty nasty chuze fitness seems better than crunch. Anyways I froze my account hoping the same culture won't be at the zaragosa location. But I think it's highly doubtful. If your gonna charge 10 dollars for a membership you should have more strict policys on sharing equipment or organize the gym in n a way I don't have to race across the gym in hope equipment is available. Or even maybe have more strict times of when people can go. Maybe the 10 dollar members should have access only 9am to 9pm something to help traffic I made all these suggestions already and they said they can't do nothing about it and I understand they have there policy's but in reality what's a better investment a member who is forced to be there on doctors orders who will probably quit as soon as they get a lil healthier or a person with a 20 year goal fitness goal?

The gym itself is great but the “manager” JACOB is a terrible and horrible “manager”. Not only has he been extremely rude and charging our accounts twice a month. Assumes & accuses us of having insufficient funds when we’re directly looking at our account as the payment proceed to post for $160 dollars last month plus another $120 this month for 1 account rather than the 2 we have. Staff is great but they never brought any of this to our attention as we go almost on a daily basis. After we proceeded to speak to him in regards all this changes he STILL charges another $67 for one account. Be aware of this, he is unprofessional, undertrained, incompetent, and to top it off rude. There’s other staff that’s a better pick for this position. I hope corporate can’t help us as we can seem to get past this. Will definitely cancel once we can!

Parking lot is almost always full, might as well park at Walmart. From around 7am - 10am expect the folks from the nearby nursing homes to take up all the machines. Other times, take a nap while you wait for some machines to be available. People that attend that gym need too much space to do their workouts.

Good gym, great amenities, fantastic staff. I love the daycare ladies and everyone of the fitness instructors that I’ve met have been great at what they do. Front desk staff are friendly and attentive.

I want to reiterate that I love the group fitness instructors here and the variety of classes. I do think that the class time slots should be staggered by 5-10 min so classes can stay on schedule, but it’s just an observation/suggestion.

It does get very crowded and it’s impossible to get on certain pieces of equipment (looking at you, leg extension) but at the price point in a military town, it’s to be expected.

If I could change something, I’d add another studio along with step equipment for people to workout in as the main studio is usually full with classes.

The star deduction is because I am not a fan of the sanitation option available. The paper towels are thin and rip apart when you’re trying to wipe down community yoga mats and other equipment. I feel like in a post panini world, sanitation isn’t the place to pinch pennies. Just get disinfectant wet wipes and dispensers.

Overall, this is a great spot and I’m very happy with my membership.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I was invited as a guest since I’m looking for a new place to work out.Since I’m was not a member, the staff was very dismissive of any questions that I had.Even ignoring me and not directing any response to me and only my friend who is a member. Front staff has to learn customer service because they leave a bad taste of what this gym is about. I asked about broken machines and they said that it will take a long time since they only have one person that fixes them in the whole US. Discouraging this means machines will stay broken for a long time. They had me wait 15 minutes in a back room, only to let me know that I shouldn’t have been there to begin with which is something they could’ve told me since the beginning.

Problems:
- You have to wait a couple of minutes to use desired equipment.

- Gym is very humid and no enough ventilation
- Majority of the parking lot is full

Solutions:
- Create a monthly SOP to do maintenance on all gym equipment.

Got a membership here because of the perk of the child care. My daughter loved playing with the other kids while I got a workout in. That said, I held a membership for about a year, and my experience here was a giant lesson in frustration.
The location always felt crowded regardless of the time I came in. For as big as it is, there just doesn't seem to be enough of the right equipment. Too many unused ellipticals that are only filled when they have a morning treadmill class. I was regularly having to modify my workouts because I couldn't find free equipment, and was wasting time waiting for equipment to free up.
Classes are okay if you can get in them. I often had to set a timer to remind me to sign up as soon as the class opened the night before, otherwise there was no way I was going to get a spot. Also had issues with classes being listed, then cancelled shortly before starting. I don't recommend it, and don't plan on returning.

My experience at the newly opened Crunch Fitness has been disappointing on multiple fronts. The facility is shockingly filthy for being so new, and the lack of cleanliness extends across the gym. Really excellent crunch location. Despite only intending to use it for one day, Kurt (the manager) continued to demonstrate outstanding customer service, above and beyond. He spent probably about an hour to introduce us around the gym, sign us up, and everything else. Carlos was pretty chill and Marco was really helpful and attentive with the inbody scan and ‘kick off’ (if that’s what they call it). The equipment were well maintained and it has more equipment than other locations I’ve visited. I guess if I had a small note, I wish they provided towels, paper towel in the bathrooms, and refilled toilet paper more often. But in any case, one of the best service I’ve experienced. I wish I could continue to support their business.

So far, as an early morning person 5am-6:30am, it’s not packed at all. I did go once around 12:30pm on a Saturday and I still didn’t have to wait for any machine or weights even though it was slightly packed. Dear CEO,

I would like to address some things I found wrong with Crunch Fitness locked here on Dyer Street El Paso, Texas.

1. Why can't we work out with our shirts off? Other gyms allow this, and we work out harder because we are confident in our physiques. We worked hard for this aesthetic look and want to show it off. Maybe all others can get motivated and put down the donuts and join me in having a nice physique they worked hard for. It's not my fault that others ashamed of they way they look and are insecure and tell on us at the gym.

2. Cintas paper towel machines are alays out of paper! Why? I'm tired of coming to the gym and I reach for a paper towel and it's out of paper. Get more paper.

3. The spray bottles on some of the stations don't work properly and / or broke. When I begin to spray, it gets all over my hand, and that's annoying. What does it cost to invest in better spray bottles that don't break so easily.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great gym. Just customer service and canceling due to moving, and the process is a nightmare. Double charged and having to wait for a refund was a bit annoying.

Do not bring your kids to the daycare! While I never have any complaints about the staff, equipment, etc, their daycare staff is not so great. For starters, they are overwhelming under staffed. I paid $10 for my son to be watched, had to wait until kids left or more staff came in to fit him in the daycare, then 10 minutes within my workout, they come to tell me my son has a fever. My son didn't have a fever. He was perfectly fine when I got there but they claimed he couldn't be there because of the fever, yet they refused to provide me with a refund. I understand it's frustrating to deal with all those kids, but the courtesy of a refund should have been extended.

Nice gym, plenty to do but it is almost always packed (not their fault). 3 stars because I had the WORST experience and most trouble with a bunch of over payments and getting things fixed and canceled.

5 Stars 🌟 for my personal trainer Steven, he was very understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. I had broken my leg and had a child so I was very worried about my fitness and passing my ACFT but with his guidance and assistance I was able to pass it no problem and 3 months ahead of schedule. I appreciate you Steven!

This club have bunch of criminals running it!

If you cancel your membership, not only will they keep your most recent charge (even if it was charged the same day you want to cancel) they will still charge you for an additional month of membership whether you like it or not.
They have a yearly maintenance fee that if they charge it. They WILL NOT REFUND IT. Even if they charge it today and you cancel tomorrow, they will still keep your money.

They require a credit card and a bank account, this is deliberate. Bank account number charges are harder to dispute (because you literally gave them access to your bank).

I canceled today and will never consider them again.

I am fighting them with my bank and hopefully will get some of the money they stole from me back.
