I arrived to ask for information but the person who attended me was very cutting and did not want to give me more information. It was not professional. What I recommend is to hire people who are better trained who represent the company better.

NATHAN & JUSTIN ARE AMAZING! I’ve been shy getting into the gym and they are grand opening this new location soon. They offered free food today while everyone has the chance to see the inside before it’s officially open ‼️ I signed up for the kick off, is a great way to feel more comfortable in the gym before walking in not knowing what to do. They made me feel so comfortable already, I’m definitely getting a trainer here for the full experience. #CRUNCHFAM

Crunch team was out in the parking lot at target off i20 during the summer , a well mannered gentleman approached me with the $1 for the first month for signing up as well as show me the look of the place and offers so of course I couldn’t turn down the deal .(: I’m excited for it to open soon ,so I can start on getting fit :) !

Mathew was amazing! He helped me sign up for my membership and made the whole process super easy. He was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful — honestly the only time I’ve ever had fun and was laughing while signing up for something! Great first impression of the Crunch Grand Prairie location.
