Found this place when I was desperate to control my anxiety and stress. I’ve been to a few yoga studios but none compared to this one! Kristen the owner is so knowledgeable, vibe is very welcoming, teachers are also so knowledgeable and everyone gets to know you on a personal level. The prices are very reasonable in my opinion. I have joined the studio for around 6 months and enjoyed their board spectrum of classes from yoga, aerial, crystal, sound bath, full moon ritual, etc. All the instructors are very nice, welcoming and patient. It is the go-to place for me to relax my mind and body in the hectic world.

What started as a curiosity to aerial yoga turned into a safe place that I loved! I came here to try out aerial yoga on the hammock and it was much better than my class at another studio because it wasn’t just showing how to do a move but to understand how your body works! I then tried out the vinyasa classes and it really got me more in-tuned with myself. They also offer stand up paddle yoga which was such a rare and fun experience!! This studio had it allll for me! They even have a bead bar and crystal room and with the membership package that I purchased, I got crystals that catered to my needs. I loved that this studio cares about their members and really want to give them a great experience not only physically but more so mentally!

My 10 year-old daughter absolutely adores her aerial yoga classes here! From the very first session, she felt welcomed and supported. The instructors have such a beautiful way of connecting with the kids they make her feel seen, confident, and capable.

It’s been incredible watching her grow stronger, more graceful, and more self assured each week. She’s learned to trust her body and express herself in such a fun, creative way.

What an amazing experience. I went to a group class with my girl gang and we had so much fun. Our instructor was Rose Quartz and she had such patience with us, cheered us on and helped us realize we're strong. I hate that I don't live closer, I'd join their membership in a heart beat. The studio has a gorgeous crystal room and gorgeous jewelry pieces for sale. Love, love this place. Can't wait to go back.

I started going here about 5 months ago, wanting to improve my life, not just health. Not going to go into the benefits of yoga aside from saying that I had been going to the gym for about 2 years with not too much improvement in my overall health.
So I searched for yoga studios and this one was unique, incorporating crystals, and had the highest rating by far. It was also only 2 minutes from my house so I had to try it.
This is what I found after 5 months of going here at least once or twice a week (sometimes 5 times).
- The owner, Kristen, is truly passionate about yoga and crystals. This is not just a way to make money for her. This has a huge impact into everything.
- She teaches classes and does healings and is amazing. But what blew me away is that everyone who works for her seems to be like that, they are all amazing, many of whom she has trained, but new teachers and healers keep coming in. I asked her once where she keeps finding these "gems," and she goes "they find me!" Wow. So, see above, her energy keeps manifesting these amazing people!
- The whole place is infused with the energy of the wonderful crystals she has there. I don't care if you think that's all hogwash and they are just fancy-looking rocks. Unless you actually experienced and experimented with crystals, your opinion doesn't count. LOL. The net effect is that every time I step into the studio I feel like I just stepped into a sacred space.
- In the 5 months, my mental, physical, and emotional well being has improved so much that when I look back I barely recognize my "former self." I am the lightest weight I have been in about 20 years but it's my overall health that has improved and that counts 100x more than the number on the scale. One could possibly say that this is due to the effects of yoga and it may very well be. But I would not have stuck around this long without this studio being what it is. I call it "my temple." Needless to say, I cancelled my gym membership pretty soon after starting here. Gyms are fine, but like many things we do in the West, they isolate one dimension and we are multi-dimensional beings.
So do yourself a favor and try this place. Thank you Kristen for creating this amazing space.

This studio is such a unique amazing place. They always finish off the class with a sound bath and include healing crystals through our practice. I love it so much I did my 200 YTT here in Spring. The trainings were easy and also helped me grow through challenging myself and going beyond my “limits”. So grateful to have came across this studio through a mutual friend.

Great place for yoga, with many great instructors! Some of the gems and such are a little overpriced, but if you look there are good deals to be found too!

Edit: my review was not meant to offend. I think the owners last sentence in their reply was quite rude and unnecessary. I will maintain my four stars however, because everyone else at the shop is lovely, and are not a reflection of this interaction.

Edit: dear owner, when someone gives an honest and respectful review, you don’t answer well you could go to the mall or Amazon. It’s low class. Why couldn’t you have recommended Angel’s Rocks and Fossils, which has amazing quality for great prices? Or Spirit Gardens, which has fantastic variety? I am very well aware of the prices certain things should be, as I am an avid collector. The best yoga studio in the Stafford and Sugarland area for your practice! They offer more than your typical yoga studios. From a variety of affordable yoga classes, to sound bath meditations, instructor training, full/new moon rituals and much more. They also have an amazing crystal boutique! This place has such a unique concept, crystals and yoga. My experience there in the past few months has been very pleasant. The vibe is so different from other "commercial" studios. At CrystalYoga" they really know their craft, they nurture, body, mind and spirit. The instructors are great, they take teaching with heart. Nashley is a powerful yogi, as well as a conscious Yin yoga instructor. She is amazing. This lady can stand on her toes upside down. Incredible and at the same time guide the practitioner at their own pace. Elena has the most powerful and heartfelt voice when doing sound bowl meditation... you can feel her connecting to other realms for sure. This is my favorite place in Houston for getting Crystals for my daughter, Yoga, & Meditation. I did the Sound Bath Meditation & the Power Flow Yoga with Denise & she was amazing! It was very soothing to listen to the sound bowls it really helped my mind & body feel so much at ease. I have been going to Crystal Yoga for a year now and it is a very special and magical place. I love that the studio is unique and offers sound bowl meditations, kundalini, SUP, yin, aerial, reiki, and more.

I loved it so much I started teaching there and am currently obtaining my 300 hour certification where I get to learn how to take my practice to the water and air. 😊 The owner Kristen is very dedicated to her staff and serving the community in the greater Houston region. The markets and events are so much fun!

I highly recommend the 200 hour Baptiste training - it is a great introduction to yoga and is structured really well. You can also take one of the workshops or get your 300 to expand your skill set. Aerial 1 was so much fun and I can’t wait to learn performance!

The studio is also a crystal boutique and my go to for crystals, jewelry and other healing tools.

*EDIT* While it is unfortunate that there are multiple reviews like this, this is my ONLY review and only MY experience. I came in person and you had a tourmaline bracelet in store that I wanted to purchase but it had to be altered because it was too small for me, I believe only one stone had to be added according to what your front desk receptionist communicated to me. At the time I was told it would be done by the weekend and it ended up taking weeks. I NEVER received any free items (or refunds) nor did I ask for it, because time and money was not my issue, but the lack of communication despite me trying to reach out multiple times. I was told TWICE someone would speak to me throughout the process and update me and that never happened. I came in and even left my contact info but I will never heard from anyone.

I haven’t been to this shop in a while bc my last experience wasn’t that great and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I ordered a bracelet from them a few months ago and was told it would take a few days, but it ended up taking a month, with me calling AND going in person 3-4 times in between either getting a vague answer or someone wasn’t even in the store during their stated business hours. I was told I’d receive some type of call or email back from someone about my bracelet but I never received any form of communication from anyone. At the end of it all, after a month, after I clearly expressed my annoyance with them, somehow my bracelet magically appeared and they said it was accidentally unlabeled this whole time.

I didn’t want to say anything initially because I work for a small business as well, but somehow this exact same thing happened to my friend and when she ordered her bracelet but they declined her request for a refund because they don’t do refunds. Things like that should be stated AT SALE for any custom order and it’s pretty unprofessional they don’t. AND you should not be falsely stating custom orders will be completed within “about 5-7 days” if that was never the case.

Very unfortunate that this group of New Age individuals is culturally appropriating the sacred and respected practice of yoga and mixing it with hokey, unproven, New Age mysticism, a fad that has no basis whatsoever in philosophy or culture. Edit: after being asked to come in and show the confirmation email, owner was unhelpful unapologetic and threatened to call the cops. She also intimates in her response that she asked me to come in so she could get our exchange on video. It's not nice to make threats in a response especially ones that are in fact illegal (see below). The video would reveal that I did not cuss the 60yr old woman (not really sure why her age is relevant, she's not even old enough to be my mom).
I trust that my membership money (the unrelated service fee) will be refunded now that I'm no longer welcome. I would also like the written part of your oral agreement to end my membership early like you promised.

Each months' membership was run as a single charge and not a recurring charge. You can not do that without permission each and every time you charge someone. Basically you ran an unauthorized charge to my card.

Original review: Terrible customer service. I signed up for a membership for classes but wanted to take a personal class first since I've never been to yoga before. I made an appointment through the app for 2 pm on a and got a confirmation email. That morning, A woman called me and asked me how I booked it, if I had ever been there before and wanted payment upfront. It was very off putting because that information should have been readily available to a business that uses a booking app. The payment upfront was not that big of a deal but since I was confirming the appointment at that time, it would have been less off-putting if I could have just paid prior to the session. I went in a little early to take care of that and received a phone call as I was pulling up, so I decided to walk in to have to conversation in person. The same woman asked me the same questions and then stated that the instructor Kristen I booked wasn't available on Fridays and that it wasn't possible to book without paying up front. When I booked the appointment, I picked "any instructor", I didn't pick any specific person. It was very frustrating to be told I couldn't do something when I clearly did it. I had to show her how I booked it on the app and she just kept repeating that I shouldn't have been able to book instead of offering solutions. I would have at the very least expected her to offer the opportunity to rebook at that time. Ideally, Kristen (the owner) would have called herself to explain the mixup on the app. The worst part was that the woman there was only just calling me 20 minutes prior to the appointment to tell me there was no appointment. Had I received a phone call from anyone trying to at least apologize for the mixup I would have given them a second chance because I know it wasn't their intention to let people book appointments when there is no availability.

These people do not know how to use their booking system. I booked an appointment, received a confirmation email, and even spoke to the person conducting the class on the phone.

When I showed up for the class, they said it had been cancelled -- but they never informed me of this beforehand. OK, fine, mistakes happen. But then they refused to refund my money!

What a bunch of absolute crooks. I cannot advise you strongly enough to stay away from this wicked business. (And they try nonstop to peddle you a bunch of a useless rocks that supposedly have magical powers. FFS... please.)

I was REALLY excited to try them. As I follow them
on IG and asked about what I needed to do to come in and I booked an appointment online to come in for a session and when I arrived, the lady in the lobby seemed lost that I was even there, she was really kind and helped me purchase some crystals and cbd so it wasn’t a complete waste of a trip... but I was really elated to try yoga again being that I am very stressed out right now. Anyway, the class was cancelled... which is fine but why didn’t I get a call or an email? I work in the customer service industry and I understand that sometimes people may make small things big, but truly this put a bad taste in my mouth for wanting so badly to try this place. I’m a mom who works from home and I have a new baby so I cannot just pop in on a Monday , I actually have to plan my life. FINALLY. Some Yoga in the Stafford TX area.

I began yoga at New Age back in late February/Early March my health lifestyle has changed for the best. It did and still does take time to get the poses correct but with the help, patience and understanding of the teachers I am improving every day.
The stretching and strength build up to my body’s core has helped me dramatically at work and working out. I also want to add the crystal therapy and mediation is also a must try to help restore that good energy and wash out the negative.
If you are second guessing, shy/embarrassed or nervous about trying yoga, don’t be. Everyone here is understanding and welcomes you with open arms.
