I love going to my Hatha class each week! It is truly refreshing and helps me take care of my tight and sore muscles (which seem to be a byproduct of aging😛). Angie (the instructor) is so gentle and kind and truly cares for her students and knows each of us by name and even family members by name. Angie knows her stuff and guides us well through each movement. This studio is a very warm and inviting atmosphere and, for this penny pincher, worth the weekly fee, no doubt. I encourage anyone who needs a place to refresh by slowing down, breathing deeply and stretching without necessarily the gym atmosphere, this may be the place for you to check out.

My first experience with yoga.Angie made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Continue to attend classes weekly and have become stronger, flexible and have better balance. In these trying Times I always come away calm and refreshed with Angie's positive Christian approach.
