I've been training with Drew for a couple of months now,
and I'm really enjoying the experience. My initial goal was to lose weight, but I've noticed significant gains in strength and balance as well as my clothing fitting much better. Drew is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and carefully tailors each program to my goals and abilities. I appreciate that he constantly explains why we are doing specific exercises, which
helps me stay motivated and understand the process. He's professional, responsive and genuinely cares about my well-being. Highly recommend. Just be prepared to work hard!
