My son James has been going to East 80 CrossFit for about two months. His initial reaction to me signing him up was hesitance and annoyance. Typical teenage response to most things. :-)
He now texts me and rushes me to get him there early for his warm up. He LOVES it! Rich is amazing with him and has boosted his confidence and his view on exercise and nutrition. The other guys that attend his class also have been wonderful to him.
I recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!
