EnRich Gymnastics & Dance Academy has truly become a second home for my daughter. She began dancing with EnRich at just 3 years old, and now at 10, it’s amazing to look back at how much she has grown—both as a dancer and a young person. The friendships she’s built and the supportive community around her have been such an important part of her life.

For the past four years, she is a proud member of the EnRich Dance Company, where she has been guided, challenged, and inspired by an incredible faculty. Jana Brown, Coach Marcus, Risa D’Souza, Ms. Melissa, Ms. Avery, Ms. Araiza, Mr. Clyde, and Ms. Nyah have each played a meaningful role in her development. Their dedication, passion, and belief in their dancers truly make a difference.

Thanks to their instruction and encouragement, she had the unforgettable opportunity to perform as a Dancer Against Cancer Icon at the Industry Dance Awards 2025 in Los Angeles, CA under the direction of JoJo Siwa. It was a milestone she will always cherish, and hopefully not the last.

The dance program EnRich provides has been instrumental for my now 14-year old daughter that started with recreational classes when she was only two. After the experience of early years attending classes in a positive environment she started competitions with the dance company later on. EnRich fosters opportunities and thanks to the continued support of its staff she was accepted to continue her training at HSPVA. Dance studios are big and overall ambiance is positive for youth that would like to start the program. I highly recommend it.

We came to open house for trial lesson and was about registering my daughter for gymnastics lesson today. The lady at the front desk was not showing any interest when I asked question and didn’t cooperate well enough to explain the details of the program. This place is 8 mins from my home but I guess I will just search for somewhere else who value people and demonstrates better human interaction.

I recently signed my two daughters up here at Enrich and I am 1000% satisfied and already in love with this place! My oldest is in the Phoenix group and she is over the moon happy with the class! Coach Rachel is absolutely incredible! She’s thorough with each girl in the class, she’s extremely knowledgeable and has a special touch when demonstrating and coaching the girls on their techniques! Coach Rachel is awesome!!! My youngest is in the Flamingo class with Coach Cadence! Let me say this, I’ve already been approached by Coach Cadence twice to inform me that my daughter is ready to advance to the next class but she refuses because of how amazing Coach Cadence is and only wants to be coached by her!! I just want to share my wonderful experience regarding my kid's birthday package at Erich. 1st- the staff was absolutely amazing! They approached me so nicely and listened to all the details on decorating - they did it ALL! They thought of every single detail. It was beyond my expectations. This was the first birthday party that I didn't have to stress, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. 2nd - the package was worth every penny! My kids said it was the best day of their life!

To the business owner, management, and the staff - THANK YOU! We will certainly be back next year, and you have certainly gained our loyalty as a customer in gymnastics and parties. As long as we live in Richmond - EnRich is our place to be!

This gym takes itself WAY too seriously. They will call, text, and email for payments on the first day of the month. They attempted to run one of my credit cards (I had to get a new one) 4 times in one day. The desk staff is not helpful or understanding. They money grub and you know they have to be making a ton of money to be harping parents like they do. I had all my kids enrolled at one point and they were bored, I paid a stupid amount of money to have my kids jump on a trampoline for an hour. The gymnastics teachers just seem like bored high school kids. The ONLY reason I still send one kiddo is because she is in dance and we already paid EXTRA for her recital, not included in the tuition. As soon as we are done, I am pulling her. They don't seem to realize that they are a "recreational" facility.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful gymnastics program Enrich has to offer. Not only all the amazing awards they’ve won in competitions but the work ethic and teachings they have for their gymnasts.

The friendliness of the staff and the multiple training areas have greatly contributed to a positive experience for my daughter, Caylee. Coach Rachel, in particular, has been phenomenal in her approach with the Swans group. Her professionalism and dedication in teaching each lesson really shine through, and it's evident that she brings out the best in all the gymnasts, regardless of age or skill level.

I also wanted to mention how great it is to have the option of booking 1-on-1 sessions for those looking to further enhance their child skills. This kind of personalized attention can make a significant difference for young athletes aspiring to get into gymnastics.

Horrible customer service. Back in October I sent an email asking for information about classes for my boy, the explained it to me. Since they told that they don't have a free trail I decided to go check the installations before paying for the trail, they told me that I can stop by to check it out. When I arrived in the afternoon, there was a young guy at the front desk and he was nice, but the lady sitting next to him was very rude and before explaining anything she told me that they where closed. I didn't know because nobody told me. When I sent the emails I told them that I live far and they didn't say anything about the hours. I don't like to do this bad review but that lady at the front was very rude and abrasive. I was not happy and left. If that's their initial service, how are the classes? I decided to enroll my son in another place, he goes twice a week and he is happy.

Coaches are amazing, but office staff has been RUDE since after enrollment. Our first day we had to fend for ourselves. No welcoming or basic instructions on how it works. They never smile or approach the customer with a nice attitude. If it wasn’t for the coaches I wouldn’t come back.

I had both my daughters in after school gymnastics here. They were in the Flamingoes and Cockatoos. Coach Agnes is great. If you can enroll with Coach Agnes or get on her waiting list it’s worth it. She teaches them skills and when they do not participate she will have them do a makeup class.

My other daughter’s class would stretch for 15 minutes, move onto a different station and stretch for another 15 minutes or sit and wait. Several times I would have to ask the front staff when the actual lessons would begin and they would have the same response that the coaches are trained and will begin shortly. Classes are about 50 minutes long so you pay for about 15-20 minutes of actual gymnastics activities (not lessons). My daughter never had the same coach for longer than 4 weeks. Every new coach would waste valuable teaching time.

When you take a makeup class you have to be a current student. That makes it difficult bc there are few open spots during the week to take them. When you cancel your membership you are no longer allowed to make up any classes that you have accumulated.

Highly suggest going elsewhere for gymnastics (for the younger ages <8). I do not know about the older gymnastics classes.

The other coaches I have no idea, we 3yo tried a gymnastics class last week and liked it but what a mistake it was to enroll her, se people shouldn’t work with little kids that’s all I can say, no empathy at all, even with the student crying she was just awful never again.

We loved Enrich when we first started going. My daughter progressed fairly quickly but every time she's been close to advancing out of her class a bunch of new kids would come, or we would get a new teacher, and the teaching would regress back to the very basics. I put her in tumbling 1, with the intent that she would start getting her back handspring quickly. She's been in gymnastics since she was 18 mos old. Here we are a year later and STILL in tumbling 1. Evaluations are not regular, she hasn't had 1 for 9 months. They were doing them a month or 2 ago and her teacher was out that day and she never got it. Frustrated is an understatement for how I'm feeling. I wanted her to be on a competitive team in a couple years, but I don't know how to get her there in our current situation. I know there's potential bc their competitive teams are amazing but I wish they would spend time with each kid individually bc she could and SHOULD have been advanced by now if given the right attention but I am not sure if some of the level 1 coaches have even tumbled beyond a cartwheel before. If you are enrolling your kid for fun then this gym is perfect, but if you are hoping they will be on a competitive level eventually, I'm really not sure if this is where you go.

Such a shame they cudnt find any slot for my kid - anytime between 5 and 7pm, not once even after trying for over 4 months. All this while I ended up paying monthly fee of ~$100 without attending a SINGLE class. They didn't find a bit of heart while collecting fee. Even as of now, I have a request for a desired time sitting in pending approval for over 2 weeks.

Enrich is the best! My toddler was anxious to take her first dance class. The teacher helped her to feel at ease and did not push her to participate. Throughout the class, the teacher kept checking on my daughter and asked her to either help out or if she wanted to participate. Months later, my daughter absolutely loves her class and teacher. The entire staff has always been so kind and attentive.

I am very disspointed in this place. My husband and I kept our payments going through the hard times with covid and decided that we would take our daughter out until we felt comfortable with her coming back. I was under the impression we would have credits. Apparently they expired and didn't notify us by phone. They sent an "email" message. I only found out by calling them because I wanted to re-enroll my daughter. Then I asked if an exception could be made due to the cirmcumstances of the pandemic and the answer was no. This answer was given by a general staff member. So I called several times to get a member of management to give me an answer. That took about two weeks to a month, because I had to call several times. I am extremely dissastified and dissapointed because of the lack of concern for their customers. I finally recieved a call from one of the managers. She did seem caring but told me she had no authority and would need to speak with the owners. She apologized and said it the staffing issues are not great. Understandable. She told me they could only take away the registration fee. She told me that she would reach out to the owners and get back with me.
So she reached back out to me and told me that they said its nothing they can do and that they could only waive the registration fee.
This establishment took my money freely and I honestly should have stopped the payments, but I didn't want to see a business fail during difficult times. This is a lesson learned. I will never make that mistake again.

I signed my son up for MWF 12-3 camp and my mom also signed my nephew up. My son is 4 and hasn't been away from me because I stay home with him. I was informed today that one of your employees was overheard talking about my 4 year old son with another parent. How unprofessional of your employee and sad that an adult could sit there and treat my son differently than the other kids. My son was so excited for summer camp and was in tears on Friday wanting to go home, now I see why. They treated us so bad and made it very clear they didn't want my son back this week. So I want my money back. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Hire new employees

I have 4 children signed up for classes. The verity of classes and all instructors and staff are great! My only issue is with the missed/make up classes; with 4 kids there had been a few mix up when it comes to how many miss classes they have and are not equal to the Make up's issued. (I have now had this issues with the makeup classes resolved and would like to applaud Enrich on their customer service!)

Excellent dance studio! My daughter has been dancing for almost four years here and has absolutely loved it. It’s been so fun to watch her learn and grow as a dancer, and more importantly for her increase her love of dance. We had scheduled a free demo class for my 4 year old and when we arrived, they started insisting on a stupid face mask even when I mentioned I had a medical exemption. The lady at the front desk asked if I had a note but I said she was violating HIPAA by asking what is my medical condition. They said I could not watch my daughter even from a distance. Very little instruction for my six and eight-year-old daughter I repeatedly asked for occasional hands-on illustration to learn beginning gymnastic moves. the teacher verbalized the moves illustrated them And then they were on their own it was not sufficient they promise to do better and did not. I tried four other gyms after that. all the other gyms I tried were much much better! Iron cross had Far more instruction and teaching and a lot of help for beginners.

Very disappointed that I waited 2 weeks to trial my daughter for a class, then after trialing they didn’t have space for my child to enroll in the class. Seems like very poor planning and organization. Also the Cockatoo class needs extra supervision. The kids were all over the equipment with only 1 teacher to watch. I hope no one’s child gets hurt.

My kids (4yo boy and 2yo girl) have been in gymnastics here for over a year and a half and we all love it. We have a ton of fun in the mommy and me class with the little one, and the older kids are grouped by age/skill. All of the coaches are amazing. My husband and I both took gymnastics through college, so when our children (4 & 7) mentioned they wanted to take a class, we did our research and tried a few places. EnRich really impresses us with their fun, professional coaches. They engage with the children and are so encouraging. Mine are just beginners and having fun, but I always notice the older kids classes are very advanced and technique driven. On top of that, their customer service is great. My daughter loved this place. She went to a ballet classes in another school and she suddenly refused to go. After a few moths later I found d this Enrich Gymnastics and dance, and it was the best for my daughter. She was waiting for her classes inpatient every week and every class she was happy and super excited with a big smile. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have brought my 4 year old and 2 year old here for close to a year now to do gymnastics. It's the first thing they do on a Monday morning and they love it. The facility is clean and neat, the reception staff is helpful and accommodating, but best of all the coaches are fantastic!!! We love Coach Tiffany and Coach Ben. My kids can't wait to see them each week. They are so relaxed with the kids yet they have greatly helped them to improve their skills. We do Mommy & Me with 2 year old (and baby too) with Coach Tiffany (so accommodating!) and a preschool class with Coach Ben. We have also worked with a few other coaches on the odd occasion like Matthew, Gabi and Amanda and we have loved them too. Such a great place with wonderful staff members. We love Ms. Melissa!! The sweetest preschool/ toddler ballet teacher. Ever. So patient with the little ones , always smiling. Worked with my super shy 4 year old. I also did my daughter's birthday party here and it was perfect! All I had to do was set the table up, the coaches did the rest! Kept the kids happy and busy the whole time. Kept the attention on the birthday girl too. My daughter even got a little gift from the front desk! I was very happy with the party, will definitely do it again. 😊

worse experience of my life, i cannot stand liars, they wasted my children time for 1 year of course with my money, responsible parent do not go through my experience, we all need our children to do some extra curriculum activities, for that prize and do not get nothing to show for years, it look like a very expensive day care, what message do they send to those kids with their unshaped gym and dance coach, its OK not to be in shape and you still can be your best, that is pathetic, after a year of waiting to see something i got enough , i just want other hard working responsible parents to know what their signing for. by the way watch for your bank account they will abuse it , i am a victim

We bought a Groupon voucher for this gym with friends and we booked an appointment to come to class today at 4:30pm. They said no problem. When we got there, they had us fill out an info form then briefly brought us into the gym to watch the classes in progress. The guide didn't sound very confident or professional. Then he brought us back outside and told us they don't have spots available today. Then why the hell did they tell us to come today?! They said we CANNOT do the registration before actual class starts, we have to come on a separate day to complete the registration - which is merely entering our info into the computer. They didn't even look at our voucher or ID or anything, they could've completed registration over the phone! That was a complete waste of time and non sense. After that it took them about 30 minutes to look up their schedule to find a time that could accommodate our kids to all come at the same day and time. Really? 30 minutes? In those 30 minutes I over heard one coach said she let one extra kid enroll in her team even though her team is full and she needed to consult the owner - which she said she didn't. That kind of compromises the quality of instruction for the other kids in the team, and also makes me wonder the integrity of the staff there. Well we can't back out from the voucher, and haven't really had a class there yet, but not impressed so far. Will update once we've actually tried it out. At least next time we won't have to deal with front desk.

We love enrich gymnastics. My 5 year old daughter started here in the recreational gymnastics class. She loved it so much she asked if she could start a second tumbling class to get better. She has done so well and I believe that is greatly due to the teacher to student ratio here. Each child gets individual time with the coaches which helps so much. You can do a trial of any class your child is interested in!

I have visited the gym several times. It is very clean and the staff is always friendly.
(I tested the tramp track and even jumped in the foam pit.) ;) This is an awesome place to bring youngsters to get their much needed exercise and to make new friends. Coach Matthew works with the smaller kids and they have a blast! I recommend this gym!

I started dancing at Jana Brown's Centerstage in Sugar Land when it was just one big studio and one little studio. I had the privilege of getting to dance half a year in the brand new studio. There is lots of space, more studios, more than 2 bathrooms, and a filtered water fountain! I wish I had gotten to be in the new building longer to have utilized the gymnastics aspect because I already graduated! Mrs. Jana and Ms. Risa are a big inspiration for me and are the best teachers!! I wouldn't be where I am today, following my dreams, if it wasn't for this place!

We have been with Jana Brown for many years. We followed them to this amazing new place! EnRich is a wonderland for parents and kids! my name is Kat my husband Malik and i are both dance instructors. we were referred to sub the hip hop class this last week by Risa. I've worked at a lot of dance studios and asked by gymnastics gyms to teach the gymnasts basic dance skills and the issues i run into with both is that kids want to do both well hello finally someone put them together! genius! the building is stand alone new and extremely clean there are snacks and apparel available and at the front desk and a filtered water bottle fill instead of water fountain ( i like that ). the viewing windows are large enough and have plenty of seating. computers for the children to work on homework and or entertain themselves. the parents and children were friendly with each other and the environment was uplifting. and the were mixed cultures hispanic american african american again american you name is and special needs a great dynamic making everyone welcome. i hope to be there again soon!

My daughter is 12 and she has been dancing with Jana since she was two years old from the original Jana Brown Centerstage to the new facility at Enrich Gymnastics and Dance Academy. Our drive to the studio has changed from 5 min to 20-30 min but we didn't move to a different place that is closer as we would not know where to find a place that offers the same experience. I LOVE Enrich Gymnastics! My kids not only take classes there, but they also go to every PNO, PDO, and any other event they have. My boys sometimes have separation anxiety, but Madeline King or "coach Maddy" can always cheer them up within minutes. She is so sweet and they both just love her. My youngest sons coach, Coach Bennett, is also wonderful. He is fantastic with the kids and it's obvious he loves his job. He went above and beyond even when he had a broken leg. My eight year old is enrolled in a tumbling class and can't wait to come back each week. My four year old is in the "butterfly" dance class and loves it!
