The gym has great equipment, but is always crowded. They did something to AC and now it's sticky and humid every time you walk into the gym. I know there were complaints of it being to cold, but they have taken it to the extreme in the opposite direction now. When you talk to management they say they aren't able to do anything because HVAC locked the controls.

I’m in Dallas for a few months and missing my home gym. I came to EŌS on the recommendation of locals. The gym is amazing! Whether I’m up early at 4 am, have a break midafternoon to fit in a workout, or come at the end of the day there is always room on the equipment to check all the boxes for a great routine. The equipment is well maintained and the environment clean and tidy. Staff is helpful and engaging regardless what time you come in. Love this place!

I have had multiple gym memberships in the past, but this one is by far my favorite. The gym is very welcoming, I personally don’t feel that usual gym “judge” here. There are a lot of free weights and machines, as well as a good amount of turf to do different exercises. Even when I come at busy times, I usually don’t have to wait for a station/machine to open up. On top of that, the staff is amazing. They are always welcoming people in and out. Speaking of the staff, I recently blacked out at the gym here and the staff knew exactly what to do, helped me by getting water and even following up by phone to check on me personally. So, while I don’t recommend passing out, but if you do, this is the place to be!

This gym has solid equipment and amenities with the price I pay but sadly this gym has turned upside down due to the new members that come here. This specific EOS was good in the beginning because there was actually people who trained and not just some crap. It’s way too crowded for it to be enjoyable. It’d almost turning into Fitness connection. Also for the members who strictly just use the massage chairs and not even workout and just sleep on the massage chairs without even using it for what it’s meant for. You’re pathetic and terrible go pump some iron and not be lazy bones. Nothing the gym staff can do. It’s just sadly the inflation of the wrong crowd coming here.

Went looking for a new gym and got more than what I was expecting. Started off a little rocky with the signing of contracts for personal training and wanting to upgrade but for all of the amenities it’s worth the aggravation so far. Looking forward to the cold plunge bath and infrared sauna. Yoga was spot on and can’t wait to try the bio scan equipment suited to your body for a tailored workout. Love the movie theater while I get my cardio in.

I registered for a 7 day pass online, and really hoped to join here. When I came to redeem my pass, the salesman Josh was incredibly rude and impatient, and would not allow me to look at the facility because I don’t have a Texas ID (although I’ve lived here for over a year and have a dozen proof of residencies).

I’ve been going to this gym since it opened and have had nothing but good experiences until now. Now, I no longer feel safe and supported by this gym and will not be returning. I had my bag stolen from the locker room Sunday night and filed a police report. Although on the website it claims that the management can provide surveillance footage to help me figure out who stole my stuff, the manager did not help me at all. I had talked to multiple employees both last night and this Monday morning and they all said the manager has to unlock the camera footage, but upon asking him and calling his number directly, I was answered with very rude and short responses and he did not provide me with any information on how to help. It seemed like I was being dismissed and they did not provide me with any contact information for anyone that could assist me. According to the offer and detective that are assigned to my case, apparently Samuel does not cooperate with police and they have dealt with multiple instances of theft where the manager does not want to help the customers. To me, it seems like they are trying to protect the thieves and do not really care about their customers. This place made me love coming to the gym and was a great escape for me after losing my job a month ago. But now, I do not feel supported by the staff here and will be joining another gym. I am so beyond disappointed and devastated in how this was handled. Just wanted to warn people that there has been a lot of theft here (officer said at least one a week recently) so you never know if your stuff will be taken next.

This gym seemed great at first. They set the massage chairs to falsely advertise 30mins of massage time when the chairs are actually set for like 10mins. The hot plunge water is slimey and green with a thick layer of foam
at the top. Trainers are rude and damn near harass you to train with them. I repeatedly received notifications for personal training session appointments that I never scheduled & the crazy part is that these appointments were scheduled for the times that I normally workout. Without my consent. The employees lack basic comprehension/ communication skills. Its almost like they have a sense of grandeur being as they work for a "higher quality" gym, but that cold, unwelcoming, ARROGANT attitude should be received at Planet Fitness for $10. Seriously these employees need a training session on customer service. Mia is the only person who had outstanding customer service throughout this whole experience. Maybe we should have Mia do a group training session. I usually try to be as kind as possible and not cause issues but my card was charged $190 for 1 month for no reason.This incident has caused me to be late paying my rent as a single mother and I'm facing late fees now. I called to let them know ahead of time that I needed this money back in my account by the 1st and they did absolutely nothing. Didn't care. Just said it's going to take 3-5 business days. I'm extremely sad that a gym with so much potential lost me due to the horrific customer service. Apparently corporate and managers for this location are all aware of my situation and not a single person has extended a apology, a call back, or initiated any type of communication regarding this matter. I've literally had to call to receive updates myself everytime...the embarrassment and stress this has caused is not worth the price at all. I've never felt so humiliated at a gym in my life.

I had a fantastic experience at this gym, and a big part of that was thanks to my personal trainer, Anthony. He was incredibly supportive and motivating. He consistently pushed me to challenge myself and become better.
Anthony was always focused and genuinely invested in my progress. He tailored every session to my goals, corrected my form when needed, and made sure I understood why we were doing what we were doing. I didn’t just get stronger, I learned so much about training, technique, and staying consistent.
If you're looking for someone who will keep you accountable, push you in the right way, and actually care about your growth, I highly recommend working with Anthony. The gym itself was great, but having him as a trainer took the whole experience to another level.

Too bad the staff is atrocious. The person that checked me in for the free week pass acted as if I was a huge bother. Sorry you had to stop staring into space for five seconds to type in my phone number. When I approached the counter with a protein shake to purchase, the front desk space cadet sighed loudly before ringing me up. I inquired about a membership, and he stared blankly at me until another person stepped in and told me, “Yeah, they’re all busy. You’ll have to wait. You can go work out or something.” I asked how long; ten minutes, no biggie. However, she and the space cadet just walked off and resumed staring into the void. No one even told me where to wait or went to tell whoever handles memberships that someone wanted to sign up for one. When I asked if there was somewhere specific I should wait, I received another annoyed reply that made it clear I should really stop asking questions and let the staff go back to gossiping and admiring the ceiling tiles.

I drove to Fitness Connection down the road and was greeted warmly by the staff who promptly and POLITELY helped me sign up for a membership.

Guess EōS Fitness blew all their money on great facilities and saved absolutely nothing to pay staff enough to pretend to care about customers and their job.

EoS Fitness is a fantastic facility — clean, well-equipped, and with a great range of machines and weights. It’s one of the best gyms in the area for people who actually want to focus on training.

That said, the growing trend of people setting up tripods to film themselves is getting out of hand. Lately, it feels like navigating an obstacle course just to get from one machine to another. Tripods are blocking walkways, taking up space in high-traffic areas, and honestly creating a safety hazard — I’ve already seen people trip over them.

I get that social media is part of the fitness world now, but when filming starts interfering with others’ workouts and making the gym less safe, it’s a problem. I’d love to see EOS put some reasonable guidelines in place so everyone — whether they’re here for reps or for reels — can enjoy the space without getting in each other’s way.

Purchased stretching session suppose to be $260 every couple of weeks for 4 months that equals to $2080 while contract says 2340 when asked they said we don't overcharge the billing is through third party we don't handle that which that is 8 times payment which is right but $260 that they charge at the club and they say it's for ur first couple of weeks is steal, CONTRACT DOESNT TERMINATE ITSELF KEEP THAT IN MIND U WILL BE CHARGED TILL U GIVE 30 DAYS NOTICE, while the stretching session is already finalized after 30 days notice you cannot terminate your membership till u finished ur sessions which is another month of membership charge, another steal, btw stretching department has nothing to do with membership so they cannot help you as well as front desk who suppose to help still they have no idea,BE AWARE before purchasing extra service they provide, since I haven't terminate mine I don't know if the 30 days notice is actually what they say it is

Absolutely LOVE this gym (this location specifically). Its always clean and the staff is very friendly. I have had numerous positive interactions with Samuel as he is always willing to help or answer questions. The culture seems positive and easy going for all fitness levels.

From jump the energy was cold and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, no enthusiasm just a rushed handoff that made me feel like I was interrupting their day. No one offered to give me a tour. Moe was nice enough to ask if anyone scheduled one with me but as a new member front desk should’ve asked as I was checking in for the first time. I guess you get what you pay for. To be fair the facility and the equipment is nice and up to date. This gym is probably best for someone under 30, not for me.

I am deeply disappointed. I was led to believe in a 4-month personal trainer plan, which I signed based on the information given to me. On the very first session, the personal trainer hired by the gym canceled on me via SMS. As a result, I canceled the plan 3 days after signing—exactly as I was told I could.
Now they are trying to force me to continue, claiming the cancellation should have been within 3 days after the start of the contract, which makes no sense. How can I know if I’ll adapt to the service without even starting it? This is dishonest. They say one thing at the time of sale and later use contradictory arguments to trap customers into a contract.

I have proof of everything and will pursue my legal rights. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values transparency, respect for the customer, and commitment to what is promised.

Joey the fitness consultant was excellent. This was my first time to this location, I typically
Go to the location in Euless. My wife had an issue with her membership which is through the silver sneakers program- we got it resolved and Joey let us know that a black card would be in our best interest given our desire to use the infrared sauna and cold plunge pool. We had an excellent first visit and will be back.

The gym is pretty nice and so are amenities but the gym is always extremely busy. It can be difficult to get the machines you want.

they also take a very long time to get machines fixed when they break. One of the Smith machines has been broken for what seems to be an entire month now. It’s upsetting because the popular machines tend to get broken and never fixed.

I have been working out at this facility basically since they opened the doors and I enjoy it truly. They have a ton of equipment choices and the atmosphere is pretty good as well. The staff is welcoming and engaging with everyone no matter they're fitness level. I would tell anyone who's looking for a gym to give this one a shot and you may call it your gym home.
