I had a bad experience with an employee named Jesse on October 24 2025, who seems to be a constant issue after talking with other patrons. I was having a consultation for a possible membership and the guy was simply rude and tried to shorten my free trial without reason. Luckily the Operations Manager at the West Lake Houston location named Megan saved the day with her professionalism and swift action. She addressed the issue directly and even extended my free trial. She deserves to get a raise, time off, and/or a promotion because she understands common courtesy and made sure that the EōS name wasn’t aligned with my initial experience, so shout out to her!

I visited the gym as a guest on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 17920 W Lake Houston Pkwy. I returned the next day Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at approximately 7:30pm with a 7-day gym pass. Im not familiar with the restrictions on the 7-day pass, but the General Manager Lamar, told me I could not use it, because I had to live within an 7 mile radius. Even though I received an email with the pass for this location in Atascosita.

I told him I wanted the pass to continue checking out the gym. Lamar's response was weren't you here yesterday? "what else there is to see? It is all the same. As clear as water."

I had a very negative impact with General Manager Lamar. He did not validate the pass and charge me $20 for a day pass. I also felt discriminated since I was wearing my police uniform and that's how he remembered me. I guess EOS does not value or appreciate law enforcement. I was there two sign up myself and my wife.

Opening a modern gym is the easy part; keeping it clean is the hard part. Keeping electronic weight machines, and men's sauna in working condition is the hard part. Please repair the broken equipment; it has been weeks since the men's sauna has been operational.

Started out good, but a month in and things are on the decline. Paper towels and empty bottles littering the gym floor, and between gym bags and influencer tripods everywhere, makes it for an obstacle course. Video taping should not be allowed due to privacy concerns, period. Also, kids hogging the equipment watching ticktock videos and some members working out shirtless like it's a prison yard. Plenty of staff walking around, but things go unnoticed.

The billing system sucks. I just don’t trust this company w/ my cc information. Also I canceled my EōS membership after seeing how they handled the recent incident involving a woman whose membership was revoked for speaking up about safety concerns. Multiple women complained, and their voices were ignored. I can’t support a company that treats women this way.

Texas suzed gym. It's packed in the week-end and that says it all. There is no wait for the equipment because of the scale (big even for Texas). Thet have very nice amenitues like sauna in the lockers, cryo room and recovery room and they offer a lot of personal training sessions and classes. Open 24 hours, very clean and safe.
Want to mention Adrian, he's a personal trainer that did my onboarding (initial personal training saession, included for new joiners) he very knowlgeable and pro.

I only recently joined not to long ago, as I am someone that likes to explore what other gyms have to offer. The variety of machines and other equipment are undeniably vast, perfect for someone who likes to experiment with different variations for hitting compound or isolation movements. Environmentally speaking, this gym is extremely clean and well kept, along with having an atmosphere of experience and respect that comes off naturally off of other patrons who frequent here. A bonus for me, personally, was the outdoor area, while miniscule, was a nice extension of the gym, providing a change in scenery, complimenting the need for a tiny hint of exploration and atmosphere. Aside from all the pros, the only major con is the pushy lengths the trainers and fitness managers will go to to get you to sign up for personal training services. While I understand the endeavor to get clients to up your pay, the tactics seem borderline excessive. This could make anyone who walks in to the gym, especially those who want to go their own way, rather uncomfortable, dare I say, even moderately bothered. However, from my experience, this has been the only gym that has been meticulous in the sales methods. Other than that, I say this gym is a step up from other gyms, providing a place of comfort and strong urge to keep improving and learning. If you want a gym with a greater variety, cleanliness and superb motivation, you'll find that here. A solid 4/5 for sure.

Im not having a great experience with this gym at the moment, I'm getting charged for a service I already canceled and I went and talk to the manager prior to the one they have now and he confirmed that personal trainer was cancel I went 2 times cause I was receiving calls from the trainers to squedule... I submitted a ticket.. with the new manager for them to send me a refund

⚠️ Beware of this gym before signing any contracts!
Please make sure you carefully read the contract before signing up for any personal training sessions. I’ve gone twice in person to cancel my coaching membership, and both times I was told it was taken care of — yet I’m still being charged. It was supposed to be cancelled since August

I had a personal issue that required me to cancel, and despite explaining my situation, I’ve received no real help. When I spoke with Monica, who claimed to be the billing manager, she was extremely rude and dismissive.

On my second visit, I met with Chasley Walker, who kindly sent an email for my cancellation while I was sitting right there in his office, so I know it was done. It’s frustrating and unfair that I’m still being charged for something I’m not even using.

This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope management addresses how cancellations and billing are handled — because no one deserves to go through this kind of hassle.

Very nice gym and very clean. 2 complaints. The amount of damn crocs and sandles in the gym is crazy! That’s pretty much asking to drop a damn free weight on your foot or toe. This is the only gym I’ve been to that doesn’t have a closed shoe policy and that probably should be fixed from a safety standpoint. I work out and night that the guy who works late has terrible customer service. I get that it’s night time and you might be a little grumpy but when I ask for assistance and you act like bothering you then you might need to find another line of work to be in if you don’t like helping customers.

My daughter is way too nice to leave a negative review but I'm not. My Daughter has been going to this gym with her boyfriend as a guest she doesn't have her own membership, she was told about a National Guest day promotion where should could have a free trial of her own. She sat down with A salesman and he pressured her into a 2 week membership even though my daughter was under the impression of a free trial. She goes into trying to cancel her trial and come to find out they're charging her $97 to cancel a FREE TRIAL? She goes in the next day that very Angel told her in a very arrogant tone that he was "very clear" and not sure why my kid "didn't understand". Whatever you do don't accept any promotion s with this gym they are very money hungry and make it impossible to cancel. HORRIBLE SALESMAN

Lets update again 10/22 after 10pm and loud music in open air section. Dang dont yall get it WE HAVE CHILDREN THAT GO TO SCHOOL! Next calls are to police noise pollution! Another night more loud music right out the employee door. Do Not Understand why the manager doesnt address the problem! 3rd update new month. Calling the police if they dont do something about whatever is taking place in their parking lot every night after 10pm. We have children who are being woken up every night! Called and employee actually did something. Still calling Humble PD tomorrow to hopefully make quiet after 11 and bs in parking lot to be ran off! It's a nice gym with a lot of good equipment to use but it can get really crowded and there are also a lot of trainers who don't work at Eos training their clients throughout the gym and somewhat reserving areas and putting stuff on several pieces of equipment to hold it for their clients doing circuit training and they say "we're still using this" when you approach them to use it or work in. I don't think independent trainers who don't work for Eos are allowed but it's getting out of control and I tried telling the front desk about it but they didn't seem to care I wish they would do something about it.

This place is a total rip off. Do not go to this gym, run away and fast. I signed up before the gym opened and canceled before the grand opening. They assured me that my membership was canceled. In checking my account, I noticed they had charged me several times. I then went to the gym where the customer service reps were rude. After she checked my account, she told me that my account was cancel however my "minor" child was not so they charged me for him. I said he is a minor and under my account, how can you do that? She told me that because he has a different phone number he is on his on "contract." I told her “he is a minor and cannot be bond to a contract.” I told her to give me a refund NOW. EoS has very sneaky and misleading practices so be careful. I encourage everyone to check your accounts to ensure you are not being over charged. If you canceled, check to make sure you have no transactions from them. Don't just look at the $9.99 per month. There also annual fees, plus additional fees, and fees to cancel. So, you really end up paying more. Also, if you signed up several people in your family and canceled the membership, you will need to check everyone’s phone number to make sure the account for them is canceled and yes this includes minors. RUN don't walk from this gym and do not give them your banking information. This gym is entirely too small and all workers stand at the front desk as if they have nothing else to do. I do not recommend this gym at all.

This is the worst EOS I have ever been too. I bought a day pass which was $20 so I could test out the gym and see if I liked it. I saw the BBL room online and was excited to try it. When I walked over to the room it was locked, talked to the front desk and they informed me it wasn’t included in the $20 day pass??? Nobody mentioned that to me when I was buying the pass. Big waste of money & horrible customer service. I was then told I could get a refund if I signed up for a membership. Don’t waste your time here.

Chasley is a liar and a thief and should be fired. Whatever you do, do NOT get the physical training membership. On September 5, I went up to the physical location with the goal of signing up for the $9.99 a month membership, however Chasley kept pressuring me into getting a personal trainer for $50 every two weeks. Before signing the contract It was told to me by Chasley, if I am not satisfied with the personal trainer or the personal training services, I can cancel at any time and get refunded! The day of my personal training session was horrible! The personal trainer sucked and gave me three crappy workouts that I could’ve did at home! It was said that a nutrition plan and a body scan came with the service, I didn’t even get a nutrition plan nor a body scan. That same day, I tried to cancel then the story changed. I couldn’t cancel unless I made eight full payments which is a total of $400 and there was not going to be a refund. Horrible gym.

They have pretty much everything you'd want in a gym other than pool. They have a lot of machines and free weights. I don't think you can beat it for the price.

It’s a beautiful gym and I do enjoy my workouts. The only con I have is the customer service. Some of the men that work there are EXTREMELY rude and very arrogant. I was having issues with scanning in my barcode to work the massage chair. Went to ask for help and found 2 guys talking amongst themselves. I stood there awkwardly waiting to ask for some help. Not one of them asked “how can i help you?” One of them even looked at me then continued on talking. I then had to ask someone else . Thankfully there was someone that was willing to help me. I guess they only give decent customer services to the people who are signing up🤷🏽‍♀️

This gym was actually a great place to work when it first opened. As time has passed the equipment maintenance has been neglected it should not take weeks and weeks to get the equipment back operational. There should be staff constantly checking the cleaning station to ensure equipment can be properly cleaned after use and my biggest issue is the sauna why is it taking so long to get it back up and operating normal I have to drive to another EOS to exercise because of all these issues at this one . The landscaping of this gym is horrible just cut the grass

Worst customer service ever. We came in to get a membership. We knew what we wanted. There was this guy at the front and he was helping a couple of people. When it was our turn we waitied for him to say something first because he was typing and we didn’t want to be rude but we never got a “I’ll be right with you.” After a few minutes he finally looked up and the first thing he said was “what do you want” We proceeded to inform him we wanted to get a membership and he just stared at us. He then asked us if he looked like a salesman. We were confused by the question and then he told us he wasn’t so why were we bothering him. So again we explained ourselves we knew what we wanted and we needed someone to help us. He said it wasnt him who was going to help us and there was no one to help us. Offer plenty of equipment. It can get real packed around 5p-7p but if you come outside of those hours you’ll have no problem getting a machine. Staff are friendly and helpful. So far so good. Love the vibration plate
