Please think twice before you sign up it’s not for the weak or the broke 🤣
I do like this gym I do. Unfortunately I do want to warn anyone who isn’t aware of how this gym works and their ways : do not let them pressure you into anything because they will do it and they are good at what they do , and the pressure is crazy . Stand your ground

It’s always packed , sometimes no machines available.

This gym offers a lot of nice amenities and some equipment that you would never use and for some it’s exciting because well there is equipment that you have never seen and Is available to you at this gym . There is a theatre room! You can watch a movie while working out it’s not a movie of your choice but something they choose for you to watch .

The gym is nice and always clean and staff are great well the few people that I’ve got to know anyway . , They offer plenty of coaching at a very expensive price of 300$ a monthly/weekly etc options not cheap. one session per week and there are other options like weekly and etc once you sign up for training you are locked in for 4 months it’s like a car lease you cannot cancel or get out of it ! I am stuck in my contract and just got through my first month ! I’ve paid about 400$ so far and have only made it to few training sessions I work two jobs and have stopped going to the gym all together due to not having time and let me tell you they will still keep charging you even if you don’t show up for your training. Which will equal to about 1200$ in 4 months and if you don’t want to pay anymore we’ll think again there’s no way of getting out and they will let you know this very clearly .

I really enjoy the steam sauna and the pool , I often went for a swim and it was very relaxing .

Yes the gym is reasonably priced but there pressure lots of it from the staff and the add ons anywhere from the stretch room charges, to the towels , and so on .
they will push you to sign up for this or that and then charges add up next thing you know you’re paying a car note monthly and you have no idea how it happened or how to get out .

FRAUD Alert ⚠️

I cancelled my membership in July 2023 in person and received verbal confirmation from the staff that everything was taken care of.

Today, 11/30/2025, I visited the gym as a guest using my friend’s membership card, and was confronted—very rudely—by the staff claiming that I still owed them three months of membership fees. I explained the situation and asked them to check their system. They told me they had no record of my cancellation. Absolutely unbelievable.

I then asked to speak with a supervisor, who was even worse. Instead of helping, he acted arrogantly and defended their broken system. When I asked him to show me the written policy that says they can charge three extra months after cancellation, he simply said: “What I said is the policy.” He refused to provide any written documents.

The same thing happened to my friend today when she cancelled her membership earlier this month, was told that “ everything is clear/ good to go” at the time. Today, when she confirmed with them again, they told her she must keep paying until March 2026, again without providing any written policy, and spoke to her in a very demanding, unprofessional manner.

WHY told us “everything is good to go”, while it is not?
WHY cannot show us the paper policy?
WHY no apologies from the staff but only arrogant attitude?

I had seen negative reviews about their cancellation process before, but never expected it to happen to me. Now I can confirm: this gym’s cancellation practice is deceptive, unprofessional, and feels like a scam.

Think twice before signing up. Customers deserve far better.

Stopped by to check out the gym. My bf had taken a tour at a different location over a year ago and Austen said we couldnt check out the facility or workout because "the 7 day pass is only for people who are interested in a membership" if thats the case why would I need to try the gym before purchasing a membership? THATS THE WHOLE POINT!

We are in town visiting for a few days and Bobby at the front desk was amazing. Super nice, funny, and welcoming.
Once we got into the gym to workout, I saw many other employees and coaches being very encouraging and kind. Im very impressed with how clean the place was and all the equipment was clearly cared for.

I’m 50 years old I go to the gym for my health, but these incidents Employees were going out there way to have conflict , I avoided the conflict like dodge balls and quickly decided it’s not worth it , OWNER OF THIS GYM YOUR EMPLOYEES HARASS WHO THEY DONT LIKE FOR NO REASON, I advise anyone with another Gym option to take it. That was my 1st time visiting that gym and it was 🔥🔥🔥🔥!!! The backyard was sooooo cool! I live in Dallas and have attended the new EOS in Plano off of 15th st. and I really like it (I'm a Crunch Fitness member myself) but that backyard really hit it out the park for me.

Nice center. But when signing up I was pressured to get a physical trainer, after several minutes of back and forth of me saying no, they finally convinced me. I never actually even attended a session and was getting charged because I was contracted, that's on me, I know. But when the contract was up, I was still being charged every 2 weeks for a service I never even used. I called and asked to cancel and they told me because I didn't cancel in person or over the phone they continued the service, fine. I canceled and was STILL charged again to finish off the monthly service which I wasn't told was going to happen. So now I'm trying to get a refund for the charges outside of the contracted period. Which is a whole extra process. Again, nice facility, I wouldn't have cancled my membership if it wasn't for the predatory sales tactics whch left a bad impression. 100's of dollars down the drain.

There are three locations within the same distance..20 minutes. TJ made the sign up experience easy & made us feel welcome. However, the only reason I continue to visit this particular location is because of Bobby. The energy he brings when you walk through the door, encouragement when you leave & high fives as he walks the floor is pure motivation. The overall gym experience is great with clean & working equipment. It does get super busy & crowded during lunch or 5-8pm, so weve adjusted our schedules accordingly.

Edit- 5 months later and nothing has changed except maybe the front area doesn’t smell as bad. I pay extra for movie room that works 60 percent of the time and it’s so hot in the room. Adding a pic of the screen that I’ve been staring at for 30 min and it was like this when I came in.

Been here for 5 months and visit at least 3-5 times per week. There’s a pool, fitness classes, coaches and recovery room available. Locker rooms are nice.

Pros: movie room (sometimes movie doesn’t restart, sound stops, or the lights are on), friendly staff, large fans to keep the gym cool, 24 hours

Cons: some outdated machines and weights, can get crowded, strong scent of bleach or cleaning solution at entryway,, no cleaning wipes station

They pulled the bait and switch on me during promotion. I was supposed to get first month for free during the January promotion. Signed up on 1/28 but they charged me first month bc the free month was January no matter when you sign up.

The EOS in NRH is ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I hope Euless will update to be more like NRH. If I hadn’t seen other options I would have given a 4 but there are better gyms out there.

Your staff needs training on civility and how to behave with customers. Today one older trainer comes to me and says would you like to learn more about fitness and sign up for free personal training sessions? I’m a teacher and barely have time to make it to the gym even on weekends so I said I’m ok thank you to which he replies “sure nice to see that you think you know more about fitness than anyone here at the gym” - wow what is his problem? EoS is my favorite gym of several memberships I have. I love the variety of equipment and the access to a sauna and hot tub at this location, as well as the patio weight benches. Helja and the other front desk staff are always super friendly with greetings as I come in any hour of the day!

I love this gym, is a bit far from where I live but it has so many different amenities for you to use. Sauna, pool, steam room, massage chairs, a theater room where you can do cardio. Is really nice and is open 24 hours. The price is very affordable and you can go to any gym they have. Also you can bring a friend with you all the time.

I showed up for my appointment at 1:30pm, as scheduled, and asked for Austin like the text confirmation instructed. Unfortunately, he was in a meeting. I waited about 10 minutes before asking if someone else could give me the tour so I could get started, but was told he was still unavailable.

This left a poor first impression. I value my time, and I also value businesses that honor their commitments. I’m not sure if Austin was even aware of our scheduled meeting or if there was a disconnect with whoever handled the scheduling texts.

I hope this improves going forward—otherwise, experiences like this could easily cost you potential members.

Equipment with seatbelts have buckles knotted in place

Fatphobic gyms are gross.
There are no diverse trainers that have experience with any bodies other than fit bodies.

The class "teachers" don't know any modifications for bodies less able than their own, and will make sure you feel ashamed and judged instead.

The selfie room is ABSURD when there's a 20 minute limit on the massage chair - a tool people who are: injured, disabled, chronically ill, and mentally ill really need for fitness and recovery.

No one needs a selfies room for fitness and recovery. It's just perpetuating the idea that the gym exists and is only intended to help people look good... But health? Nah. (This does the exact opposite of boosting self esteem and self worth).

Going to the gym isn't about what you look like, it's about taking care of yourself, and Eos only welcomes pretty, thin people to take care of themselves. If you don't fit the bill, you don't deserve a gym that works for you, correct?

My daughter – autistic, intellectual disability.
•   Her friend – physical and mental disabilities, requires a walker, relies on Social Security disability income.

What happened:
•   Both were pressured by staff at EōS Fitness in Euless, TX into signing memberships and personal training contracts they did not understand.
•   They were told it was “just to try out” and could be canceled in 3 days.
•   When they tried to cancel, staff said no one was available and later claimed they could not cancel.
•   They were charged:
•   ~$39/month for membership, plus
•   ~$88 every 2 weeks for personal training.
•   My daughter was charged for about 1 year, losing all her savings.
•   Her friend was charged for 2 full years, and her Social Security disability benefits were taken.
•   Both were scared, confused, and believed they would “get in trouble” if they didn’t pay.

Attempts to resolve:
•   I called the Euless club and spoke with “JT.” He was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me.
•   EOS corporate only refunded $300 to Kaleigh, but thousands were taken.
•   No full refund or accounting has ever been provided for either young woman.

Why this matters:
•   This is financial exploitation of vulnerable adults.
•   EOS Fitness knowingly took advantage of two young women with disabilities, including misuse of Social Security disability income.

What I am asking for:
•   A full refund of all money taken from both accounts.
•   A complete accounting of all charges and contracts from EOS and its billing company, ABC Fitness Solutions.
•   An investigation into EOS Fitness’s practices, as other customers have reported similar deceptive cancellation issues.

The fitness manager, John, who is also a personal trainer, tried to push me into an expensive monthly personal training program after my first visit with a free pass. When I declined, he became aggressive and confrontational. He even used personal details I had shared in what I thought was a trusting conversation during the workout to pressure me into believing I “needed” the program.

I understand selling a service, but there’s a line, and when someone says no, it should be respected. Instead, John relied on intimidation and guilt tactics, which made my experience very uncomfortable.

Thank you to Austen, another employee, who stepped in and handled the situation professionally. He apologized for John’s behavior/actions even though he shouldn’t have to be accountable for his manager’s actions as John stormed off.

If you’re considering this location, be aware that new members face high-pressure sales and an uncomfortable environment from management

About cinema fitness, Once it was completely full in there so I went to a treadmill on the floor, it was good too since you can download Audio App to listen to the TVs. I noticed the AC was way better out there. I've been to other cinema fitness and it's normally colder and more treadmills available in the cinema fitness area. I hope that can be fixed in there. Also the treadmills themselves seem quite worn, with the band feeling lumpy underneath my shoes. I know a lot of people frequent this spot , hopefully it's maintained so it stays a viable location.

Membership through my insurance. Love the cinema fitness area. Bathrooms are clean, haven't tried the showers. Pool area and sauna plus hotub. This gym has it all.

Please delete my data that has been collected without giving any service and stop with the false advertising of 7 day trial pass. Why do you even advertise if people can't even use it. I wanted to try out the gym before joining, but looks like they don't want any more members. First there was no one in front desk when I went then someone came giving me looks as if you are not welcome. Second they said that I had to sign up something on top of already signing up online to get a trial pass. Still fine, filled up the details in their physical device. Next, asked to wait in the corner couch. Ok I guess, 10 minutes goes by, 20 minutes goes by, 30 minute goes by. At that point I realized they don't want new members. Seems like they already have enough member and full. Then I walked out.

But why are you even advertising and giving away pass if you don't want any new folks. Please delete my data from your systems and never contact me using the info saved there. And please don't sell my data if you are not giving me any service.

I was looking forward to trying this place out but I was throughly disappointed. I informed the staff I had a 7 day pass upon arriving and they asked me “so why are you here?”. Aaron Lester was beyond offensive with his questions he asked as part of the “process” and they were honestly quite triggering. I told him I don’t feel comfortable answering and then he said you’re on your own to tour the place and left me. I left crying and humiliated. If this is their definition of customer service, I don’t want any part of it. I’m so glad they don’t have my payment information because no telling what they would do next.

I came to the gym as a guest and I ended up joining. I could not be happier. The sign up process was simple and easy. I also signed up for personal training. There were some hiccups with scheduling my trainer, but the staff matched me with Ash. She is positive, encouraging, supportive and a great trainer. I'm very happy with our weekly schedule, as she helps me on my health journey . Ash is an asset to this location. The rest of the staff is just as friendly and supportive. I had a 10:00am training session booked at EōS Fitness with trainer Ashley. Around 8:00am the same day, I received a text from her personal phone number introducing herself, confirming the time (“See you at the trainer’s desk at 10am”).

When I arrived at the gym, I told the front desk I had an appointment with Ashley. She was standing there but did not respond. The desk staff asked her directly, and she said she didn’t know anything about it. When they pointed out the booking and asked if she wanted to go ahead and train me, she said “no” in front of everyone.

This was our first interaction, yet she had a noticeably odd and cold attitude toward me. Even one of the customer service reps kept looking at her while he was on the phone, as if surprised by how she was acting. Later, I was told this might have been because I “didn’t confirm” her text — but the message was written as a confirmation, not a request for one, and I had already booked the session in advance. This was unprofessional and disappointing.

Just joined a few weeks ago after being offered a month of membership for 25 cents. Honestly love the gym itself so far -the movie room is cool, the classes are nice, and it's right by nice shopping and restaurants. However, nowhere in my contract nor the website link they sent me with the discount was I told that I would be roped into SIX MONTHS of a Will Power Membership. The contract I was sent (after I signed up, mind you) said I had signed up for a month-to-month membership.

I went to the gym this week and asked how I could downgrade to the middle or lowest tiers (Crush and Do) when my first membership fee hits my account. A guy that worked at the front desk said there was a $50 fee to downgrade any time in the first six months of my membership. I am frustrated and feel that I was tricked into predatory pricing. I received a phone call today from a manager, asking me if I wanted to schedule my welcome workout, and when I said that I wanted to downgrade, he repeated that there was a fee. I told him it wasn't in the contract, and he laughed and said, "Yeah, I guess it's not."

Beware of difficulty and misrepresentation - when attempting to cancel a membership. In June of last year - I froze the membership because I just wasn't getting to the gym. After the freeze period ended - 2 months - I realised that it wasn't working out and called to cancel. I was informed that I had to cancel in person so I went in and spoke to a front desk person. I requested cancellation, was assured that was carried out, and so thought that was that. Now, 10 months later I realised my credit card was still being debited. EOS Fitness (operating under a name ABC Fitness) have denied any kind of refund, and are saying they will charge me another month. I don't have any proof of cancellation, I trusted the word of the person I spoke with.... so don't make my mistake. Do not trust them, and get something in writing. I've visited the Club, spent considerable time in phone queues, and just got the run-around. Extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience.

UPDATE: I was asked to contact EOS about my experience (see below) and I did that 7/24. No reply.

A complete and total disaster, disgusting and filthy. The swimming pool area stinks and smells bad, the steam room stink with urine smell. The sauna , people getting in there with their shoes , their pants with their backpack with their headphones and with their phone, has anyone told them what is the sauna etiquette. The hot Jacuzzi is cold.. Will never ever go there. Similar issues has been described in previous reviews by other members, and seems nothing has been done to make it right.

I understand the hustle but at-least be good at it if you’re gonna attempt it. Sales training recommended.
Front desk has had rude attitude multiple times.
