My parents and I signed up for a membership this past week. Hannah was very helpful in giving us a tour and telling us about the different memberships that they have. She answered all of our questions promptly and professionally. We've been back to work out a couple of times and have really enjoyed the gym. It is massive and has TONS of equipment. Yes - a few of the machines are broken but I can't say as of yet how long it takes the gym to get them fixed. Having visited a few other Eos gyms around Houston, this location has more equipment and amenities than most of the others: pool, hot tub, sauna, boxing, theater cardio room, group fitness classes, separate workout area for social media influences, turf with 2 sleds, a wall ball station, tons of squat racks, recovery areas, etc. I selfishly wish it had an outdoor workout area for me to train Hyrox but maybe that will come sometime in the future. It really is the most comprehensive gym I've been to and I've been to quite a few gyms in the Houston area. Not to mention that almost all of their machines are either Nautilus or Hammer Strength. For the price point, you honestly can't beat it. We're very happy with our decision to join!

Used to love it, but it's gone down in every aspect since opening. I'd say 35% of all machines are perpetually broken, no one fixes them, and there are so many weights missing. The gym is extremely overcrowded, handles and equipment are littered all over the floor, and the full body scans, which I'm paying for monthly, are now put on a list, with a trainer set to "call me" when it's available. It's been 27 days. I used to be able to walk in and get a scan. The machines and dumbbells are always dirty and misplaced, and overall the quality of staff, guests, and the building and atmosphere has decreased dramatically. They also sway you into leaving a 5-star review to get a free t-shirt. Most of these reviews are totally ingenuine. They also just increased the price for everyone, and none of the staff seem to have any idea about it. Considering leaving and joining another gym, there's a few opening up nearby. Pretty disappointed with this, as are many, many mutual of mine.

Nice place for a gym. I’ve been coming hear for about a year now and I can’t say I’ve had any complaints. Staff is friendly, the other people are fairly nice/respectful and the locker rooms are usually kept up to standard. If you don’t mind price/commute, definitely a nice gym to go to. (Also got good recommendations/help from a nice guy named Ashton)

Just from my few experiences I would have to say I noticed that there were machines that have not been repaired & down, also The Loo restrooms are nasty and not checked often very disappointed... I did request for an upgraded membership (one pass black) I signed up to be canceled the same day 11/6, I changed my mind I didn't want it, but almost a week or so later 11/16/25 something in me said ask the team member if my one pass black was still active and they said it was....RIDICULOUS because I seen on the app that they were going to charge my card the $78.76...on 11/20...I was told today 11/19 that it was approved to be cancelled if so I'm expecting my refund of $1.08 (start up fee ) back to my card used & not charged the annual fee $78.76 or I will be contacting my credit card company for dispute. I was still in my 3 day refund / cancellation policy considering my request was still the same evening 11/6/25......EOS Management/Staff seems to be a lot of other issues such as communication etc....they don't all seem to be on the same page........

There is a gentleman who uses the gym as his track everyday. There is no way employees and Management have not seen him. He does it for hours and almost bumped into him many times he just keeps going People and myself have to stop for him constantly. I don't know why they allow this.
There are plenty of treadmills or run somewhere else.

There's only one heavy bag for thousands of people to use, what a joke! You can't get a moment on the bag even during the offest off hours. It's not uncommon for people to box for 45-90 minutes, leaving it totally impossible to get a spot.

Yesterday 11/11 I had an incident with a new manager there named Devon. I attempted to pay my membership in person due to a fraud issue I had with my card. When I presented the issue to Devon he proceeded to tell me I owed $64 instead of my regular $24.89. I understand there’s a late fee of $15 which would put my payment at $39 with tax. In my confusion Devon proceeded to go back and forth with me swearing I didn’t pay the previous month for October. Which is odd because I attended every day in October without an issue so how would that be so without payment? Knowing I paid for October I began to get upset because I’ve been a member here since the doors opened and never had this issue. Devon then stated things like, “you should’ve never been able to pass this desk without paying” “ you’re not going past this desk until you pay both months “ “there’s nothing I can do to help you either you pay it or don’t “. He claims that every monthly payment you make is for the previous month, which we all know to be false. Never once have I encountered such a resistant employee at this location. He offered me no solution, his attitude became arrogant and it seems the only issue was he had no clue what he was doing. After about 20 minutes of the back and forth I had to continually ask him for a contact number for customer service or someone at higher authority who can help. I’m very understanding of the fact that he just didn’t know but Devon didn’t leave it at that, he repeatedly accused me of not paying for October stating I “accumulated fees” and wasn’t willing to hear me out talking over me which I found to be unprofessional and offensive. After pulling teeth he gave me the phone number to “abc fitness billing” which also was a lie. He gave me a fake number that he made up to wipe his hands clean of my issue because again, he didn’t know what he was doing. After doing some digging I found the number myself. About 5 minutes passed and low and behold my issue was resolved. Customer service did wonders for me they took the time to problem solve, they properly de-escalated the situation, and they were very knowledgeable of the billing cycle policy (all traits you would think a “manager” would possess). I went back inside with the representative on the phone so that he can verbally tell Devon that in fact I paid for October and I only have a balance of $39, what he was actually seeing on his end was a combination of novembers payment plus the late fee plus (just as I thought) DECEMBERS payment. Devon, i thought you knew for CERTAIN I didn’t pay for October? I thought you knew for certain I should’ve never went past this desk since I was “late” on payments??? His story began to switch up unapologetically “well this is all I’m seeing on my end ,so I can’t do anything about that”. Him being limited on his end is something I could’ve respected, but his loud arrogance without any real knowledge is actually blatant ignorance that is completely unacceptable for his position. Moving forward I will be canceling my membership due to Devon’s carelessness and disrespect to my intelligence and competence to make monthly payments, after over a year of loyalty to Eos sugar land.

I’ve been a member of EOS Sugar Land for a while, and overall, I’d say the gym is just okay. The space is large, and there’s a good variety of free weights and machines, which I really like since I mostly use free weights. The other gym-goers are great, and it’s nice to be around people with similar goals.
But the gym definitely needs some love. A lot of the cable machines and other equipment are sticky and don’t run smoothly, and finding attachments is a nightmare – they’re scattered, damaged, and hard to find. The bathrooms and gym floors are always messy, weights are left everywhere, and the parking lot looks like it’s constantly littered. It wasn’t like this when the gym first opened, so it’s disappointing to see how much it’s gone downhill.
If EOS took better care of the place, it could be a great gym, but for now, it’s just okay.

Some machines out of order here and there. Tissue roll dispensers are out of order , stuck or empty which has a snowball effect. Loved 'A nightmare before Christmas' in the cinema room.

Place is great but careful when signing up make sure you ask about everything. When you cancel there might be a chance of paying annual fees but that was never mentioned to me at all. They refuse to compensate or refund. The manager doesn’t care about customers and is of no help.

ONLY AGREE IN PERSON!!! This is a very nice looking Gym, unfortunately the issue is the Membership and management. I signed on over the phone as they were opening soon and it was closer to my house. Never received a contract and was told it would not be activated until I came in and gave my phone # etc, take a picture. Lo & behold, I check my bank after a year, and they have been charging me for membership and gym fees, still no emails, no contract, and NO CALL BACKS OR CONTACT after multiple tried on the website, phone, text. I am out $400 and never stepped foot in the gym, because I moved before they opened. Since I never received any confirmations, I forgot about it. I take fault for not checking my bank monthly, but the lack of communication, follow up or resolution is horrible. I actually have another membership with Crunch, under the same ABCFitness umbrella, and still only thing they can help with is taking more money.
Again, the facility is great, but business management is HORRIBLE! Good luck.

I have been a member of EOS now for over a year and love the atmosphere . My home location is the one off Allen parkway but I love coming to the Sugarland location as well . Just today I had a terrible experience with the guy at the front desk named Ashton. As I scanned my barcode he yelled at me to come back , so I come back as I walked off thinking I needed to scan my barcode again. It was not for that , he claims it was for verification purposes. I asked him why would I need to verify he told me he couldn’t disclose the reason in a hasty way . But as I begin to question him further then he wanted to give the details and tried to accuse me of a falsified account . I am a LUX member who pays the highest amount every month there is no reason to falsify anything. I left until I can com back this upcoming week to talk to his boss. When I called back I had the pleasure to speak to the lovely lady Anna who helped with my needs. Ashton has terrible customer service and does not need to be at the front talking to people if he cannot answer simple questions to a paying customer.

The manager’s conduct was extremely unprofessional and reckless. He escalated a harmless situation that had nothing to do with him into a police matter purely out of wounded pride, fabricating claims of a “disturbance” to justify his own ego-driven outburst. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from anyone in a leadership position and reflects a serious lack of judgment emotional control, and respect for both staff and patrons. Even his own coworkers were visibly embarrassed by his actions, and law enforcement ultimately had to remind him that abusing authority and misusing police resources to harass members is not only inappropriate but potentially unlawful. Last week, I visited under the honest assumption that family members could share accounts. When informed that wasn’t allowed, I immediately complied and left without issue. I returned last night with my own separate account, set up with the help of another employee. Without cause, the manager—acting out of ego rather than professionalism—inserted himself into the situation, falsely accusing me of creating a disturbance. Another staff member confirmed that no disturbance occurred, yet the manager continued his baseless behavior, turning a calm interaction into an unnecessary confrontation. His abuse of authority, hostility, and false report to police caused me severe emotional distress. Even responding officers acknowledged that his actions were inappropriate and advised me to consider civil action against him and the facility.

I visited the EōS Fitness Hwy 6 location around 10 PM on Saturday, October 25th. The front-desk employee with long hair was extremely rude — this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this behavior from him. Every time we check in, he acts dismissively and gives unpleasant looks, which makes us feel very unwelcome.
My brother and I share the same premium membership (about $35/month) and we visit several EōS locations regularly — none of the other branches treat members this way. Staff at other gyms are always polite and helpful, but this particular employee at the Hwy 6 Sugar Land location consistently behaves as though members are a bother rather than valued customers.
This is the second incident we’ve faced here, and it’s disappointing because we genuinely enjoy the EōS experience elsewhere. I hope EōS management reviews this matter seriously and ensures staff at this location treat all members respectfully. Rude behavior like this can drive loyal customers away.

This has been the worst gym experience I’ve ever had. I cancelled my membership back in July 2025, yet EOS Fitness continued charging me until October—and even took the annual fee for next year!
When I went to the front desk to ask about the charges, the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. One of the ladies even started laughing with another employee, saying she was “above her” and that there was nothing they could do about it. It was disrespectful and humiliating.
I strongly suggest anyone looking for a gym in Sugar Land to avoid this location. Find another gym that actually respects its members and handles billing and customer service properly.

’ve been a member of EOS Fitness for about six months, and I’d like to share my experience. For the price they charge, the gym is really worth it — they have a wide range of equipment and everything you need for a complete workout. The staff is friendly and professional, and overall I’m very satisfied. The only downside is that it can get quite crowded sometimes, so you may have to wait to use certain machines. But other than that, everything else is great!

I received a 7-day free pass to try out this gym and arrived at 5:00 a.m. to start my workout. However, the front desk staff couldn’t scan me in because it was my first visit. Instead of honoring the free trial, I was told I could only come in if I paid $20 for a day pass.
It makes absolutely no sense to offer a free 7-day pass if your system doesn’t allow first-time users to access the gym during staffed hours. The fact that I had to wait until 8:00 a.m. for the office to open just to activate a pass defeats the whole purpose.
This setup is poorly managed and misleading — it’s unacceptable to advertise a 7-day pass without providing a way for guests to actually use it. Very disappointing first impression.

Please be advised that my review is based on my experience signing up for membership through my health insurance. I've been here multiple times before as a guest, and had I stayed as a guest, I probably would have rated this place 5 stars.
My health insurance allows me membership to multiple gyms and I've been taking advantage of visiting the other gyms to get my workout done. This morning I chose to go here to officially sign myself up so that way I wouldn't have to count on always being my friend's guest. Got here at 8:17 am and did not walk out until 9:45am!!!!
Initially it was smooth, I signed in and waited about 10 minutes for a rep. Answered the questions and got my membership all set up, cool. I even did the 360 body scan which was very interesting and I'm glad I was able to do that.
Then came the part where they tried to sell me on the personal training. I told the 1st rep that I do not intend to only go to this gym and that I'm more focused on getting active, eating properly and that once I've done this consistently, than I might be interested in a personal trainer. I thought this would be it and that I would get a chance to workout before having to get back to leave...yea right.
Enter the 2nd rep, who basically went over the same details as the 1st rep. I told them the same thing. Thankfully I got a text reminding me that I had to be somewhere by 10am so I was able to wrap this up cause who knows how much longer I would have had to listen to the sales pitch. Before leaving I agreed to a follow up in 2 weeks which I mainly did so that I could get up out of there.
I understand that these reps have quotas they need to reach, but implying that I won't reach my goals unless I add a fitness trainer to my package is crazy work.
I've lost weight before on my own and only got a trainer when I was past the halfway point towards reaching my goal.
Should I ever decide to get another personal trainer, it definitely won't be from here.
But I will be coming back to workout .
As far as the gym itself, as I mentioned before I have no complaints with the amenities. It does get packed in the evenings so be prepared to circle the parking lot if you're coming after 6pm.

I have been going to this gym for a while and I LOVE IT. I recently began getting trained by Coach Nate and let me tell you, I have NEVER looked as good as I do now. He definitely pushes me to do my best. He made the gym very comfortable for me that when I don’t train with him, I still come daily! You will really love this location.

Tried to activate my free membership even though I was told I could come in at 6am to do so and the front desk lady was very rude and didn't seem interested in helping at all, it kind of felt as if she brushed me off. I’m very shocked by the lack of help I got coming here for two days in a row. 1st day was understandable but today I was very taken aback and don’t know if I’ll follow through with the free trial. Beware of the fine print on membership charge. My teen got lure to the deal of one cent per month membership for first month sort of deal, that just a way to get your credit card, the next thing we knew was the credit card got charge $100 a month later, we asked my son why it cost so much, just to use the fitness equipment there, he doesnt even do any other thing like sonar or shower or swim. he told me there was some initial set up cost of $70, plus the $30 monthly charge, when we asked him to cancel, he said it was too late, need to notify them 30 days in advance, my son asked EOS if he could downgrade to $10 per month membership, he had to made appointment, and he got charged another $50 to downgrade to the $10 per month memebership, all the charges were occuring within a month, what a scam! And my teen just did not know there were plenty other gyms that are better then EOS, I went in as a guest once, it doesn’t have change room/stall for you to get change, people has to use those shower stall to get change with the floors already wet and not a lot of space to put your dry clothes.

DISHONEST PRACTICES AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - A WARNING TO POTENTIAL MEMBERS
I had a membership with EOS Fitness that I attempted to cancel over a year ago. After being overcharged, I went to my local gym, filled out the required paper cancellation form, and was assured by the staff that my membership was successfully canceled. I received no further communication from EOS and assumed the matter was resolved.
Over a year later, I was stopped at the front desk when trying to check in as a guest with my boyfriend's membership. The district manager informed me that my account was not canceled and had been sent to collections, and I now owed over a hundred dollars in back fees. When I tried to explain the situation—that I had already followed their cancellation procedure and was told it was taken care of—the district manager was completely unhelpful, stating there was "nothing she could do" and that the payment had to be made.
This is an unacceptable business practice. EOS Fitness failed to:
1. Honor their own cancellation process: The paper form, which was the only option given to me, was clearly not processed.
2. Communicate with the customer: No one from EOS ever reached out via email, phone, or mail to inform me that the account was still active or that there were unpaid dues.
3. Provide a reasonable resolution: The district manager Dejane showed a complete lack of accountability, refusing to investigate their own staff's mistake and instead forcing an apathetic resolution on the customer.
This experience demonstrates a complete disregard for customer service and a dishonest approach to membership management. It seems designed to trap members in a cycle of unexpected debt. I urge anyone considering a membership at EOS Fitness to be extremely cautious, as their cancellation process is unreliable and their management is unwilling to fix their own errors. Avoid the headache and find a gym that operates with more integrity

I signed up for EOS Sugar Land back in October and specifically got the membership that allows me to bring a guest, because I planned to bring my young son. At sign-up, I was told the minimum age to work out was 12. Perfect for my situation.
On March 18, 2025, I called the gym earlier in the day to confirm the age requirement before bringing him. I was told again that the minimum age was 12. That evening around 6:40 pm (I know the exact time because of a timestamped photo), we walked in with no problem. My son worked out with me and even with a family friend on multiple visits without issue.
Fast forward to today: after checking in, we were suddenly stopped by an employee who told me my son couldn’t be there. I explained what I had been told previously, and she went to ask her coworkers—who were just standing around—and came back to say the minimum age is 16. That directly contradicts what I was told and what EOS’s own website says (minimum age is 13, not 16).
I calmly left, but when I called back to speak with a manager (Sam), things only got worse. Instead of acknowledging the confusion, she put me on hold to “ask someone else” and then gave me an entirely different explanation. When I pointed out that employees need to be properly informed of policies before wasting members’ time, her attitude shifted and she became increasingly rude—cutting me off, dismissing what I was saying, and even saying I had been “misinformed because they’re always busy.”
To top it off, she said a manager would email me tomorrow, then casually mentioned she already had my information pulled up without even confirming it with me. That felt unprofessional and unnecessary.
Bottom line: EOS needs to get their staff on the same page about their policies, especially something as simple and important as age requirements. The lack of consistency, professionalism, and basic respect for members’ time and concerns is very disappointing.

Worst experience ever. Signed up in may supposedly to a family plan. Ended up they set us up separate and charged both towel services to my account. Tried it out for 3 months a the top tier membership and went to get it lowered down to accommodate what we actually use. The name of the type of membership changed but the pricing never changed.
Despite that we still chose to take our other family member in( I know shame on us) and change to a family sweat squad membership, we were told that the annual membership fee would be waived due to paying it when we originally signed up 3 months before. Fast forward to a week before it’s going to charge me and I go in which is when they told me to come in and check. However when I went to check today 8/6/25 no one tried to help. I stood around for 6 min before I started recording the employees all looking at their phones. The two “membership employees” are picture at the end of the desks in the second photos. The gentleman on the left was on a personal call as he was very loud and could hear his conversation.
Then comes a photo of Nathan pictured in his office on his phone. When Santiago finally came up to me(very nice guy Santiago as he truly tried to help) Nathen decided to get loud and argue that he’s working and I’m not part of his work that he manages. Santiago then sat me down and started looking at everything. Then out of no where membership manager Ry ( I think he wouldn’t give his title or his real name) called Santiago in as he completely cut me off mid sentence explains to Santiago.
After Santiago spoke to Ry he informed me that I was causing a scene because I was being charge for my previous 2 member ships plus the three new ones in the family plan.
As Santiago is escorting me out of the gym I’m asking for a number to resolve this Ry decides to poke at the situation more and declined giving me any more information and proceeded to tell me “what ever your tiny little brain thinks is going to happen…”
Well in the end Izra was the most helpful and listened to what I was complaining about was able to resolve the issue and had it not been for Ry and Nathen we would be staying members.
DUE TO RY AND NATHEN TRYING TO HUMILIATE, BELITTLE, DISRESPECT ME WE CANCELED.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a gym, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
The front office/sales staff, particularly Rye and Nathan, are unprofessional, rude, and completely dismissive. Saying we’re discontent would be an understatement.
The gym is consistently overcrowded, and towel service is unreliable despite being part of the membership. We had to raise complaints multiple times just to receive basic amenities.
When we tried to downgrade our membership due to not being able to access what we were paying for, we were ignored and then belittled by the sales staff. I personally witnessed Rye, over the course of four months, ignore and mistreat other gym members as well. His behavior reflects a serious lack of customer service values and needs to be addressed immediately.
Overall, this gym is a major disappointment…. poor service, overcrowded conditions, and staff who make you feel like a burden. Spend your money elsewhere.

This is going on 2 years having my membership and my 9th complaint !
Number 1 problem ! It’s a 24 hour place , but why everyday between 4-5 when I’m just getting there do I have to re rack things that are missed placed and out of place from previous members ! There should be hourly to two hourly clean up crew making sure stuff is in its rightful place ! So everyday that o come I have to clean up behind people to make myself comfortable like I’m an employee.
Number 2 ! The restroom and showers are always dirty !!! The showers are the worst ! And the counter space always has something and if i happen not to wipe the area down a risk of getting something on my clothes ! One time I got bleach on my uniform and just yesterday I got oil on my clothes ! Again these has to be a system that is in place that has someone designated to go in a check !
I only see these people change the trash bags !
Number 3 ! There isn’t anybody in front to check people in ! Anybody is coming in sketchy and all !
Number 4 ! The classes are boring !
Number 5 ! When you complain in person there isn’t any feedback ever ! No resolution ! No call back !

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received at EōS Fitness Center in Sugar Land. I visited the gym to enroll and had an appointment , but I was left sitting in the lobby for over 30 minutes without anyone attending to me. The lack of customer service is concerning, especially when trying to join a new gym.
To make matters worse, the parking situation is terrible. As someone looking to start a new fitness journey, I expect a more welcoming and efficient experience.

I’ve been a member at EOS Fitness and was disappointed by how they handled a billing issue. My automatic payment was declined on the due date, but I paid manually with my card later that same day. Despite paying on time, they still added a $15 late fee to my account.
When I contacted them to explain and request a refund, they refused — even though I fulfilled my payment responsibility on the same day. This feels unfair and like a way to squeeze extra fees out of customers.
I expected better customer service and transparency from a gym that markets itself as affordable and member-friendly.

While the location is visually appealing, the maintenance is poor. Machines often take too long to be repaired, and there’s been no cleaning paper available for days. Pretty sweet place. It's expensive, but you get a wife things if things to do. If you go twice or 3 times a week, it makes the purchase worth it. I do wish with the subscription you could get a free spa every 3 months or something. And also if they had a nutrients you could schedule with. I would like to share me very positive experience at the EOS Fitness Center in Sugarland ..I hadn’t worked out in a long time so I was very nervous about joining. But the staff was wonderful to me ..Logan was so supportive and helpful and explained all the different price plans to me so I could even get a personal trainer..he assigned me the best personal trainer, Ms Ellice. She really will work you out . So I would highly recommend this fitness center.

If I can give this none I would. I work out here daily. I called the front desk to ask them to see if my tumbler was turned in after I had just left. The front desk staff Victoria informed me that she couldn’t leave the front desk. I informed her that i just left and know there were a few people sitting in the back behind the desk if one of them could check, she informed me that she asked Logan and he said he waiting for a client. I knew exactly where it was and this is what he told her.
I’m sorry but it doesn’t take nothing for a person who works at the gym to show some customer service for someone paying money. Two steps from the desk he was sitting at Logan couldn’t check for a tumbler. People like this with a lack of customer service will be the main reason for negative reviews and poor experiences. 3 stars only, and while I do enjoy the fact that thise gym is all one single floor with tons of turf space and plenty of weights, the problem lies with the absolute mess of dumbbells, kettlebells, and workout equipment that are all over the damn place. I have to sometimes search throughout the gym to find a matching pair of dumbbells.
Most annoying of all, other members have no gym etiquette whatsoever, such as being physically unable to rack their weights. If you can lift it, you can rack it! Its not that god damn hard.

Love this gym but HATE the 3rd party company they use for payment. 3 stars because back in Feb I FOLLOWED the procedure to freeze my account for only 1 month and i was still charge. Let me explain, you need to tell them 3 times or write 3 times that you need to freeze. 1. I submitted one through the app, 2. I called, and 3. I told my PT. And it was all still wrong. I have moved from this area and I canceled with my personal trainer and he submitted it. I received an email stating my last 2 payments will be and I WAS STILL CHARGED after the last date. I loved the gym but I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING ELSE. ITS A HASSLE. I can only imagine what’s gonna happen when I want to cancel the membership.
