Faraz is not only an amazing personal trainer, but also a wonderful coach who takes deep personal interest in the person beyond the physical aspects. He has be a terrific counselor to my son and he has made a tremendous difference in his life. His comprehensive approach to nutrition and physical and mental wellbeing gives tremendous comfort as a parent, which I’m incredibly grateful for. I would recommend Faraz not only for adults but for teenagers that struggle with self esteem issues because he creates an environment for everyone to feel at easy.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer, look no further!! I’ve been training with Faraz for about a year and a half and I am in the best shape of my life. Faraz is knowledgeable, professional, timely, and compassionate. I’ve worked with other trainers over the years, but I have never accomplished with them what I have with Faraz. I had never been able to do an unassisted pull-up and now I can do 10 in a row which is incredible for me. Highly recommend!!

I have been training with Faraz since 2012 and over that time he has helped me set and reach various personal goals related to my fitness. He has adapted my workouts and tips to get the best possible results for me - not just a generic approach. He is passionate about helping his clients succeed; he stays current on training techniques, nutritional advice and overall health and shares this knowledge openly.

During times of extended travel I have worked with other trainers that did not take the same level of interest in their clients and I didn’t see nearly the same results as I had seen with Faraz. His personalized approach really makes a difference, especially for those that are just starting to workout and may be apprehensive about going to the gym.

I have been working with Faraz now for two years and he is an exceptional trainer, motivator, coach and much more. He is is one of the most positive people in my life. From Day 1 I felt he has always had my back and everything that helps me achieve my goals we do so in a very collaborative way which is what I wanted. He also keeps me on track when I might want to slip and does so in ways that work best for me.

In the gym he is always prepared, we move smoothly between exercises and we maximize the use of our time in every session with the aim toward a specific purpose for each, which are all nested with the strategy we built together to achieve the goals I have set with his help.

The in-body assessments are vital to see measured growth as well as the "fit test" as to how y clothes are fitting. We review my goals monthly and reset as needed and we do so through communicating very effectively.

Faraz also provides key nutritional advice, has shared a number of resources with me both online and also trusted people within his vast network like a nutritionist, endocrinologist, the best farmers market and more.

Faraz is very-well respected amongst his fellow trainers and he provides a personal level of support to all his clients that is without peer. He never takes a cookie-cutter approach, and tailors his skillset to each and every client.

He is the ultimate professional and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a motivated, well-versed, knowledgable and highly skilled and certified trainer. Working with and helping his clients achieve their goals is his passion and you will experience that every day.

I have finally found a trainer that listens to me and is able to work with all the issues that I have had. I had tried everything to lose weight. Faraz is on a completely different level than other trainers. Unlike other trainers who are there because they have been in the gym working out for a few years, Faraz has actually studied and knows the mechanics of your body and what works best for you. Having had multiple back surgeries as well as should surgery, my first goal was to not have pain. Not only has Faraz helped me achieve that goal, he has helped me get into better shape than I ever thought I could. The experience you get from Faraz goes much further than the gym. He is knowledgeable in nutrition at a very detailed level. I would highly recommended anyone looking for a proper trainer/health mentor to try Faraz.
