So happy with everything about this place. They do their best to make sure the kids are actually learning and getting better. My daughter has made so much progress in just one year starting with the preschool class and moving up to pre-team. Same with my son, he started in the parent assisted tots program and has moved up to the preschool class. They both have learned so much. And the coaches are phenomenal!!!

The toddler tots class is such an amazing experience for the little learning mind. They incorporate so many different drills/obstacles to keep the little tots moving constantly and learning patience waiting on friends to go to the next station. We are so thankful for the staff and their ability to work with our child on developing new skills every week!

I take my neighbor here for PT for his Parkinson. They have excellent program that produces great results. Robin runs the show.

Our overall experience at Extreme Gymnastics had been fine for the past several months. However, I had to pull my four year old daughter from classes this morning after an extremely disturbing incident.

Class had come to an end, and my daughter was having a hard time making the transition. She started to cry and was struggling to follow directions. Instead of letting me go to my daughter, a staff member named, Angela started physically PUSHING my daughter with her body toward the exit. She continued to do so even after I was reunited with my daughter and began attempting to calm her to get her jacket/shoes on. Angela only stopped PHYSICALLY PUSHING my daughter when I told her to stop. She looked at me like that was an unreasonable request.

She refused to allow us to step aside out of the way into an empty room where I could get my daughter suitably dressed to go outside in the 45 degree weather outside. She continued to physically and verbally bully us toward the door, stating that my daughter was “making a scene” in “HER lobby”—which was loud and bustling with activity at this point. I can garuntee you that a crying 4 year old was not disturbing anyone to the point that it justified sending her outside barefoot in a short leotard.

The entire exchange was upsetting. My daughter is 4, not 14, and is still learning to regulate her emotions. Not only was the physical intimidation on Angela’s part unacceptable, but so is the fact that they are teaching their students that they will be ostracized for having big emotions. Again, my daughter was not harming anyone or doing anything unsafe—she was tired after being engaged in gymnastics for 57 minutes and having a hard time transitioning.

Seems like the only thing “Extreme” about this place is the way they treat young children.

My daughter has been going to Extreme Gymnastics for 8 months! Her skills and techniques have improved greatly. She works mostly with Coach Madison and my daughter adores her as a Coach. The other coaches have helped her too and they’ve all been great! They are patient and know what they are doing. I highly recommend this gym!

Extreme Gymnastics has been so great for our daughter and son! Our daughter has not only grown as a gymnast but also as an individual. Her confidence has grown and she continues to be proud of herself. Our son just started and loves coming to each of his sessions, having a great time. The coaches are absolutely amazing and supportive. You can tell they have a love for coaching and care for each child that comes through!

My daughter has been going here since she was 3 (she’s 5 now). The staff is very friendly and patient with the littles. My daughter does the homeschooling program with Ms. Trace and she absolutely loves going to school. Coach Brianna just amazes me with her patience and how she can individually help a child who needs extra help with a skill in a class full of littles. We love this place. Once my son turns 3 he will also be going the extreme family!!

Extreme Gymnastics is hands down the VERY best place to go to for gymnastics in the area - including the surrounding areas! I don’t say this lightly. We have seen how other programs are run and almost quit gymnastics all together because of it. From your first day at Extreme Gymnastics, you will see and feel how much genuine love and concern is shown to each and every child and parent. Not only do the coaches provide excellent instruction, but they all possess the kindness, patience, and attentiveness that is needed to provide top tier instruction.

I have taken my granddaughter to have the toddler class. I took her to another class somewhere else to compare before joining. We ultimately decided to join extreme because they seem well equipped and the staff is amazing. Thank you, we look forward to continuing with you.

Went to watch my granddaughter try the free gymnastics class. The coaches were amazing with all the littles.

My granddaughter loved trying all the different stations and especially the trampoline. Seems like a great place if you are interested in gymnastics. They offer a free tryout class and offer open gun on certain days.

This is a gym you want to go to! The coaches are amazing and treat you like family! We have never felt out of place and have always been taken care of! We have four kids in their program. Our oldest has special needs, and I don’t think any other gym or sports program has treated him with the inclusiveness that he has had here! He is part of everything, and it’s amazing! Our other three, from age 5 to 16, are on the competitive team, and are coached, not only for their skills but for their life! They are all growing up to be such amazing kids, and part is attributed to this gym and the amazing people in it! Any time there is an issue, the line of communication is open, with things typically being resolved very quickly. My only real complaint is I wish we had found this gym when we started out in our gymnastics journey!

I cannot share the pure gratitude for Extreme Gymnastics. I'm an RN that specializes in Pediatrics and Home Health. Since both my daughters attend Extreme i wanted to share the joy and love they have with extreme with one of my patients. I called to sign her up for a trial class and ask if they take special medical needs as my patient has a Tracheostomy and Gastrointestinal tube. Most places will not and sometimes refuse to accept children with those types of medical conditions. Extreme was more than willing to take my patient but also wanted to let me know they love and welcome all kinds of special needs, they want extreme to be a place they can come to and feel at home. That wasn't all, at her first class they informed me that they would take on the cost of her classes knowing her financial struggles. I could not believe their pure generosity and support. They are changing her life and providing her with an opportunity that is priceless. Thank you extreme for your pure kindness. They didn't need to do what they did but they choose to make a difference and these are the kinds of businesses we all need to support!

My kids have been going here for a couple years and we’ve had a great experience. The coaches do a great job of balancing discipline and fun. Specifically Coach Madison and Coach Makayla - they’re worth their weight in gold. If u have a chance to get your kid in one of their classes, jump on it!

My daughter Kirra started at extreme gymnastics at almost a year now. She was brand new to the experience and the coaches have brought out talent Kirra didn’t even know she had. The skill building and family atmosphere of this gym is amazing. It has been an awesome experience.

Can't say enough good things about Extreme! Coach Ally and Coach Sarah run an awesome gym here. They are firm and require discipline and respect from the kids, but are also EXTREME-ly encouraging, helpful and patient with them. All of the other coaches are equally awesome. My girls have learned an incredible amount in the 8 months we've been here. They have improved in strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, respect, and most importantly, self-discipline. There is a great sense of community here and they foster and encourage growth. Highly recommend checking it out!

Love this place. Coaches are so nice and patient with my 3 year old. It's a more personal experience compared to other gymnastics places we've tried. The gym it's self isn't huge but it's got plenty of equipment. I like that I can easily sit an watch all the activities.

The coaches are wonderful - patient, experienced, and involved in each child's progress. The classes are designed to accomodate various skill levels, and I am very impressed at the structure of each class. The coaches incorporate stretching, personal responsibility and discipline, teamwork, and encourage each child to set and achieve his/her personal goals. I have watched my three daughters grow so much since working with Coach Sarah and Coach Ally. I am excited for their futures with Extreme Gymnastics!
