Started coming here to work out a year or so ago and now can't live without it. I had such a hard time staying consistent with exercise. F3 was the shot in the arm I needed. You don't need a fancy gym or trainer, just a group of guys to have your back and push you forward. Can't say enough good things.

F3 is a free men’s workout, but it is so much more! Come for the workout! But the camaraderie and brotherhood is what keeps you coming back! Definitely 5 stars for F3- The Kingdom!
