We specialize in world-class high-intensity interval training, with group workout sessions designed to keep you moving and your muscles guessing. No two workouts are ever the same, and whether you’re getting back in shape or take your fitness to the next level, you’ll see results. By combining the hands-on instruction of personal training with a motivating community atmosphere, our members get in a phenomenal workout and have a good time, all within 45 minutes. I’ve been to many F45 gyms but Adela here is by far the best! Not only was she extremely welcoming upon my arrival, but she went above & beyond to give me a lot of insight on pregnancy modifications. I’ve been lifting for 10+ years now & still have worked out 4-5 days a week since pregnancy but no other coaches at other gyms have given me such good advice. ADELA 10/10! 👍🏻

I joined for a short term Challenge and have been to over 500 classes. Our trainers are experienced and help with corrections, which I appreciate. I love the workouts- and feel great after them. With the split of some days strength, some days cardio or hybrid, it is the only gym I need.

If you prefer group workouts over working out solo then you'll love F45! The workouts change daily so I never get bored, and there is a good variety of strength, cardio and hybrid classes. I love the variety because it gives me a full body workout. I've tried lots of different group classes like barre, cycle, yoga, and HIIT, but F45 workouts are the workouts that have truly given me results. Along with great workouts, the trainers are super wonderful too! They are motivating, fun and will challenge you (if desired, of course)! I'm definitely happy I found F45!

I just finished a challenge at F45 Shoal Creek and will definitely be coming back! I went for about two months from the beginning of January to the beginning of March. F45 at Shoal creek is such an inviting place no matter where you are on your fitness journey. I mostly went to classes in the afternoon and had the same two trainers Eddie and Von. They are honestly the best trainers I have ever had. Even in a full class they both find time to give everyone attention and correct our form if needed. They both are so encouraging, enthusiastic and help you produce the results you are looking for! These coaches and the environment they create in their class make it so inviting and fun! The owner Cory is also really nice and available if you have any questions or concerns. I had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking to further their fitness journey.

Perfect experience! I am an F45 member in Virigina and reached out to this specific stuido to request a drop-in. This studio is close to where I planned on staying and ive never been to another F45 before. Not only was the staff accommodating, they were very also welcoming and made my experience perfect. Very well organized and professional. I would be a member at this location without a doubt if I lived near by. I can't recommend F45 North Shoal Creek enough. I'd heard about F45 through a friend and tried a few locations in my area. This one was by far the best. Cory and Nish and the team of trainers made me feel welcome and motivated me to start my fitness journey.

Getting started was tough! Admittedly it had been a minute since I had worked out consistently. The trainers helped motivate me whilst I got used to the exercises. They were empathetic about my limitations and taught me correct lifting, recovery and flexibility techniques to make things a lot easier overall. By the 3rd week I had gotten into the groove of things and had started seeing visible improvements.

I've been doing F45 consistently for 4-5 months now and I've lost ~20lbs of body weight and easily 2-5% body fat. The other noticeable difference has been in my mental health, focus and sleep.

Overall I am super happy I started doing F45. It has become an almost daily ritual for me now and I have the team at the North Shoal Creek location to thank for getting me into the best shape I have been in years.

I am 53 years young, I have 271 classes in and still going strong. Since starting over a year ago, I am more motivated, stronger, than I've been the past years. The 5:30PM coaches either it be Monica, Brooke, Sam, Naj, will challenge or modify your training in making sure we're doing the exercise correctly. It is high intense training, I highly recommend F45 Shoal Creek, ATX to anyone needing a reset to their daily routine. You will make great connection with the members training there with you.

I had never done group training aside from athletics, but had gotten pretty out of shape following 2020-2021 and the pandemic. I was hesitant at first about group training, especially times group training classes. About 2 months ago, I decided to invest in my health and signed up for an F45 challenge. It’s actually well worth the price! Trainers have been excellent, other members are super welcoming, and it’s definitely a challenge. 10/10 recommend if you’re willing to pay and challenge yourself! 🤘🏼

I recently started F45 through their unlimited trial and I honestly have been so impressed with how welcoming, thorough, and enjoyable my experience there has been.

I normally take the morning classes with Coach Trent and he is consistently encouraging and upbeat, always keeping me in mind for modifications when it comes to specific exercises since I let him know of my lower back issues. I love the attention we all get and how each class is unique and challenging every time. I'm a very visual learner so I definitely appreciate having the run-through of the stations as well as the screens that stay on the entire workout so I don't forget how to do a move!

I used to never feel very confident or welcomed at past studios or gyms because I was never really very strong or athletic, and would get intimidated by the overall vibe and people, but here I feel good and not judged. I'm really happy I gave this place a shot--I love the workouts and look forward to each time I go!

No having to buy equipment or set it up every day. Walk in, workout, go home just 45 minutes later feeling like you accomplished something. Get confirmation through the technology that you are burning over 600 calories per workout. Eight weeks, 37 workouts. Lost 19.5 lbs., 6.9% BFP, 21.2 overall inches. Seeing definition again in my back, arms, an abs. A new-to-me workout that motivated me back into a routine. F45 works, if you work it. Oh, and I'm almost 60 years old. No excuses.

I had the opportunity of taking several weeks of F45 and I really enjoyed the fast paced group workouts. The staff and team are highly motivating push you to try your hardest, even in ways that target your specific abilities.
I really enjoyed these classes and felt great after every class. The only reason I do not continue to take any classes is the price. It’s pretty pricey and I don’t qualify for the challenges but I still highly recommend these classes. Your body will thank you as you get stronger and feel accomplished. The 3D scanner is a bonus!

It's a great place for training no matter what goal you have. Personally I was taking part in challenge and I didn't succeed in following meal plan (that it my fault). You can't beat F45! From their programming to the support and challenge mentality of the coaches, your goals will be met using this program. I used to be a solo workout type of person and lifted heavy every morning. While I got strong and did lose a bit of weight, I honestly wasn't as consistent with nutrition as I should have been. I think the amount of work put into making nutrition not only straight forward but fool proof in F45 was the core to me dropping the most weight I ever have in my adult life and keeping it off. I HIGHLY recommend trying out F45 North Shoal Creek! I am a yogi who rarely lifts weight or does any resistance training and i was looking for a way to get some stubborn fat to budge. This program melted 4% body fat off of me and made me stronger in only 6 weeks. Could not have gotten results that quick with yoga.

This place is awesome, the trainers are fantastic! I love the personalized attention they give to each of their members. They are motivating but not annoying and are always willing to help you learn something new or modify it if needed. For example, a couple months ago I was trying to figure out how to jump onto the tall box Beau taught me how to do it. The next time the tall box jump exercise came back up a month later I forgot how and I asked Trent what to do. For the part I was struggling with Trent mentioned that he’d seen me do something similar on the small box jumps and he helped me get out of my head to stick the landing on the big box. For me it’s that kind of personalized attention over time that’s so amazing about this place and it’s what’s kept me coming back 3-6 times a week for over a year —that plus great results.

Great gym, awesome trainers who are always willing to help with anything and encouraging you to go through the classes with a smile on your face even when the heart rate is at some very high levels( you can “ hear” the calories burning 😊).The gym is very clean and so are the lockers. I’ve tried a variety of gyms, Orange Theory, pilates, yoga...Triathlons...and this is the only fitness program I need because it’s fast and effective. I am building strength without getting injured because you can modify any exercise. I find the quick (45 min), super organized work-outs easy to follow on my most tired days because you just show up and follow the circuit..with trainers and video prompts there to guide you. Sometimes I wear the heart rate monitor, sometimes I forget but I try to go ~4 times a week because I actually want to prioritize into my busy work/mom schedule. I seriously love it. Five stars !

Love F45! Great community feel here and the classes never get boring! The trainers are all super knowledgeable and push you to be your best. All levels can participate, as they offer plenty of modifications for beginners and challenges for more experienced exercise enthusiasts. And no excuses not to get it done since the classes are a quick 45 minutes. I feel so much stronger since I started last spring. So glad I finally found the perfect workout!

8 weeks ago I started the F45 Fitness program and absolutely love it.

While, I am down more than 12lbs and my clothing fits better, the more important thing is that I feel amazing, have a ton of energy and am sleeping better.

It is a really fun 45 minute exercise class. They give you an exact meal plan of healthy good foods to eat--taking a lot of the guess work out of the process. They also have people who check in with you weekly and are just a fun group of people.

If you are looking for something to finally push you to make a change I can't recommend this program enough. It has been amazing.

I heard about F45 from an add that popped up on my Facebook. I saw something about an 8-week challenge and thought it sounded like a great opportunity. I called and spoke to Corey who was super helpful, answering all of my questions. I went in and met with him, got briefed on the program and what the challenge entailed. It sounded like a fit for me in that there were incentives and it was a really comprehensive program that included meal plans and one on one guidance, as well as accountability as everything is measured and accounted for, including calories burned during your workouts that are precisely calculated due to their providing all participants with a very accurate high end heart rate monitor. I was sold, but I have a history of back problems that eventually lead to my having surgery 4 years ago. My husband didn’t feel comfortable with me doing any kind of HIIT. I took a trial class just to see for myself, making the trainers aware of my previous injury and stated that there were definitely certain moves I couldn’t do such as burpees. The trainers were super willing to work with me to come up with challenging modifications. I was extremely impressed with Crystal during my trial class. She couldn’t have been more attentive. I was then really sold, but my husband would not budge about insisting that the program was going to injure my back. I am disappointed that I can’t take the F45 challenge, but recommend them from what I know and gathered from the program. They are real professionals, and just nice people who want to help those who want to get in optimal shape achieve their goals.

Love coming here for the fun and challenging workouts! I've been coming to the Shoal Creek location for over a year now and have seen significant results in my endurance and strength.

LOVE my local F45 facility! As someone who had been out of the gym for a long time, I had a lot of anxiety getting back into the gym. The folks at Shoal Creek were so welcoming and supportive, and I actually felt excited and motivated to get back into the gym each day. Though each facility has the same workouts, the community here is something truly special. We all come from different walks of life and different places in our fitness journey, but everyone here really comes together to support one another. As a member you have access to fitness technology tracking, meal plans, and a network of support that for me was an major part of my success in getting back on track with a wellness program. The trainers here are amazing, and it really feels like you get that one on one training experience. I started with a 6 week challenge and loved it so much that I became a member! Would highly recommend trying this facility out, especially if you’re feeling anxious or apprehensive about fitness.

I put in the effort and the results show in only 8 weeks. I am constantly having friends notice my weight loss and that I am in great shape. I have to buy new clothes now! I've been in his studio for about 9 weeks. I stopped exercising about 4 years ago & wasn't treating my body very well. I tried a couple of unsuccessful attempts to get motivated & going again. I was tired of going to a traditional gym & going through the motions. Even with NASM education under my belt, I knew how to plan a work out, but was so out of shape & discouraged that I couldn't get myself started.

I have just started my week 3 on the 6 week body challenge at F45 and I am already seeing big changes. I am down almost 2 inches in my waist in 2 weeks. After having my little one it has been a real struggle trying to get the baby weight off. I have been to the gym and have tried other programs, but never saw results anywhere close to what I am seeing now. F45 north shoal creek is truly amazing! As soon as you walk into the gym you are greeted on a first name basis. Even throughout my workouts the trainer goes around to make sure you are really giving it your all and helps you with your workout techniques. Be prepared to sweat and work hard!!!

I’ve done all the popular Austin workouts and this is by far my favorite. There are modifications so any fitness level can work out here. It is a non judgmental atmosphere which is very important. This team is awesome!!
I signed some friends and myself up for the FREE 2 week trial and I feel great!!
I signed up for the evening classes and the location is conveniently down the street from my work.
These high intensity workouts keep your heart rate up and target all areas of the body.
The app is a great bonus as well. It lets you sign up for classes on your own and let’s you know what the workout of the day will be.
I have some great results after my 2 weeks. My body is more tone, I was able to increase my weight and I noticed that I was more energized throughout the week.
Trent & Cory are an awesome team!!
They keep you motivated, on track, personalize your workout to your needs according to strength, previous injuries, etc.
The only unfortunate thing is that it’s out of my price range so that’s that only thing keeping me from coming back at the moment.
